Customization with the app is awesome. 2 cons: No volume control from the ear bud and after 2 weeks, they started randomly disconnecting from my bluetooth devices. I have to return them, hopefully it was an isolated incident with the disconnecting.

Great connection, easy to use & comfortable!

However, after 4 months the wireless charger stopped working so I have to directly plug them in to charge. Also, they seem to lose battery quicker than when I first got them. I'll likely buy a new pair to see if the same things happen because the clarity, comfort and ease of the Bluetooth connection is surprisingly great. These work way better than other ear buds that I've tried to connect to my lap top for work calls.

Good if you dont need then consistently for hours

There is no mic or the mic doesnt work if it has one. I have been using the mic from my web cam. Would have been better it these had a mic. Agter everyphone call i have to recharge them. If I am gonna be in a merathon meeting i run the risk of losing battery power and then would be SOL in my work meetings.

Regarding the Jabra Connect 5t's battery life, we expect the earbuds to get up to nine (9) hours of music time with ANC disabled and up to seven (7) hours with ANC enabled. Together with the charging case, the Jabra Connect 5t has up to 36 hours of battery life with ANC turned off. Max volume is just ok and active noise cancellation, although it claims to have, is minimal in noise cancellation.
