||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not happy with the ear buds. There is a lot of feedback when talking on. Have problems with them staying in my ears. Takes to long for them to pick up a call. By the time they connect the other party has hung up.

Decent Sounding Earbuds with Excellent Features
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To start, the sound quality is very good but nothing amazing. It has a very clean midrange, but the high end sounds somewhat distorted, and the base is a little lacking, and the base that is there also sounds somewhat distorted. There are settings in the app to tweak it but those have minimal impact. Call quality is very good. The other person sounds clear, definitely with emphasis on the midrange. The other person I was talking to said I sounded fine and clear. The battery is pretty typical. I was able to get around 6 hours without inserting them into the case, so not quite enough to listen to them for a full day at work, but decent enough. Charging them is typical of wireless earbuds. You put them in the case, and they charge from the battery in the case. The case can be changed with USB-C which is modern and convenient. The indicators for charging are confusing, at least I found them to be. There is a light on the front of the case that I assume is that the case is charging however the case was fully charged and the light remained on. If you open the top of the case with the earbuds in it, another light turns on for a couple of seconds and then turns off. Overall, I can’t figure out when the case and/or earbuds are charging or fully charged. The instructions provided with them do not explain this either. Each earbud has a button that has several functions that control play/pause, volume, fast forward/rewind, and answer/hang up calls. These are actual buttons and not touch sensors which I really prefer so you don’t touch them by accident. Overall, the buttons are excellent and work very well. The Bluetooth pairing worked perfectly. You put the device such as your phone into pairing mode and the earbuds into pairing mode and they just connect. No problems getting them to pair. The case that holds and charges the earbuds is very small and easily fits into your pocket or bag. My biggest complaints about it though are the charging indicators and the way the earbuds fit into it. It doesn’t seem to fit in easily and I never know if they are actually lined up and charging. I wish the earbuds would just more naturally slide into the case and in place. The earbuds fit very well into your ears and are very comfortable, even for all day wearing. I hardly even realized I was wearing them other than the music I was listening to. The fit is a huge plus. It comes with several size rubber pieces that fit into your ears. Getting the right fit is essential for comfort, sound quality, and getting noise cancelling to work and is a lot of trial and error, but well worth the effort. The noise cancelling is a little lacking. Even with it turned on, I can still hear a decent amount of background noise and voices come through without a problem. There is a setting to turn passthrough on or off, but it doesn’t seem to make much of a difference as background voices and noise can be early heard either way. Getting the right earbud fit is needed for the best ANC effect but it still doesn’t work as well as I would like. I’m a little disappointed with it. The app that it comes with is excellent. There are a lot of controls over the earbuds and the app is laid out very well to find and control everything you need. The is a spatial sound feature that you can turn on that dramatically changes the sound. It sounds like you are at a concert. It works well, just not to my personal liking. There is a sound scape feature that will play sound effects such as white noise or nature sounds if you want to block out the outside noise but don’t want to listen to music. The sounds are similar to sound affects you would hear from an alarm clock but much more realistic and pleasant sounding. This is a good feature to have. There is also an EQ but it didn’t have much effect on the music, only slightly. Overall, a decent set of earbuds that are very comfortable and with a great app. The sound quality is very good but could be better and the noise cancellation is disappointing.

Great when they work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Comfortable, great sound quality and battery life, all the things you would expect from earvuds at this price except..... despite several updates, the connectivity is terrible. At best they take a long time to connect and at worst, they forget they are paired to my phone or laptop and completely need to re-pair. My old elite 7s just simply work when you take them out of the case. Features i used all the time with my 7s like answering a call when they connect are barely useable with the 10s because of the connection issues. 3 stars because when they work, they are great but the connection issues even after several firmware updates are super frustrating.

Very Nice!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been thinking of trying wireless earbuds like these for a while, but I'm always worried about spending the money on a good pair only to lose one! I prefer the wireless style that drapes around the neck so I can feel them and don't have to take them in and out of the case. It's also not easy to choose a pair with so many different brands competing. I have friends who own sets from Bose, Beats and Apple, they all have their likes and dislikes. I received free the Jabra Elite 10's from Best Buy, they sounded like a really great set from the specs and they're also an attractive design. I'd owned a pair of their wireless earphones, and I liked those. My loves about this pair right off the bat were the look and then the AWESOME sound! Tried them first in a Teams meeting for work and everyone speaking came through crisp and clear. I didn't hear interference from the wind (I was 'working from home' aka walking my dog) during the call. Music sounds great in them as well, and they've got good range which was the most important feature I was looking for. I was able to take the garbage out to the curb while on a call with a friend, a good 50 ft from the house where I left my phone. My current pair with the neck strap are from Sony, I paid nearly $90 for them (expensive to me!) and I can't go from the kitchen to the back bedroom without them breaking up or not being able to be heard. My house is not large, and the whole reason you purchase wireless earbuds are to be HANDS FREE. They're pretty comfortable in the ear, the smallest size coverings are the best fit for me. Super easy to pair with my phone and laptop. I have to be honest, turning them on and figuring out the controls on the different sides was confusing. I don't like to wear them both at the same time, I need one ear open to feel aware of my surroundings. Each bud controls different things, calls on one side and music on the other. I haven't owned them long enough to figure out how to seamlessly switch sides. I also thought the case itself was a wireless charger at first, but it isn't, that's an additional purchase. As I mentioned before, taking them in and out of the case to use isn't ideal. I don't wear clothes with pockets often, and I set my purse down at work, so I'm trying to figure out how to work around this part. All in all, these are a really NICE pair of earbuds, and in my opinion, worth the price compared to other brands. We'll see how long they last! Will update in a month or so.

