Great voice quality. Are use this specifically for work calls throughout the day while in my home office and driving. I’ve tried multiple other products In the $100-$200 range and have been told on multiple occasions that it sounds like I’m underwater or that I sound like a robot. My experience with these Jabra headphones is that my voice comes through Krystal Klear.

Awesome control with great quality sound makes this a great choice.

sound quality and microphone are great but if my phone is in my front pocket the sound cuts in and out, the earbuds do not fit well and would hurt my ears(might just be my ears) but for 200 dollars they should not cut in and out if my phone is less that 2 feet away. I returned them after one month

I like the sound of these Jabra Elite 65e Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Earbud. They easily match my preferred sound profile. I like accurate, natural bass and good detail. Their comfort, ease-of-use, voice clarity, and functionality for phone use are real winners. I can easily recommend these earbuds, with a few caveats noted in my review. SETUP: The more time I spend with my electronics, the more I realize that ease-of-use is at least as important as my obsession with sound quality. Jabra could be a bit more helpful here, as their “Get Started Guide” shows the very important Sound+ APP inside it’s cover, but makes no other mention of it. Do yourself a favor, and download the APP while you wait for that 1st charging. With the App installed on your phone, you can set aside the “GET STARTED” guide I will give kudos for a guide you can read without magnifying glasses and with genuinely useful diagrams. But, it’s the APP that has a USER MANUAL under the DEVICE ICON. Save yourself time and go directly here. COMFORT and FUNCTIONS: With the Jabra Sound+ the PAIRING process is fast. The control for ON/OFF/BT/Phone use sits between nicely separate UP/Forward and DOWN/Reverse controls, along the right “arm” of the neck band. You’re ready to play music. All three buttons are really raised and really easy to locate while out-and-about. There are only 2 controls on the left neckband “arm” which control noise cancelling and MUTE/VOICE/SIRi, etc. The earbuds are very lightweight and it was easy for me to get a good fit. I’m a big fan of the oval shaped gels and the “wings’ that Jabra employs. These earbuds sit in your ears without fuss and fiddling. The neck band is fairly comfortable, and “disappears” quickly enough, but it seems designed for the average to smaller neck sizes. SOUND and Noise Cancelling: Accurate, detailed. Exceptional voice quality for phone calls. For overall sound, there is a nice surprise for you: in the APP, under the HOME ICON, touch the GEAR ICON, then Audio Experience, then Music equalizer, and here you discover a 5 Band Equalizer, music controls, and a quick RESET to start over. Nice, if buried deeper than necessary. Other controls are here under the GEAR and simpler adjustments are just under the HOME icon. Noise Cancelling is on board. This is not the “blackhole” silencing some other headphones can provide, but it can certainly quiet down a droning engine. COMPLAINTS: On my iPhone6 I found that the noise cancelling was critical to getting high quality sound from the Jabra Earbuds. When I defeated it, sound quality took a bad turn, losing bass and volume. But, I also had another odd quirk, which may or may not have been contributing to my results. The APP was actually PAIRING with my iPhone6, twice. Working with Jabra Support is a pleasure, as they take whatever time is required to sort out problems.

I bought ear buds and a wirelless charger for my ihpone. Very happy with both purchases.

Bought these fire wife as replacement for another brand. She loves them.

I tried this product for almost two weeks hoping that it will serve it's purpose, unfortunately prolong usage of the earphone is not advisable as the plastic part of the earpiece touch your ear and it's a little bit hard. I would say maybe if you try the other plastic caps would be better.
