Having one other pair of earbuds at this price point, I had high expectations for these and they did not meet any of them. The app is not intuitive and sometimes didn't see that the earbuds were connected. The earbuds would drop connection randomly and then take about 2 minutes to reconnect on their own or a manual reconnection. I honestly would not recommend this particular version of the product. When the word "pro" is used in the tech world, it normally means "better than the rest". The premium, premium product. These are not it.

Overall good but could be better

I use them for calls and working out at the gym. When I'm working out, I can feel them slipping every now and then and will need to adjust them, so I can't say it is extremely secure in the ear. Maybe I am still learning the controls but there have been times when only 1 earbud was working and had to reset them by putting it back into the case. Since I didn't have the case on hand at the time, I had to wait until I finished my workout...However, when I am in the office and just making calls, I have no problems with the audio!

But after having them for around 2 months, I can tell you that I will never own any other brand! The noise canceling feature as well as the hear through feature are very impressive yes, but for me it’s the fit of Jabras. Yesterday I spent 10 minutes looking for my right side earbud, cause I thought it was misplaced. All the while it was in my ear. That’s how well they fit!

Wireless charging, magnet that holds the earbuds in the case, longer battery life AND ability to use a single earbud while the other one charges. It appears that volume and calls stayed about the same, if not, they just got slightly better. People hear me clearly while making calls and i hear them clearly as well.
