As good as you'd expect. No major issues. i do have issues with switching between multiple connections around 25% of the time. However, I'm not convinced it is the fault of the buds.

These are pretty good. I really like'em for music. when you are sitting at home they are great for talking on the phone. In a vehicle the and leaves a little bit to be desired. However I may have not set them up properly. Not really very much of a tech.

A solid set of earbuds from Jabra, no surprise there. Excellent quality and functionality, you can’t go wrong with these. But is it worth the upgrade from the previous models? Meh, I’d say save your money as the changes aren’t that noticeable.

Love these headphones. Replaced a pair of Anker's that I used 4 hrs a a day. The adaptive noise cancelling is awesome as well as battery life.

Having been in the market for some new earbuds for the gym, crossed paths with Jabra and couldn't have came at a better time. My previous 2 year old name brand earbuds were on the verge of giving out. Claiming that they're were "sweat resistant" which resulted in fast battery drains. The rubberized material of the jabra definitely shows that its pretty sweat resistant. When I first tried on the earbuds with the default medium sized earbuds, it's felt just right in my ear. I did the head shake test and was very impressed by how they stayed in. Right off the bat I could tell that the will stay in my ear during my runs and peloton rides. After I connected them to my phone and opened Spotify, the sound was truly remarkable. I was quite impressed. The vocals were crisp and the bass was just right for earbuds. Jabra definitely did it right with their pro line. Keep up the great work!

These are my second pair of higher-end Jabra truly wireless ear buds. I think these are excellent wireless ear buds, even for their price. -Even when i had an issue with my older set (which was totally my fault), Jabra customer support (via email) was responsive, attendant, and ultimately helpful (must have proof of purchase records, though, understandably). -The bass quality is nice. -The fit and finish of the product is quite good (doesn't feel cheap). -I've used both my old Jabra ear buds and these new ones for hours at a time while working and using the gym, and the battery life is just as advertised, even years later. -The jabra phone app for these ear buds (which does not need to be installed for the ear buds to pair and function) is actually very well done. The app is polished, has excellent features. -The updates for the app and firmware updates for the ear buds are often worthwhile and are released fairly regularly. -The noise cancellation feature, as well as the adjustable "pass-thru" audio features, both work quite well for background sounds (office or airplane) as well as more sudden sounds (like car horns and loud people walking past). -The charging case is compact, light, and easy to pocket for much more overall playback time. -The supplied ear bud tips are of sufficient variety (for me, anyway) to provide a consistently comfortable yet secure and well sealed fit (even while working out). -The great Jabra phone app allows you to program the multi-press-capable touch controls however you see fit (very handy). -The built-in device "voice" is not overly obnoxious. -The simultaneous multi-device pairing is an excellent feature- don't be afraid to use it. -Call quality (talk and listen) has been great, even when walking around or driving with light wind noise. Some Downsides: -Though the charging case is great, i do wish that it had a little grab-notch or release of some kind to make it easier to open the case without looking, or one-handed. As it is, the outside of the case when closed is rather smooth with little to grip onto if you don't have fingernails. Side-Note: -If you've never used "truly wireless earbuds before," be sure to take your time and select the right size and fitment of the suplied ear bud tips- those are really all that's holding these (or any other) wireless earbuds to your head, so if you pick poorly, then they may fall out of your noggin if you happen to be sweating a lot, or running around crazily (fortunately for me, i have not had that issue). -DO NOT SKIP FIRMWARE UPDATES WHEN THEY ARE AVAILABLE. The firmware updates are often worthwhile, and in Jabra's case, they sometimes even add brand new features or capabilities (in addition to fixing bugs or glitches). Firmware updates are performed through the Jabra phone app.

Excellent for working from home. The microphone is great and sound is clear, they do a great job canceling outside noise. And most importantly they are COMFORTABLE.

Sounds great, most comfortable earbuds that I have ever put in my ears. Noise canceling is really good. I work 10 hour days and I can wear these the hole time. App works great. I have no cons.

Honestly haven't taken them out of the package yet.

The four speaker technology produces great sound. With the Jabra app I can adjust and mix my equalizer to my preferences. The connectivity is seamless anytime I want to connect with my earbuds. The Java elite 7 or good investment

These work great and are smaller, more comfortable, and soubd better than my air pod gen 1’s. Custom eq and hear through are awesome too.

The thing I loved about these earbuds is that are small and compact, adding the noise canceling and HearThrough. The sound+ app definitely adds more to the buds.

These earbuds work awesomely !! Perfect!!! I would highly recommend. This is the 2nd Jabra product I’ve purchased at Best Buy. Will buy more in the future I’m sure.

I was very excited about this product, but was very disappointed upon purchase. I've had the Elite active 65t, 75t and 85t. I believe the 75t is the best of the 3. The fit is amazing and they are a high quality product. The multipoint connection was a huge selling point to me as I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and a Samsung S21 Ultra. The buds connect to both simultaneously. Shortcomings were that mono could only be used in the right earbud, battery life could be better and the reduction of extraneous noise to callers from my surroundings. The Jabra-Elite 7 Pro promised to fix all of that. They were good in all of those areas, except for some reason they took away the multipoint connection. This was a deal-breaker for me. Once I discovered this, I immediately returned the item. If you only need 1 device connected at a time, this would be an excellent purchase for you.

Superior battery life when compared to older models. Love being able to connect 2 devices. Teams meetings often work better when connected through cell vs laptop, Bluetooth has less drop outs

Sound quality, fit and features are great. If they would've stayed connected to my phone or let me repair them to the phone (Samsung fold 3) I would've kept them and gave them 5 stars.

Ive had many Jabra audio devices over the years for different purposes and I can easily recommend these for my closest friends and family!

The overall product and its quality deserves 5 stars. Sound is aboslutely fantastic;base and treble quality are great. An app providing numerous customization settings (note: app not available for laptop). However, there are a few nuances to note, but they don't lower the overall score: NO volume controls on the ear pieces, only 3 gel size choices resulting in concerns of Bud staying in the ear (but no problem yet.) I am a fussy individual, but you can't beat this for the price (I bought this when on sale as well) !!!!!

I bought these in December of 2021 and returned them because the mic quality was so bad. After I heard about the firmware update, I thought I'd give them another try. I like Jabra's products as they sound great and are full of features. They also fit really well. But the mic quality on the latest purchase is still so bad as to make phone calls impossible. It's really odd since I've had 3 other sets of previous Jabra buds and the quality was really good. I moved on and bought the OnePlus Buds Pro.

This is my second pair of Jabra headphones and I love them. They are sometimes frustrating when only one earphone works at a time but can be remedied.
