Great battery life and ANC, the person on the other end of the call does hear noise. The noise cancelling is only for the person wearing the headset.

Great earphones all around. My only gripe is that with apple cellphone it disconnects when answering phones. Aside from that i love the sound.

The perfect combo, the iPhone 13 Pro, Spotify Premium and the new Jabra Elite 7 Pro, incredible sound from such a small bud. I can't review the battery life yet because my first night of use was very high volume with ANC on the entire time, but when I finally went back to the app after several hours of high volume use, the app was still reading 75% power remaining in both buds. I'd like to see more EQ pre-set options in the app though

I use these for everything, work, house work and flying, the noise cancellation is awesome on these.

I really like these but i have 3 complaints, 1 ANC needs to be a little better, 2 earbuds do not stay charging in the charge case unless sitting flat, I can't just put them in my pocket they seem to disconnect from charging and connect to my phone, 3 hear through needs to be a better

Great wireless earbuds. Noise canceling works well. Best base of any earbuds i have tried. If you like base these are the earbuds to get.

Good sound and build, a few gripes. Hard to open case and buttons push the headphones into your ears. Noise cancelling pretty weak as well.

I use these everyday at the airport around airplane where the sound level is 140db(decibals) and they work excellent!

I purchased three different earbuds, the Sony WF-1000XM4, the Sony WFC500, and the Jabra Elite 7 Pro. I kept the Sony WFC500. I wore each pair for 15 minutes. The XM4s started hurting my ears. I had to use the medium foam tips to create a seal. I didn’t like the foam tips to begin with. While the noise cancellation was good, the bass was not. There’s also no volume up or down button on the earbuds. The Jabra Elite 7 pro, I could not get them into my ears properly to save my life. They never sealed, and it felt and looked like they were about to fall out. Then I tried the Sony WFC500. These are the ones I kept. The silicone tips created a better seal in my ear than the other two, and I noticed ALMOST no difference in outside noise between this pair and the other Sony‘s XM4. These earbuds have probably twice as much bass when using the bass booster function in the equalizer. I don’t have a problem hearing people, and they don’t have a problem hearing me, and I drive a semi truck. Directly from the earbuds these have the ability to turn the volume up and down, use your phones voice assistant, answer and hang up a phone call, play, pause, skip forward and go back when listening to music. All from the ear buds. The WFC500 earbuds have actual tactile feedback when pushing the button on the sides. It’s a nice firm click.

Picked up these earbuds sort of on a whim, but absolutely don't regret getting them. These sound very clear and balanced, with a decent amount of bass and high end so nothing sounds weak or dull with these! (I'd say, if you looove bass, which I don't, these at their default EQ probably won't blow your mind any.) Noise cancelling isn't absolutely amazing, as I find engine noises still get through these, but chatter and other subtle noises do get cut out considerably. That being said, it's definitely adequate enough to hear everything clearly, and beats the previous headsets I've had in ANC performance. The passthrough mode works fine, but it seems to amplify background noise a little more than voices. One issue I've found is that these earbuds do refuse to update, so now they get stuck with a purple blinking light whenever I put away my earbuds. I'm unsure if this has had any effect on the battery life, but it hasn't affected the usability of the earbuds for me. The app also tells me there's always an update, but I cannot seem to finish said update. I do also find that on occasion, the buds may play music through one ear, acting as if the other is still in the case or not on, but this doesn't happen often. I'm overall satisfied, and none of the issues here really soured the whole experience for me. I'm sure the last tiny issue can be fixed with firmware, but unfortunately I can't seem to do that. But again, it doesn't bother me as much as it may others.

The headphones are good for audio but not as much for talking. If you are on a call users on the other end often report they cannot hear you well.

Worked great for the first 6 months. Then started to show flags specialy on battery charging case. I've owned them for over 18 months and after leaving the ear buds for overnigth charging (wither case plugged on wall or just by itself) usualy there's one of them that does not charge 100%. I had even found right side bud at 0% charged inside case, if I dont use the for a vouple of days.

Love these earbuds. I'm always outdoors and my technology needs to keep up. Good sound and durability.

Outstanding in-ear headphones. Love that I can be connected to my personal and my business cell phones at the same time.