Great Sound and Comfort
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am always happy to get a new set of Jabra ear buds. These are no exception. They claim to be comfortable and I can certainly say that they are. I do like to have them in for long periods and often my ear canal area gets irritated after a few hours. Not with these. I have been using them for over 5 hours a day for the last week and my ears are ever so happy about the new speakers I am using. The charging case is very easy to use and offers multiple charges to the ear buds before it needs to be plugged in. The noise cancellation feature is very effective, almost as good as my over the ear headphones that I spent over 3 times as much for. Very nice for all sorts of activities when you want to just be in your own world. I think this may be why call quality is so good. Even in environments with considerable background noise, my voice comes through clearly which I really appreciate. They also have a feature called Bluetooth Multipoint which allows me to be connected to 2 devices at once. At first I was not sure how this would be helpful but I really appreciate the ability to switch between my phone and computer quickly and easily throughout the day. The app is actually very functional, easy to use and has a feature that was a little surprising to me. There are a bunch of sounds (white noise etc..) you can have the buds play if you aren't in the mood for music but want to focus or relax. All this doesn't matter a bit if the sound isn't acceptable. Jabra doesn't disappoint there either. Full rich sound with fantastic bass. The app allows nearly full control of equalization that you can use to customize the playback to your liking and type of music. Great job!

Jabra with a winner
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Jabra really knocked it out of the park with these Elite 10's. The Active noise cancelling works phenomenally well, almost completely drowns out the sounds of my toddler running around the house (which I know its less intended for, but still caught me off guard how well it works) Having 3 extra sizes of ear buds to choose from is a great idea, and expect more companies to include at least this many with their top tier in ear headphones. I ended up having to try all of the extras plus the already mounted ones to get the size right for me. They'll still slightly work their way out during an intense workout, but not an issue if you give them a little push here and there. I love wireless charging being included with the case, unfortunately its a bit smooth to drop on the pad in my car, so you may want to add a grippy sticker or something to keep them in the correct location if trying to use wireless charging in a car. Battery life seems super solid, used for 2 x 30-40min workouts, plus working in the garage for a few hours, and still have 100% charge and over 50% on the buds. Would recommend these buds to anyone who wants top tier buds and wants to stay away from the fruit company! (gave 4/5 due to overall value)

Very nice, and you can really wear them all day
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones look, feel, and sound great. These are on par, or better than, most in ear headphones that I've used. When you open the box, you are presented with a quick start guide, the headphones in the charging case, and multiple ear tip choices. Pairing is very easy, and depending on your device can be very VERY easy (I.e. android). If you do not have a quick pair device, it is still easy to do by simply pressing a button. The headphones will actually speak to you in your ear and tell you what to do if you need help. The fit and comfort of these headphones is great, and they advertise that as well. By playing around with the many ear tip pieces, you can get a very comfortable fit that is secure, but without too much pressure. I tried shaking my head as hard as I could to get them to fall out, and they wouldn't. You can wear these for quite a few hours and still have them be comfortable. Sound quality: These are advertised as atmos headphones, and while true, it obviously isn't true atmos because you aren't in a theater with alllll those speakers around you. That said, though, they sound quite good! They are able to take in full atmos sound and reproduce a very "large" sounding, well, sound, in your ear. They sound very good, and the buttons on the side of each ear allow you to control the device you are paired to. You can even control volume! I don't have any other in ear headphones that allow me to control volume! Overall: These are great headphones, that are comfortable with good sound quality and an equally as good build feel/quality.

