Always great service - love using your curbside service. These headphones are amazing. They even allow you to adjust the left and the right volume individually. Meaning if you have hearing loss in one ear, it tests both left and right and adjusts accordingly. Highly recommended.

I exchanged these on-ear headphones for over-the-ear headphones, which stay on my pointy head better. Good quality, it was just the feel.

These headphones sound pretty great. The sound quality is no less than what I'd expect from a premium headset like this - clear, sharp, with good bass that doesn't muddy the rest of the tones. Additionally, since these headphones pair with the Jabra app, they can be customized. The speakers themselves can be adjusted for your ears thanks to a hearing test it runs on you, and you can set an equalizer for the headset. As a nice bonus, the app has a Finder feature that shows you the last place your phone was paired to that headset. The battery life is great, lasting all day, and it's usually fully charged by the time I think to check on it after plugging it in. The material feels nice, they're aesthetically pleasing although the fact that the Right and Left ears are indicated by the patterns on pad that goes on each ear was weird, and I can tell that these things are well built. The controls on the headset are nice as well - having a switch to pair instead of having to hold buttons and having a dedicated voice assistance button is nice. The microphone seems to have good sound quality without being bulky, which is also great. However, these headphones, despite every area they do well in, have committed one deadly sin I'm not prepared to forgive. I utterly despise how they fit. I have a big head, and the fact that I have to adjust almost all of my headsets to their maximum length shows it. This headset just isn't big enough. I extended the arms to their maximum length, but even so the speakers on them didn't align properly with my ears. To make it worse, since they couldn't adjust fully to match my head, they not only sat very uncomfortably so that the top of my head hurt, they also constantly fell off if I looked down at all. That killed all the pleasure of using them - what's the point of superior sound quality if it's uncomfortable and keeps falling off your head? These headphones would be a great purchase, but only if you don't have a big head. If you're not constantly having to adjust your headphones to be their maximum size, then you should be fine. Otherwise, this product might not be for you.

They sound great. No matter the genre, they provide excellent bass definition, warmth, and a slightly rolled off top end to keep things from becoming fatiguing. I wore the 45h's while playing an acoustic drum kit and was surprised at the volume they put out. These cans can get plenty loud. They sit well on the ears. I generally wear them for at least an hour at a time and never got to the point where I felt uncomfortable. Battery life is amazing. I've used them for over 10 hours without a charge, and when I turn them on, the voice still tells me "Battery level high." I've used them to make several calls, once while listening to music on my home stereo at a pretty loud volume, and another time when I was playing the drums. Call clarity was excellent, and when I asked the person at the other end of the line if they could still hear me well even with the racket I was making, they said affirmative. I'm pleased with the 45h's. The reason why I give them 4 stars versus 5 is because they feel cheap. I know that is a subjective thing, but I have a boatload of on-ear, over-the-ear, and in-ear headphones. Compared to some of the other manufacturers with an equal price tag, the Jabra's build quality doesn't quite match up. The head band is very narrow and doesn't feel very substantial while on the head. The outside of the cans feels cheaply made, composed entirely of plastic. I would be concerned about wearing these headphones for anything other than casual listening. It just makes me worry about longevity. That being said, sound-wise these are right up there with any other cans on the market, and if you are looking for a lightweight pair of cans that are bluetooth compatible, have great sound, great call quality, and super-long battery life, these are a great choice for you.

    Best in Its Class

Engineered to be the best in its class, the new Jabra 45H is well equipped to meet most and probably all of your needs of an over the ear wireless headset. This is Jabra’s new headphones and it is designed with some of the best of the best features. For starters, the 40mm speakers built into this model is the best this class offers. The headphones also have been engineered to have a battery life of up to 50 hours, which is also the most of any other products in this class of headphones. Ten hours of use-time can be charged on the battery in just 15 minutes using the USB-C connection cable. The headphones have a 2-microphone call technology which makes it possible to make and take calls where ever you are. When left unattended the headphones will enter sleep mode and auto powered off after 24 hours. The technical specifications state that the standby time for this model can be up to over a year. The Headphones are designed and constructed to be very comfortable while delivering exceptional sound and allowing one to multitask. Weighing just 160 grams or less than 1/2 lb, they fit comfortably over the ears, molded well to my ears, and adjust easily. Built with Bluetooth 5.0 that supports a range of Bluetooth profiles, the headphone’s Bluetooth works at a distance of up to 33 feet and can be paired with 8 devices while working with two of those devices at the same time. To set up the headphone, the first thing I did was to download the Jabra + app. The headphones paired easily with the app and then the product’s manual, etc. were available to me. When the earphones are positioned over the ears, the headphones are immediately turned on. The audio was clear and gave a full range of tones - pitch, intensity, duration and timbre. I found the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) to work great making these headphones more enjoyable to wear for longer periods of time. The Sound+ Jabra App also allowed me to totally customize and personalization the headphones. Manual adjustment can be made using the equalizer in the Jabra Sound+ app, or the headphones will automatically adjust through MySound, a part of the built in technology of this product. There are 3 buttons that control all the functions of the headset. One button even allows access to Alexa, Siri and/or Google assistant for on the go interaction. The headphones come with a protection bag and a 2-year warranty against water and dust. The product design and features are very well considered and these are high quality headphones that are also extremely comfortable, so comfortable that I can tolerate wearing them for several hours at a time. All adjustments are very easy to use. The sound is clear and offers a strong dynamic range. Calls are easily answered, ended or ignored and ergonomic considerations have been given to the up and down controls just as it has been given to the placement of all the operating features and function controls. The Jabra Elite 45H is designed very well and are quality headphones. I have really enjoyed these because of their size, being lightweight, and having premium features and sound. They offer all that I want and need. If you are looking for wireless headphones then I suggest that you take a look at these. They offer greater sound and quality than many others on the market that are priced much higher and I definitely recommend them because they are an exceptional buy.

Unboxing this item was a breeze. Two little sticky tabs peel away and the box slides out the bottom, Sweet! Inside the box was simple too, just the headphones in a bag and a charger. Charger is USB to USB-C which is a bit inconvenient but at least it comes with a cord. Set up was honestly the best set up I've ever experienced. I turned them on and placed them on my ears, and it talked me through the set up process on my phone. What more could you ask for?! Buttons are all on the back sides of the ear pieces and easy to access. They have an app you can download to personalize your sound which I personally love! Factory sound quality never works for me so I love to play around with bass and treble. I was extremely impressed with the sound quality at this price point. These aren't bass bumpers by any means, but for normal, easy listening they are awesome. The only downfall I found was the way the feel while wearing them. I found them to be too loose, to the point where I feel like they're going to fall off if I bend over for something or move too quickly. They are pretty comfortable on my ears tho, as an over-the-ear headset I was impressed with that. Overall opinion is that for this price point and the sound quality, they are worth the buy if you're going to use them at a desk or sitting. I do not recommend them for outdoor activities or the gym

Absolute garbage. Purchased this in February and three months later the right ear piece completely stopped functioning. Have tried contacting Jabra support via phone and via Facebook. No response on Facebook and the phone support appears to often be closed even during their 'open' hours.  The worst part is, while they were working they were excellent. So good that I bought a second pair for my wife. Now I am just waiting for hers to fail... Do not buy this product if you want something that will last.
