I lost one earpiece, and it was too expensive to replace. Bummer. Plus, the earpiece didn't give me a good fit.

One of the ear buds only works on occasion after less than two months. The sound was okay but not great. Battery life is substantially lower than some rather cheap headphones I've had in the past.

Huge Jabra fan but these earbuds are a huge step backwards. First, they just sound "echoey" no other way to describe it. Doesn't seem to be able to be resolved with any settings change. They also feel a little heavier and less comfortable than the excellent Elite 7 Pros. Second, and the reason why they're going back to the store is because when you put in only one earbud, they automatically default to "HearThrough" mode with no setting or other way to change this. No other Jabra earbud model does this. HearThrough for some is very unpleasant, and why you would need HearThrough active with only one earbud when you can hear what's going on around you is beyond me.

they never stayed in my ears unfortunately. tried the sport version and worked much better

Good but not great. Thought were going to be smaller & less visible. With a Samsung s23 Ultra you don't get all the same perks you do with Samsung Earbuds.

The noise cancellation is not good and the volume is low

Not impressed. Air pods 2nd generation are better. Im not an apple user. Air pods work GREAT with Samsung S23 ultra

Pairing is hassle-free, and I've experienced minimal dropouts, even in crowded areas. Plus, the touch controls on the earbuds make it easy to adjust volume, skip tracks, and answer calls without reaching for my phone. For those who value convenience, the Elite 10 is also IP55-rated, providing resistance against dust and water. This means I can confidently use them during workouts or in light rain without worrying about damage. The Jabra Sound+ app further enhances the earbuds' functionality, offering customizable equalizer settings and the option to activate hear-through mode, which lets in ambient sound for safety during outdoor activities. The only minor drawback is that they lack active noise cancellation, but the passive noise isolation is quite effective, and I find it sufficient for most scenarios.

I really enjoy these headphones and the employees at the counter were extremely helpful.

I preferred the elite 7 pros over these. The open air feature just seemed weird.

The 65t elite was more preferred in my opinion. But these also has its benefits!

Good comfort and sound. Problem is that ANC is very buggy . I don't think is worth the price. This is my 3rd pair still ANC problems. I had to return them. But i love the buttons though.

Jabra has absolutely hit a home run with the Elite 10 True Wireless headhpones with Dolby Atmos! I have used several of the competitors and I have to say that Jabra has definitely topped the field in several areas! The fit in my ear is phenomenal, no one even comes close to this set. The ear scanning research they completed when designing this model of True Wireless headphones has really set them apart from all of the competition when it comes to comfort, especially when wearing these for a long period of time. In addition the sound quality is out of this world! Actual responsive and tight bass is very refreshing, no muddy sounds like others I have used before. When you pair in the Active Noise Cancellation on this headset you are left with insanely comfortable headphones that you can wear all day with no fatigue, excellent sound quality for all genres of music, amazing Dolby Atmos sound quality when watching movies and TV shows, and a great way to block out the noise of the office or whatever your work setting may be. I love the Elite 10 and they are a great addition to my daily routine!

I have used the Bose QuietComfort II and QuietComfort Ultra buds for the past year. They have their problems (they only last about 2 months before you need to return them, and their touch surfaces are not always reliable) but the sound quality, bass response, and ANC are excellent. The ANC on the Jabras simply does nothing, and there is no bass at all. The noise isolation with the environment is barely noticeable. These are not good ear buds in any sense of the word. Save your money. I'm trying the Sony WF1000-XM5 next. Maybe ONE of these products will actually work.

The sound was amazing But if they don't fit in the ears there's no reason to buy. Not even one second and out.

Earbuds sucks when talking on phone, but great for music and watching things

I really wanted these to work after reading so much about them. I had a very basic type of Jabra before these. An active type. I have small ears and have a hard time finding ones that fit. The others for way better than these. These just didn’t work. They were too big and bulkly and they sound wasn’t too good.

Bought these earbuds and the left stopped working a week after receiving. Instead of immediately returning them to Best Buy, I tried working with Jabra to try to resolve the issue. Well that was stupid because the issue is not resolved, and I cant return them because of Best Buys return policy.

The last pair of Jabra i had were pretty good and lasted a long time. Actually they still work, however this pair voices came through sounding like an echo chamber or through some sort of wierd filter. Music was ok but voices on calls or in music and video just sounded weird.

The Jabra Elite 10 Earbuds are just that - Elite. I am impressed with the quality and feel of the earbuds. The earbuds are light weight and fit smoothly into the external ear canal with a low-key profile along the ear. The earbuds are equipped with Dolby Atmos technology, which enables crisp and clear sound. This product enables spatial sound technology with head tracking to keep the sound moving with you, when enabled it is an enhanced headphone feature that immerses one in the sound. There is active noise cancellation that I would consider moderate in quality, at the level I expect to get from earbuds (vs over-the-ear). You are able to hear clearly the sound, may it be music or a phone-call/conference while reducing the outside noise. Keeping your mind in a solitary place even while the outside world is bustling around you. Typically, I will use over-the-ear headphones as earbuds often cause discomfort in my ears with extended use. Previously, I would only use one earbud and swap between ears to reduce discomfort - limiting any technology with both earbuds. However, the Jabra are different. They are comfortable in my ear, even for multiple hours - allowing myself to wear both earbuds and get the greatest experience from the set. The earbuds have 6-hours of battery life and I could imagine actually using them for an extended period if needed almost maxing this out, although most I ever use in 2-3 hours currently (of note, the case carries approximately 24-hour worth of charge). They are comfortable enough that sometimes I forget I have them in. Finally, I love how minimalistic the case is. The buds fit snugly inside and I never have to dig through my bag to find them with case coming open (the struggle when that happens otherwise). Overall, with this Dolby Atmos technology in a well-fitting and comfortable headphone, I highly recommend trying these earbuds and consider them worth the splurge
