Only 4 stars because of the app glitch... Pros; These are great sounding buds and are very comfortable to wear. They are low profile and with the proper size gel inserts they are very snug in the ear and will not fall out while exercising. Cons; there is a bug in the app for the iPhone, there is no way to adjust the ambient outside noise with the Hearthrough feature, in the lastest app version the Hearthrough volume slider is missing, Jabra is aware of the glitch and is working on an update, so they say.

I purchased 3 other ear buds from Bose, Jaybird, and Sony at the same time and these had the most consistent features. The Bose set had the best acoustics, but didn't get very loud, and could not connect to the bluetooth on my Samsung 4K TV. Also they only held up fo 4-5 hours. The Jaybirds had decent sound and were comfortable, easy setup, but had audio delay on my 4K TV. The Sony set had excellent sound, comfortable fit, easy bluetooth commands, but would cut out from time to time. They also had the audio delay on the 4K TV set. This Jabra set has good sound, connects to my Samsung 4K TV set, and lasts for 10 hours or more when you alternate time in the portable charger. And the fit is secure and comfortable. Good product.

You get what you pay for...Although there are Blue Tooth ear-bud products that can be purchased for much cheaper, they are definitely inferior products. Although no one (including me) wants to over-pay for any product, at the same time, I don't mind paying more for a better product as long as the quality of the product can justify the price. These ear-buds are definitely a high quality product that are easy to use and work well, ALL OF THE TIME. Great battery life, quality construction, they are comfortable, and the sound is great whether you are listening to music, on a conference call, or watching a movie on your iPad while on an airplane. The only thing that would be nice to have, would be for the ear-bud case to be able to charge by being placed on a charging pad, which this does not...You need to plug the case in.

Headphones are great for any occasion, so small and discreet. The carrying case acts as a portable charger like the airpods and will last days before needing to charge. Only con is that the fit of the earbuds are not great if using for more then an hour. It's the same with other earbuds out there. Idk when all the manufacturers will realize that amd decide to change the design of the tips. Lastly the price is kind of expensive but if you can find them for around 129 to 149, go for it.

Pros: It fits well within your ear. No worries about it falling out if you have the right one size plastic ear piece selected. The sound is incredible. With the app you have tons of options. I really like the focus option with rain, ocean etc options for white noise. Plus the "hear through" option is good if you are in areas where you need to pay attention to surroundings. There are a lot of cool features that I don't use as much, like how to control them with touches, I usually default to my phone controls. Does pair up with multiple devices which is nice. Can auto pause when they are removed. Cons: They can feel a little too snug. almost like wearing earplugs. Like other reviews state, you do get used to it, but it is a little off putting at first. And it can drown out the noise, so be careful if using these to run where cars or you need to pay attention. I did not get the "Active" version so the connectivity can be a little spotty in certain conditions and not a lot of range, meaning walking to other side of the house without the phone, but nothing that has been a major issue enough to be angry about. As for the phone call aspect. Hard to tell. Haven't had to use them much for it, As when I am home I don't need them, and most of my interaction is via text messages. My car has hands free so, no issues there. So the few times I have used them, the other people have not complained like previous bluetooth options, so probably good but cant promise that yet Overall, worth the investment, Better than airpods? Never tried them, but the guy at best buy was convincing and I did not want to wait on them to "order" me a set as they don't stock them as Apple is crap. So overall good product.

These earbuds sound great and stay in my ear. The case isn’t as easy to open or use as the Apple AirPods. I like the lightweight feel of the Apple AirPods, but they would fall out of my ears. The sound though, is better than Apple AirPods.

I love these ear buds. The last long, they charge quick, they are a comfortable fit and they don’t fall out. Sound quality is perfect. Only thing I would change is to be able to use the left one on its own like I can use the right one.

I did some research on a few pairs of wireless earbuds and after many many good reviews from tech mags and YouTube videos, I felt that this pair was the one. I have not been let down one bit by these amazing war buds. The sound is great and the way they stay in my ears is a plus. They stay in and they never get uncomfortable throughout the time in wearing them. I havent had any connectivity issues despite many people saying the left bud gets disconnected. There is a button on that bud that when pressed and held down for a second does pair it again instantly. Sound is a solid 9, comfortabilility is a 10 and they look better than apples pods. The case offers extra battery life. All in all this is a great buy for anyone trying to find a good pair for, especially when it comes to physical activities.

Much better set of ear buds then previous brands I've owned. I use to train with a pair of Jaybirds each day that had good sound quality but after using these, I wonder why I didn't purchase instead. These have superior better sound quality and more of a secure fit. They're also easier to use and the app offers better features. To add, the bass thumbs without bursting your eardrums. If you purchase these, you won't be disappointed!

Bought these during 2019 Black Friday. Benefits: Lots of good features including noice cancellation, sound pass through, App based Equalizer etc. Buds are good for normal as well as sweaty use. Comfortable for me. Good deep bass. Could be better: Battery time is lower at about 3-4 hours. At least 6-8 hours would have made me give it a 5 star. Buttons on the left bud needs a hard press. That's kind of difficult it the bud is in the ear.