Jabra thought about everything with these earbuds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Jabra's Elite 10 Atoms True Wireless earbuds are truly a step above many other products in several areas. The size and shape make them enjoyable to wear and they stay in place without any discomfort. The noise isolation is very good, but it allows just enough sound it to keep one aware of their surroundings. I wore them on an airplane trip and it did not cut out all external voice, but it definitely cut down enough noise to make the trip more enjoyable. I was able to hear the music and movies I was watching with very high quality audio, despite the external noises around me. There are two extra features that I really appreciate with the design. First, the charging case is wireless charging capable. The second, is the function buttons requiring an actual press rather than just a simple touch. While this seems trivial, it makes working outside around branches so much easier, as it doesn't change the functionality every time something touches the earbud. The sound is very high quality with nice treble sounds and deep bass sounds. The Jabra mobile application enables very nice customization of sounds with an equalizer that really dials in all levels of tone preferences. There are also six music presets available without manually setting the equalizer levels. The earbuds can be updated and the sound modes can be set through the interface. Finally, the charging case is compact and fits well into ones pocket or earring bag. Everything was well thought out with this product. I like everything about these earbuds.

Posted .Thank you for sharing your experience with the Jabra Elite 10, MarkusMN! It is excellent that you were impressed with these earbuds in several areas, like the device fit, ANC functionality, and the complementary Jabra Sound+ app. The size and shape of the earbuds make them comfortable to wear, and they stay in place without causing any discomfort. Additionally, the noise isolation is impressive, blocking out external noise while making you aware of your surroundings. We love that these earbuds performed well on an airplane trip, reducing enough noise to make your trip more enjoyable while still delivering high-quality audio.
Moreover, we are happy to learn you appreciate the device's wireless charging capability and the function buttons requiring an actual press instead of a touch. At Jabra, we find tactile buttons to be a small but helpful detail that can make a big difference. The sound quality of the earbuds is also impressive, with nice treble and deep bass sounds. The Jabra mobile application is an excellent tool for customizing the sound to your liking, and the six music presets make it even easier to get the sound you want without manually setting the equalizer levels.

Get the Bose Quietcomfort Ultra
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not a bot or AI; I am a 27 year old black medical student. For $199 these are bad; I just returned them for the bose and my god are they good. Jabras are incredibly comfortable so if thats what matters for you snag them, the sound is not terrible. These are at max $99 dollar headphones. The base, which many reviews praise is superior to bose, is just bad. I don't have any numbers or stats to support this but based on me just having returned them and trying the bose that I just purchased, currently sitting in the car still listening, these are amazing. Jabra has an app wherre you can modify the equalizer and settings to individualize sound preferences. I changed base, treble, and it definitely helped but I still was very underwhelmed. When you are on noise canceling mode, albeit good noise canceling, the sound of music is muffled in all areas. Their dolby surround sound thing is pretty cool but sound quality is still lacking. I put the bose earbuds in out the box, set them up (not as smooth as jabra but took 20 seconds nonethless) and without touching an app they sounded incredible. I'm not even going to change the settings tbh. Fifty dollars more for bose but well, well, well worth it. Also im not just a bose fan, I have actually been dissapointed with quite a few of bose past products due to sound quality but I give credit where credits due.

