I have used Seinhessier, B&O and Sony earbuds all offer better audio quality.

Audio quality should be better.

I was excited to get the new elite 10 until I turned them on. No matter what, they have a tinny sound. Podcasts, music, video..all of it. While I love everything else about them, the audio quality is not up to par with my other jabras. I'm disappointed.

Uneven battery life

Gets annoying one going dead faster then i feel they should and thats not useing the noise canceling either.

Posted .Hello Klujo - Thank you for taking the time to write a review. What you are experiencing is completely expected behavior for the Jabra Elite 10. Whichever earbud is taken out of the charging case first becomes the primary earbud and will lose battery faster than the other earbud. However, we expect the Jabra Elite 10 earbuds to automatically switch between primary and secondary to even out the battery levels during device usage.
To manually switch which of your Jabra Elite 10 earbuds is the primary, put the earbuds into the charging case, making sure they turn off. Then, take the opposite earbud you removed from the case initially out first. For example, if you originally took the right earbud out of the case first, take the left earbud out first when switching primary earbuds. Let that earbud connect to your phone before removing the second earbud from the charging case.