From the audio quality to the battery life, these are a great pair of earbuds well worth the full price (I got mine on sale for $130.) The two minor complaints are with the included rubber tips and the case. With prolonged use, my ears would get sweaty, and when that happens the rubber tips would become slippery. Not slippery enough that I'd worry about them falling out, but slippery enough to affect the sound isolation. I tried swapping the tips out for the bigger and smaller included sizes, but neither of those fit properly. The earbuds also don't fit very snugly into the case. With the Sony WF-1000X I had before these I could open the case with the earbuds in, flip the case upside down, and not worry about the earbuds falling out--not so with the Jabra.

I bought these a year ago and have never looked back. I actually bought another pair when they were on sale for Xmas for a backup! I love these so much. My main problems with any other truly wireless headphones is the fit, battery life and volume. These solve all problems for me. The fit is great, takes 2 secs to pop them in the ear and I never ever have to worry about them falling out. I get easily a week's worth of usage on one charge. Lastly, while the sound won't blow u away, they definitely have good sound and have been a staple in my workouts for quite some time now. They are waterproof as well so just another thing that u don't have to worry about. Overall, these are great and I can't recommend these enough. Try em out and see.

I have tried the Bose soundsport, and the apple airpods. The apple airpods feel the best but allow way to much noise. Bose feel good but stick out too much and I wear a face/neck mask at work to block sun so they felt weird because of far they stick out. The Jabra headphones isolate noise. And they feel comfortable. They allow enough noise with the ambient sound and the assistant features work great. Also the Bose would disconnect everyday after I recharged them and I would have to place them back in the case and take them out to reconnect them. Jabra has no connection issues and don't stick out as far.

While these earbuds won’t produce studio-grade sound, they do sound great for what they are, and are plenty loud enough. They stay connected to their source and to each other very reliably. They stay in sync with video. But their biggest benefits are their features: They can pair with up to 5 devices. They can connect with 2 devices at once. Using the phone app, you can customize the equalizer, and the EQ adjusts the earbuds themselves, so any input source will use those EQ settings, not just your phone! The charging case makes them convenient and helps keep them charged for quite a while! I love them!

I'll preface this by saying I use these at work, home and the gym so I need decent quality for phone conversations. Up until recently I was using a Plantronics Voyager 3200 for work and while driving and a cheaper pair of wireless earbuds for the gym. My intention was to find wireless earbuds that could do it all. First the sound quality of these earbuds are great! They're not super loud but they sound fantastic. The mics deliver great sound without picking up excess background noise. A great feature while hiking is the hear through experience. You can still capture the surrounding noise of the environment while listening to your tunes. Great for maintaining your awareness while jammin'. The battery life has been great. No danger of running out of juice. The case is small and convenient but is kind of a pain to open. They could use a textured design or something to differentiate front/back and make it easier to open. So why not 5 stars? The thing that makes them great (noise cancellation) is a bit of a draw back if you attempt to use with only one ear. The outside sound is muffled and the hear through is not at all effective with only one ear piece. I don't really like using them as an earpiece while I'm driving. I'll probably stick to my Plantronics for my long car trips and for work and these Jabra Elite's for all other things. Bottom line is they're great for the gym, walks, casual listening and phone calls. They're not so great if you don't want to be immersed in sound or only want to use one ear.

These wireless buds are easy to use, reliable, comfortable, and they sound great. I purchased these with the intent of using them for hands free telephone conversations and for listening to music while I work in the yard. Then, my earbuds that I use for running broke and I used these as a substitute, worried that they would slip out of my ear. Nope. They stayed snug despite the sweat of a 10 mile run. I do not really use the functions and cannot comment on that, but they pair easily to my PC and Android phone.

Best True Wireless Headphones I've Tried

I have a couple of issues with these headphones, but overall, they are a great choice. This was my third set of true wireless headphones -- I bought a cheap pair online to just try out the concept, but they were really poor quality. Then I purchased the Samsung Gear Icon X model, but had constant connectivity issues with them, and the sound quality was not what I had hoped for.. The 65t's are much more reliable, sound pretty good, work well for phone calls, are very comfortable to wear, and I like the carrying case, which is compact enough to sit in the pocket of dress pants, and can recharge the earbuds twice. I do experience some brief interruptions to the Bluetooth connectivity, but the biggest gripe I have is that on a pretty regular basis (maybe 20 percent of the time I used them), when I first put them in my ears, the left earbud is not powered on. I should be able to just press and hold the button on the earbud to power it on, but I've discovered that it's just less of a hassle to put them both back in the case, close it, and then take them out and put the earbuds back in my ears -- they both power up on the second try every time. There are true wireless earbuds that I'm sure sound much better -- like the Bose and Sennheiser models -- but they are both a lot more expensive, the buds themselves are much larger, the carrying cases are too bulky to carry around all the time, so the Jabras are a good compromise for me.

Very good earbuds for my needs. Good battery-life. I think the sound is great, for music or for phone calls. I like the ability to allow external sounds through or to disable them. The tips that came with them were good but I did purchase third-party foam tips which were a little bit more comfortable. I would definitely recommend these earbuds for those who want wireless functionality.
