Picked up these earbuds sort of on a whim, but absolutely don't regret getting them. These sound very clear and balanced, with a decent amount of bass and high end so nothing sounds weak or dull with these! (I'd say, if you looove bass, which I don't, these at their default EQ probably won't blow your mind any.) Noise cancelling isn't absolutely amazing, as I find engine noises still get through these, but chatter and other subtle noises do get cut out considerably. That being said, it's definitely adequate enough to hear everything clearly, and beats the previous headsets I've had in ANC performance. The passthrough mode works fine, but it seems to amplify background noise a little more than voices. One issue I've found is that these earbuds do refuse to update, so now they get stuck with a purple blinking light whenever I put away my earbuds. I'm unsure if this has had any effect on the battery life, but it hasn't affected the usability of the earbuds for me. The app also tells me there's always an update, but I cannot seem to finish said update. I do also find that on occasion, the buds may play music through one ear, acting as if the other is still in the case or not on, but this doesn't happen often. I'm overall satisfied, and none of the issues here really soured the whole experience for me. I'm sure the last tiny issue can be fixed with firmware, but unfortunately I can't seem to do that. But again, it doesn't bother me as much as it may others.

After my beloved Jabra Elite Active 75t buds wore out I was skeptical that I’d ever find another pair that would be as good. Boy, was I surprised with the Jabra Elite 7 Pro. They sound as good, have all the Jabra features I love like two device connections, ANC, and the Jabra app. The biggest plus is that they are light and don’t fall out of my ears. Jabra for the WIN!!

I love the noise cancellation, a great in-ear-headphone to have.

These are great - using them mainly with my Apple Watch since I can’t seem to get the AirPods (any version) to stay in my ears (and yes I have tried everything). Be aware that because they are not an apple product there are some proprietary limitations - they do not seemlessly transfer from my phone to my watch - and I have never even connected them to my phone - but as I am leaving my phone and approaching my phone they will cut out. Maybe apple will allow Jabra the secret to fix this someday.

Great sound, only complaint is the case is slick and hard to flick open.

The sound quality is amazing and the noise canceling mode works amazing.

I'd give it a 4.5 if I could. Everything is perfect except for the bud size. If you change to a bigger size they won't fit into the charging case.

Best ear buds ever, love these, have owned many jabras and will in the future

I really wanted to like these as I have other Jabra products that I love. I could never get them to fit properly in my ears and ended up returning them. No matter how many times I went through the wizard, it would continually tell me to move them and try again. FWIW, the noise cancellation did not appear to be that great but it could also have been a fit related issue. I'll never know.

love them, they sound very good and are small enough for me. Will buy another set soon that's how much I like them.

These earbuds are very nice if they are comfortable for you. I found the Elite Active earbuds to fit in my ear better.

Good. Wanted specifically so I could connect to multiple devices at once. A litlle high-priced for the sound but fits my needs.

Sound is but not great. With the software update it will connect to multiple devices at once. iPod pros do sound better but for double the price I’ll take that all day long
