I always doubt the design of earbuds like this, since I worry that without the stems they'll fall out of my ear easily. However, that seems to not be the case with the Connect 5t. They fit great, they've never once fallen out of my ears, and they don't even give me earaches like many earbuds do. I also enjoy the in-ear detection that pauses media if you take it out of your ear, and the way that the controls on the headset are physical buttons as opposed to touch sensors that are easily bumped when adjusting the buds. Aside from the fit, there's a lot of other nice things about these. The ANC is pretty good at blocking out almost anything, assuming you've got some audio playing on your end. The passthrough also works great - the microphones pick up everything well enough that there's no static or distortion, and it doesn't even seem to be super eager to pick up on the sounds of my hair brushing against the earbuds. (This holds true in calls as well - the microphones on these are just good all around.) Additionally, the connection quality is pretty good. I've had no issues with the earbuds dropping out even when connected to two devices at the same time. The fact that the earbuds can do this, by the way, is also super nice - since I have to juggle around a lot of devices, the fewer earbuds I need to carry and the less time I have to spend fixing the pairing the better. I do wish Jabra had a way to manage that in the app, though. Another nice thing is that the case is small, but still has wireless charging, and a wireless charging pad is included. Music and calls both work great. Music sounds about how you'd expect from a decent set of earbuds, and call quality is not only clear for me but it's better for the people I'm calling, too. I've noticed significantly fewer times someone's asked me to repeat something or complained that I'm too quiet. This has improved nearly every meeting or call I've used them in, and it's been great for my own attitude towards these calls as well since I'm spending less time troubleshooting in annoyance. So far? There's really only two things I dislike. First, the controls can be weird. I keep forgetting how they're set up and will just tap a bud once, but instead of doing what I expect it changes the ANC mode. Second, if I just have them in and I'm not playing any audio currently, there's this really annoying low-level whine they emit. It's not that big of a deal, but it's definitely noticeable when you've already put them in and are setting the media you want to play or the call you want to join. This happens regardless of device or ANC config. Overall though? That's two little quirks of debatable annoyance anyway. Overall, these earbuds are absolutely great, and I'd highly recommend them if you not only listen to lots of music but make lots of calls.

The Jabra Connect 5t Earbuds are great compact earbuds for personal use. They can be worn for every day use while listening to music and also during strenuous workouts or leisurely strolls. The pros of these earbuds definitely outweigh the cons. First of all, and most importantly, they have great sound. Crisp and rich in tone with no static or sound loss while moving. They also have great bass. The noise cancelling feature is amazing. While listening to music, you can eliminate ambient noise and only hear what you want to hear without cranking up the loudness. The controls are easy to use and to switch back and forth from noise cancelling to non-noise cancelling. Next, the fit is good. They come with multiple, changeable ear tips to ensure they fight snug and comfortable. They are also small, so you don’t have anything wrapping around the ear or hanging down in the way. The earbuds feel secure even when running or dancing around. As for charging, the pad that comes with it is very easy to use and charged quickly. Simply set the case on the charging base and when the light comes on, you know it’s charging. The battery life lasts long between charges as well. App set up was easy and quick and works fine. No issue with syncing to Bluetooth or turning on/off the earbuds. The only cons is the small size of the earbuds. Since they are so small, they might be easy to lose. Especially if you take one out and set it down. Overall, great earbuds for personal use. Would highly recommend them!

Great for calls, doesn’t connect to multiple devices at once & not the best for running. Noise cancellation is great.

Sound quality for people talking to me through Teams said that I was static-y and hard to hear. Might be fine for use with a phone but not good for use with Teams.