Fantastic earbuds, with some room for improvement
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use Jabra earbuds nearly every day. Starting with a pair of Jabra Elite 65t earbuds, I owned the Elite 7 Pro, Elite 8 Active, and now the Elite 10. As I acquire the latest from Jabra, I find willing homes for previous headsets with friends and family. Even the oldest sets continue to perform well, with excellent sound quality, reliability, and call quality. I have a very deep voice and have found that of all brands, only Jabra consistently allows others to hear me clearly. Sitting at the top of their earbud line, the Jabra Elite 10 earbuds follow this tradition of excellence. They offer amazing sound quality, with Dolby Atmos spatial audio and head tracking ability. Starting with the case, which is the first thing you’ll see and the weakest link in the design. A charging case that fits easily into the pocket of my jeans, the case enhances the Elite 10’s six hour of playback time with an additional charge capacity of 15 hours, for a total of up to 21 hours before you need to look for a charger. Using noise cancellation does diminish this time slightly, but I’ve found that I can easily use these all day without worrying about recharging. The weakness in the case design comes from the rounded case. With the Elite 7 and Elite 8, Jabra has a design that allows you to place the case bottom-down on any flat surface. The Elite 10 is rounded on the bottom, meaning you have to lie it upside down of on its side. With my limited desk space, the case always ends up upside-down. A minor issue, but slightly annoying. Removing the earbuds from the case reveals a fairly standard design, with small buds that fit easily in the ear canal. A selection of silicone tips allows you to select the right size for your ears. Pairing is very simple, and up to two devices can be connected at once, allowing you to listen to music or other media on one device but quickly switch to your phone when a call comes in. As with other Jabra earbuds, calls have been clear for me and those on the other side, with minimal dropouts and a long Bluetooth range. The six microphones are great at picking up only my voice, while doing a reasonable job of blocking out background noise and wind. You can use a single earbud for calls or spoken media, which makes them excellent for hands-free use while driving or walking. Importantly for those of us with non-uniform hearing loss, you can use either bud independently. Jabra’s noise-cancelling is reasonable, although not as strong as what I’ve experienced with the latest Bose or Sony models. It will block out most sounds, but not everything. Specifically, they prevented me from knowing my girlfriend was even speaking to me in a room, but they did not block out the crying baby on a plane. For most uses the noise cancelling will work well. But the star of the show here is the sound. These are amazing sounding earbuds, with clear, crisp articulation of every note up and down the spectrum. Even at the default (flat) setting, everything sounds remarkably clean and precise. Adjusting the setting to fit your preferences is simple with the app, and you can store your own custom presets. The inclusion of spatial audio from Dolby Atmos and head tracking is fantastic in this small footprint, allowing for precise placement of instruments in music or sounds in videos. Atmos really does allow you to follow sound not just left to right, but up, down, forward, and backward. Still, there is some improvement to be made to Jabra's implementation here. Music that was lossless but not recorded in Atmos format sometimes sounded a bit thin and "off." Think of old-fashioned imitation Surround Sound and you'll get the idea. There are albums where I turn off Atmos to improve the sound quality. Hopefully a later software update will improve this. Atmos head tracking is interesting, but a bit of an acquired taste for music (more interesting for movies). Imagine that you’re listening to a song, and you can tell that the drums are on the left, guitar on the right, vocalist in the center. With head tracking, looking to the right places the guitar in front of you, the vocals to your left, and the drums behind and to the left. While it can be very immersive for music and videos, it can also be distracting for music if you're moving around a lot, like walking around the house. Overall, beautiful earbuds with exceptional sound quality, Dolby Atmos, good call quality, and strong build quality. I would highly recommend these.

I was able to comprehensively compare the Jabra Elite 10 with these. The good stuff about Jabra Elite 10: 1. Very compact and comfortable. Will fit almost everyone. The silicone ear tips are super comfy and the silicone jacket around the buds help them stay in place without falling out. 2. ANC is very good, I would say Sony XM5 level. Although Bose still has the best ANC in the market. 3. Transparency mode is good, but could be improved a bit. It is very usable and would work in most situations. 4. IPX57 waterproof buds. These are one of the few buds that have this rating, so they are great for sweaty workouts or light rain. When grossly dirty, you could rnse them under cold running water. 5. The app is decent and unlike some other brands, is easy to use with intuitive UI. 6. Qi enabled wireless charging case. 7. Excellent battery life. I regularly get 8+ hrs of battery life from earbuds in ANC mode. 8. The case is very compact and pocketable. 9. The best part - sound quality is on par with Sony and in some cases slightly better. Although IMO, the B&O Beoplay EX are still the best sounding buds. 10. Physical buttons provide tactile feedback and allow operation while wearing gloves. 11. Multi point pairing allows pairing with up to 10 devices and concurrent connectivity with up to 2 devices. The not so good stuff: 1. Unlike Sony, B&O and Technics, the magnet isn't strong enough. The buds sometimes do not align when popped into the case thus preventing the lid from closing. This requires manual positioning/adjustments. 2. Spatial audio is average. It artificially colors the music, but that's a matter of personal taste too. 3. The sound signature is on the brighter side. I had to raise the 20-250Hz frequencies a bit and lower 5-20khz frequencies. While this is purely a personal preference, a somewhat neutral sound signature would be more appropriate and universally likeable. 4. Long pressing the button on the buds can increase or lower the volume. This isn't documented in the user guide and also not configurable in the app. I accidently discovered this feature. 5. As of 11/14/23, there is no support for hi-res codecs like LDAC, AptX, etc. Only AAC and SBC are supported. 6. Multi point pairing can't be managed in the app. Like many other brands have, I would like to see the list of paired devices in the app, that can be removed or "prioritized" by the user. App shortcomings: a. The EQ needs some work. Jabra provides a 5 band EQ, which could be enhanced to 7, 8 or 10 band. b. A saved EQ setting can't be overwritten and has to be first deleted, before re-adjusting the EQ and saving it with the same name. c. Some settings are buried deep into the menus. These should be rearranged within the app by Jabra to increase intuitiveness. d. The ANC is either on or off. The level isn't user configurable. Conclusion: All of the negatives listed above are minor and could be fixed in future with app and firmware update (except for the magnet). Rumor is that Jabra has promised a software update to support the hi-res LC3 codec. Anyone looking for a really nice pair of earbuds with good waterproofing, sound quality, ANC and features, should get these earbuds. Highly recommended.
