I purchased these for my wife not familiar with its sound qualities at the time. I have the Bose Q35 and love them with one exception, they are mostly for indoor use as they make my head and ears sweat. Anyway, back to the Jabra Elite 65e.... the sound quality via any media is excellent. Voice clearness is crisp and easy to understand, once you have selected one of the various size ear canal bud tips (included) and learned how to best insert them into/on the ear they stay in place well for the most part. What is also very imprressive is the Jabra's active noise cancelling abilities, I'm hard of hearing in my left ear but was able to mow the lawn and STILL understand vocals...amazing! Finally, further impressing me is the ability to adjust the Jabra's EQ via a free app...wish I could do that with my more expensive Bose!. I would absolutely recommend these.

In comparison he the AirPods, this in ear headphone wraps around your neck and holds securely in your ears - less chance of losing them. Sound is pretty clear - can’t complain

If I were rating these headphones on performance, or sound quality, I would most certainly give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, I found that they were uncomfortable in my ears, and sadly it became necessary to return them.

This is a great idea but falls just short. I'm not able to get as much volume out of it as I'd like. And I've already had to replace one and this one is now doing the same thing. The left earpiece is crackling... like there's moisture in it. But it hasn't been exposed to the rain or elements. I like the battery, the style, the magnetic buds but that's about it. Overall, not real satisfied.

I usually go through bluetooth headphones every few months but these last and the battery life is great. The sound is crisp with a very balanced bass. I love these bad boys.

They work well for me. I can easily switch the noise canceling on and off. Taking calls is easy as well. They are so light I sometime forget I'm wearing them.

These things are amazing! They sound great in all three modes. The active noise cancelling is really nice, I can be in any office or airplane environment and with the click of a button the noise is gone, much better than the Apple ANC in my opinion. The fit is secure enough to run with them. Great purchse, I bought them in December of 2019 and am writing this review in Feb of 2021! That should speak for itself after every day use.

I am going to start with my dislikes, because there are few. Dislike: -Overall these seem to be really well made and exceptional quality, but the mic grill/cover does not feel like it will stay attached very long. There is a edge that protrudes from the mic grill at the housing that feels like it will snag and pull right off in time. -The neck band. I have a larger neck, 17" shirt collars. The neck band is snug, it really is hard to describe. While most of the weigh is at the back, the flex points seem to put the pressure towards the front of my neck. - The app. This a a good and evil. There is the Sound+ app in the Play Store (Apple Store for those people :) that is pretty decent, BUT you have to install a second Jabra Service that is linked in the app, bottom of the screen after connecting. Two apps to manage the headphones just seems odd, neither seem to be required. Also, late add, the app says there is a update to the headset, that after it starts installing...IT NEVER ENDS. The app seems to be designed to be a initial setup but is not in the documentation. Likes: -The sound is almost perfect to my taste. Good bass, treble, very balanced out of the box. There is a equalizer that is slightly hidden in settings. - Ear pieces fit really nicely. Good comfort there. - Mic has a really good quality to it. - ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) is one of the better implimentations that I have used. - Magnetic earpieces so they do not accidentally get snagged in something. - Wires to the earpieces feel really thick and strong. - Buttons are clicky and very intuitive. - You can connect to two devices without issue. Tested with a Chromebook, iPhone and a Android Phone. Just hold the power for about 3 seconds when powering on and you can connect the other device. It will connect to two devices at once, but will remember more. I have 3 devices remembering the headset and they switch rather easily by connecting in BT settings. - Battery life has been really good, exceeding the 12 advertised hours. Overall, I really like these headsets. I just wish the weight distribution and tightness in the neck piece were better distributed. I would recommend for normal sized humans. Larger people may want to try them on before deciding if these are a good fit.

For phone calls, this is probably the best headset I've ever used. Usually, you have to speak loudly in order for the headset to pick up your voice. This headset has 4 mics and one is near your mouth so it picks up even softer voices. For audio, it's maybe 7 out of 10. the ANC is maybe a 5 out of 10. But the voice quality is 10 out of 10. I bought these to use on the phone. Battery life is average, about 8 hours with ANC on. They are thick and heavy and hard to fit into your ears. However, if you twist the rubber earpiece, you can likely find your fit. Overall, I'm pleased with them.
