Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the Elite 7 Active True Wireless Noise Canceling In-Ear Headphones, particularly praising the sound quality, fit, comfort, and battery life. The ANC and Hearthrough features are also well-received. However, some users have experienced connectivity issues and found the case design a bit challenging to open. The microphone quality could also be improved for better phone calls.

These are the best earbuds I have ever owned. They are comfortable and light, and the sound quality is the best I've ever heard. I haven't tried the ANC or hear through features much. I do not regret spending a bit more for these earbuds.

I used to have a pair of Jabra 3. After looking at the Jabras for a bit the other day for while, these ones seemed to been the pick. It is nice that both sides are house blend instead of just the left side on the Jabra 3. Just found out that if I'm on the phone or listening to music, all I have to do is pull one out and puts them on mute.

The Jabra Elite 7 Active are the real deal. They are perfect for workouts and they will not fall out of your ears no matter how hard you workout. You don’t have to worry about pushing them back in your ears after moving around or sweating on them. The Jabra ShakeGrip truly works; no need for anything else to help them stay in your ears. As a matter of fact, I found myself workingout for a longer period of time because I wasn’t distracted by outside noise or the pressure from having something in my ears and slipping or falling out every few minutes. These new buds helped me get through a tough workout because I had the beat going and felt my arms were truly free. I was able to sweat profusely and hard without worry about affecting the sound or damaging the speakers. I was able to hear my music and not my footsteps as I walked on the treadmill or even the treadmill motor running. I was able to hear everything I wanted to hear and nothing of what I didn’t. Part of my workouts include a 4-mile fast-paced walk everyday and I move around a lot. These felt good in my ears the entire time. They did not fall out. I didn’t have to adjust them and they felt good in my ears the entire time. You can wipe sweat off your face without worrying about affecting the music (because you have to press the buds to affect things). I was able to shake my head, lift weights, and anything else and they won’t fall out of my ears. My other buds would always fall out, unless I used hooks with them. Additionally, these do not stick out of your ears too far or hang low. What a difference a good pair of earbuds make in your workout life. These buds make your music sound great! They are now my go-to earbuds for days and nights. I wasn’t familiar with the Jabra brand before I picked these up. This is my first experience and I am impressed. I’ve been using these earbuds for the past five days, listening to everything from music, watching music videos, to taking phone calls. In all situations, I was more than satisfied and in other areas I was truly impressed. The buds arrived to my home well packaged and sustained no damaging to the packaging or the buds themselves. I can truly appreciate the thought that goes into well-packaged items and the science behind the packaging of these buds should be appreciated. It was extremely easy to open by simply pulling tabs, every step of the way. The packaging is very user friendly and it is simple to follow along the tabs and getting to what you need to get to first. Why is this important, it saves you a lot of time and allows you to start at the intended beginning of getting started with no repeated steps so you can begin to enjoy them without delays. They used very little packaging as it was just enough to protect it from damage. After I opened my new buds, I downloaded the Jabra Sound+ the app for easy setup. I love the control you get using the app. It was very easy to set up my buds and connect them to my phone. I like that they included a visual and audio guide that walks you through each step, along with a way to test that it works in the way you want them to work and provides constructive feedback. You’re able to easily name your buds, do ear fit tests for the best sound as well as set your sound preferences. I appreciate that I was able to do everything I needed to do and find the help I needed all via the app. I found the quick start guide and full manual within the app. I was even able to register my buds via the app. I had a few questions that a directed to customer service and they were extremely responsive and eager to provide assistance and resolve my concerns/issues/ and address my questions. These buds have an excellent fit in my ears right out the box. They arrived with the medium tips pair already attached. I Like the nice black matte finish to the buds and the case. Both the case and the buds are all matte black, with a clean design. Everything is black. They look simple but elegant. The buds are soft, light and small, which makes them perfect for working out and everyday, long-hour usage. The Jabra Elite Active buds have one of the best fits I’ve tried to date, and I’ve tried several different brands. No need for wing tips. I tried the other tips that come with it, but found the medium tips worked best because they fit perfectly out the box. With the other buds included, you may get a tighter seal with the larger tips, but they stick out more. I feel as though they all create a good seal because of the Jabra Shakegrip fit. The buds have easy push controls on each bud. But won’t mistakenly turn off, skip a track or hang up an active phone call when you’re working out. And when you push the buttons in, they don’t mess up your