The jury is still deliberating on phone call quality. The reviewers claim they are as good as any other top quality buds for phone calls. Early returns say they are adequate, but not as great as claimed. Still working with them and may update review on call quality. Good buy, decent price when on sale. The gold beige is a nice change of pace from the black/white options out there.

We appreciate your letting us know that while you enjoy the Elite 7 Pro's general functionality, you are still looking for more from the device's active noise-cancellation feature. While it is true that having a proper fit with your Jabra Elite 7 Pro earbuds does help with the passive noise cancellation functionality of the device, it is not all that contributes to the device's ability to block out the noises in your surroundings. The Jabra Elite 7 Pro features feedforward ANC. In a feedforward setup, the microphone is placed outside the ear cup. The microphone hears the noise before the person does. ANC then processes the noise and creates the anti-noise before sending the resulting signal to the headset speaker. To get the most out of the ANC, it is vital to use the ANC calibration feature from the Sound+ app and select the ANC setting which works the best for you. It is essential to calibrate the ANC in a noisy environment with different sounds and noise. This could be environments such as:
- Public transport, an environment where a lot of people are talking, and you experience the rumbling sound of traffic noise, like a bus engine or a metro at full speed
- Outside at a busy crossroad, an environment with varying traffic noise
- Large open halls such as the airport terminal, an environment with a lot of varying noise from people pulling their trolley cases, airline announcements, and planes taking off
- Busy open office, a noisy office with a lot of people talking, noise from fans, and a coffee machine brewing in the background

Works great when syncing two iPhone (work and personal), I also use it to sync my laptop and work cell (TEAMS meeting) it switch really good between the audios when used. They are comfortable as I have also used in the the gym.

Nice Upgrade From 65t

I think everything about these is better. They are smaller and the sound quality is better. I also use them a lot for phone calls, and the feedback has been good. I think the app is a bit clunky, but you don't need to use it very often. All that said, they are a bit pricey.

Solid, good in-ear Bluetooth Buds

I use these for work, mowing the lawn, and woodworking. They do a good job cancelling noise out and people hear me quite well on them! The down fall is they're a little tricky to get used to if you were using a previous Jabra product and I wish I could connect to two devices like I was able to before. Otherwise, money well spent!
