I also don't think it's great at connecting to Apple products. It doesn't automatically connect when I get phone calls and I don't know how to control the volume from the buttons. The ANC is great but can hurt sometimes. It's okay but not okay enough for the price. Maybe works for people with bigger ear canals than mine.

Great ANC and Phone Call performance

This is usually a pain point for Ear Buds but this handles it flawlessly. ANC performance is good. Did have an issue with the right ear bud speaker going wonky but warranty swapped it without issue.

The battery will last about 4 hours of continuous play.

The ear fit is comfortable and the sound is a lot better than I expected compared to brands I’m used to like Beats, JBL, Apple. Highly recommend. Would like to see them as headphones. 4 stars because I feel like the battery life has decreased a bit, I do use them everyday.

But these headphones would not stay in my ears for anything. The sound quality was absolutely fantastic- the best I’ve ever heard. But that doesn’t matter if they fall out every few minutes. I tried every size of ear piece with no luck. If you can get them to stay, though, 10/10 sound.

Not even close. For this price point, my dulcet tones voice sounds like a jagged rusty tin can dragged across a sea of chalkboards. And if you are seeing other reviews and can tell it is me, I really bought THREE pairs of headphones for different use cases at about $300 each. I would not have predicted I would return ANY of them but I am not about to drop $1,000 and not test them for what they claim. The Jabra's are average as can be. Nothing bad about them but the only special thing about them is the premium price. I have a pair of Beats, I think they are called the Studio Pro or something like that. Those are comparable in terms of phone calls for half the price. Those are better in terms of fit, connectivity. Oh these have multipoint and the Beats don't, so if that is what you need then there is a FAR better option at this price point.
