I have been a Jabra fan for a few years now and never had a major issue with them. That is until I bought me a pair of these beauties. The packaging is nice and the Bluetooth itself is very nice a not obstructive. Here’s the issue .apparently there is a firmware that was put out by Jabra that broke the Bluetooth. The call quality is horrible and no one can understand what you are saying during a call. The only way to fix this issue, because Jabra has yet to acknowledge this problem, is to make sure they are sitting in your ear a certain way. I tried and it’s a guessing game. If Jabra pushes a new firmware to fix this issue I most likely will be back. Until then….stay away! Other model Jabras I heard were not an issue but I didn’t test that for myself.

No active 75T but it’s ok

These are ok, the dot is what I don’t like. The smell too is still way to big. When you try to configure sound it will say that it doesn’t dot properly try again. They sound is ok but I still like the 75t better. I’m just going to buy another pair and have these for back up.

Probably the most comfortable in earbud I've used so far. The app is pretty good and I expect to get multi point pairing soon with a firmware update.

The only reason that I gave it a 4 star, not 5... My right ear bud stopped working, and then I had to do some major internet searching to find a solution on Reddit of all places on how to fix it. If you are buying, let me suggest to also download the app as you'll need to do a firmware update.

I'm missing Volume buttons that would be nice to have, in particular in the gym. Mixed message on phone calls/voice. Mostly good, but there are scenarios where the other end of the line is struggling to hear my voice, perhaps due to overcompensation of external noise.

Great sound and fit (with default little ear buds), easy to use controls, and a lot less noticeable than my Air pod pros. I've used Jabra in the past they're fairly reliable as earbuds.

Excellent Buds

Not even Apple's own AirPods Pro 2. These actually "STAY" in your ears. Strong ear canal Seal so you get to experience the full sound as it does not escape the way it does with AirPods. And cost less. Call clarity is amazing even on noisy environment.

Hear through is pretty good, and noise cancelation is good though I don't have the need to use it much.

Horrible microphone for calls

This headphones have good noise cancelling. HOWEVER they are horrible for phone calls. Their microphone is terrible, people can never hear me. I want to get rid of them.

If you prefer "open back" buds, these aren't the ones for you (check out the 85t). Otherwise, these are the best combination of comfort and sound quality I've come across.

I’ve had all the Jabra tws buds and I truly wanted to love these. Fit and sound is wonderful. App freezes constantly. When playing music and activating hear through there is brief static. If they iron out the buds I’ll repurchase.