seal or hurt your ear. I like that you can control activity with either earbud and personalize them as you please. You’re able to control just about everything for the buds, such as, the volume, tracks, voice assistance, taking calls, etc by pressing and or holding the left or right buttons on either earbud. I like that you can see the battery levels for all three devices (the two ear buds and the case) all within the app. You can use Siri, Google Assist, or Alexa and there is voice guidance. They have an adjustable auto sleep mode to save battery and will cut off when you’re not listening to anything and an auto pause with in-ear detection, so they know when they are in your ears and will only play sound when they are in your ears. The case fits nicely in hand, is very light with or without buds inside. These are the lightest pair of buds and case I own and I have seven different ones. But one issue I have with the case is that I can’t tell whether it’s the top or the bottom. It’s not obvious at first look. The buds and case use various lights that indicate when the buds and case is charged and when in need of a charge, but stay hidden when you don’t need to see them. They also let you know, with different colors, the status of other functions such as low battery, paring and updating. My sound hearing preferences is fantastic. You can tailor the sound to your personal musical preferences for your pleasure. The app has soundscapes which allows you to listen to different sounds, i.e. sounds of nature (I love the sounds of ocean waves and rain); no need to open a separate app. I was able to activate find my ear buds so that if I lose them, it will be easy for me to find them via the app and playing an audible sound, again, all within this FREE great app. I like the EQ pre-settings as well as the ability to custom adjust them or set your own based on your preferences. It’s simple for me to change modes between Hip-Hop and R&B or Gospel and I’m able to appreciate the differences (unlike with some of the other buds I’ve used in the passed where you can’t hear the differences or it sounds worse). Bluetooth 5.2 is great! I get a longer range and not much interference when using items that would normally cause interference like microwaves. The Jabra Elite & Active buds have a decent Advanced Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). It blocks out the sounds you do not want to hear, but it sounds like it enhances the sounds you do want to hear. The HearThrough feature works perfectly as it enhances the outside sound. I like the ability to be able to listen to my music, but also hear other things around me, like the doorbell, microwave, people calling my name. However, because the buds have such a great seal, you don’t hear much outside noise anyhow, even with ANC set to off a lot of noise is blocked out. One of the best things about Jabra’s ANC and/or HearThrough is that it doesn’t affect the sound quality of the media you’re listening to. With other buds, when you turn on sound modes, it reduces the quality of what you’re listening to and makes it sound muffled. But not with the Jabra Elite & Active buds, you can enjoy your music while taking advantage of all of the features to enhance your listening experience. When you’re not using your buds, it’s best to keep them stored in the provided case. It allows them to stay clean, easy to find and charge so that they are ready when you need them. The case has great magnets that hold the buds in place. The magnets allow for a nice snap in place/pull when putting them back in the case. They are strong enough to pull them in once they get close to the case, right before you release them, and you can hold the case upside down and the won’t fall out. Other buds magnets don’t hold as well and will fall out of the case with the slightest bump or shake. Additionally, the Jabra Elite 7 Active has QI certified wireless charging which allows you to use it with almost all wireless charing pads. I was able to charge my buds in the case in just two and a half hours. You can also charge it with the included USB Type C cable. A simple 5watt charging brick (not included) will work well and is actually recommend. They do not recommend using anything faster. You get up to eight hours of battery life and a total of 30 hours with case. You can get more time on your earbuds if you don’t use ANC or Hearthrough and you might get ten hours on the buds and 35 hours with the case. You can also put them back in the case for a quick charge to get an hour of usage for only five minutes of charging time. In closing, these are the most perfect earbuds that sound great, are perfect for workouts and will not fall out. They work as advertised. All the hype is real. You will not be disappointed.

Class leading sound and noise cancelling quality. They look and feel high quality. I recommend you buy the extended warranty as I have returned two sets which malfunctioned (differential volume level between right and left pods). I keep buying them because they work so well in all other respects.

The sound is good as well as the anc but from day one I had issues with updating the firmware and now the case is useless because it is stuck in software update mode. Also, for some one ear bud drains battery a lot faster than the other. I would not buy them again. I will stick with Apple AirPods in the future.

The sound is ok with a flat low and high sound. Even with app equalizer the sound was not great… just OK. I used their 75t before. And only bought this because I lost one earbud and Jabra disconnected 75t. This one comes nowhere close to the sound and quality of the 75t. Finally returned it and got Sony linkbuds. That sounds pretty good.
