Airline pilot that has to commute (ride in back going to/from work). I bought these hoping that they could replace my over ear noise canceling headphones (limited space and the Jabra’s small case is ideal). I have tried for a month over four separate trips and I sit here with my ears ringing 12 hours after my last commute home because the noise canceling failed to work as advertised and I had to turn up the volume up to hear an audio book. Quite honestly, I hear zero difference between when I have the noise cancellation on or off. Zero difference. That is using/trying all three ear plug sizes and tweaking via the app. I DO clearly hear the difference when I select hear through… I do hear the different levels of noise canceling (easily) in my overear aviation headset (A20s), my earbud aviation headset (ProFlight 2s), and the overear “regular” headphones (QC35s) that I tried to replace with these. So three work perfectly in noise canceling and the Jabras I cannot even tell it is on? :/ I will say these stay put when walking around. I tried running with them and they aren’t up to it. But walking-good to go. If they only worked for the reason I bought them…

I was going to give this one start because the call volume was very low, which was disappointing because they were very comfortable and the media volume was good. Luckily I found a fix. For those of you that experience this issue, try the following. When on a call, lower the volume all the way down, wait a few seconds, and slowly raise the volume back up. Enjoy these headphones!

I wish they would have come with better directions but once I figured it out it was worth it. I’m losing my hearing no one knows why so these have been great. I love the way the stay in the ear as I tried 2 others and everytime I would move around they would fall out. The sound on these is fantastic and I already had a friend get a pair. All and all very pleased. I got these as a promotion from #The Insiders

Best headphones I've ever had don't be swayed by the more popular brands. I think one of the best and most important features of this headphones have is the ability to chirp them when they're lost. I've had other headphones air pods Samsung etc and they don't chirp nearly as loud as these making the entire feature useless.

I upgraded from Elite Active 75t because I was no longer able to get a decent battery life out of them anymore. I was on the fence about the Elite 7 Pro because they are critically acclaimed but most reviews from actual people were the complete opposite. Unfortunately, my experience landed with actual people. They actually fit in my ear better than the Elite 75t since they were smaller, and I got a nice seal. They sounded great but that's where the positives ended for me. My two biggest issues were the microphone during call was awful and with the app. I tried everything I could find on the internet in the settings and no matter what everyone always sounded like I was far away in a tunnel, and that was always in a quiet room. The other issue I had is the very first time I'd set them up the app would recognize the headphones and let me configure them, but any time after that the app would never see the headphones. I even went as far as restarting my phone and still no luck. Ultimately, I returned them and went with the Sony true wireless, which was not my first choice since Jabra has better on headphone controllers. I really hope Jabra can figure out the microphone issue on their next iteration.

I'm coming from the Jabra Elite 75t which was excellent on it's own. Sound is far more impressive and the ANC is great! It's a smaller profile so they are not sticking outside of the ear. They fit perfectly and comfortably. I still can't figure out why anyone would want airpods.

This is a replacement set. The first had poor quality in office calls but the sound quality was good.

Battery charge is amazing and the sound quality is stellar.

Bought these for my husband to use in the hot tub & he says these are the best sounding he’s had. Accidentally dropped one in the water and they lived up to the waterproof claim, took a few minutes to find but still functioned perfectly.

Great sound quality, noise cancellation, and hear through.

My expectations are simple and these go beyond. The quality for the price makes them the perfect accompaniment for the gym or daily life. Rests well in the ear for the most part yet can get uncomfortable going into the second hour of consistent wear while active. Phone calls can be a little hollow, but not an inconvenience.

I was debating between these earbuds and the Apple Airpods. I decided to go with these because I prefered the smaller size. As soon as i opened the case to take them out and use them, both medium size buds tore apart and were unusable. I’m returning these immediately and getting the AirPods like my gut told me to do.

Great headphones! I compared these to some of the best name brands and these were a clear winner. Great sound and great noise cancellation. Awesome for a quiet train or flight.

Bought this around black friday and I would say at that pricw definitely a good pick up. At regular price its not worth it. The ANC is definitely solid not the best but makes a noticeable difference. The hearthrough mode is nice. Only complaint is that the the earbuds are limited in control options and app is so-so

These earbuds are very comfortable to wear. Love the charging case, and quick power on and off when removing and putting them back in the case. I had another pair (different brand) that weren't as responsive so the changeover to and from phone and Bluetooth was delayed. The sound is great and the buttons are easy to use.

These ear buds are fantastic. Very pleased with the sound and overall performance. Fit great too

Better than my AirPods Pro. I love being able to equalize the sound. These are super great for the price. You will thank yourself for saving the money you would have spent. I gave them away and I bought the new AirPod pros. To me… not worth it.

Amazing sound quality and fits so comfortably in my ears

Best set I ever had. Very user friendly, comfortable and practical. I used them in multiple settings and conditions and enjoyed my experience. I specifically enjoyed the ease with which they connected to multiple devices. Top notch noise cancellation.
