Love the sound with these tiny devices. Voice feedback is great. Mono use works great with the right ear and with limited button functionality in the left. Used these on a recent plane trip and ANC effectively canceled the plane noise. I found them a bit loose in the gym but to be fair these aren’t the active version. Worked great with my Samsung s20 phone and switched easily to my iPad.

The volume on these Jabra was way too low and support was zero help. I really wanted to like these but I ended up going back to my Airpod instead.

The case is small with a nice flat bottom, allowing easy placement on wireless chargers. The case also has a usb type c connection for charging. The earbuds themselves are very compact and fit me extremely well. The fit very flush with my ears. The are incredibly light without compromising battery life or sound. They have a higher rating for water resistance which might be good for some people. The physical buttons on the earbuds are perfect. They are easy to use and feel great which works better for me than touch controls. You don’t have to press them too hard, which is important for earbuds like this. Microphones are amazing, which I would expect from Jabra. The noise cancelling on the mics is very very good. Being outside in the wind or around traffic and people on phone calls had no problem hearing my voice. This was amazing to me, as they are so small. Battery life has been great as well, especially since they are so small, getting around 8 hours per bud. You can use each earbud separately as well if you want to extend the use time. As of now there is no multi point, meaning you can only connect to one device at a time. That is a bit annoying if you need to use these with multiple devices, but not a deal breaker. Hear-through mode is super. It makes it sound like you are not even wearing the earbuds. This is one of the best features for me, other earbuds always have the "plugged up" feeling with any sort of pass through mode. This is another setting that can be adjusted with the app. Sound is great for me. Bass is somewhat powerful, but can be adjusted with the app. There are also proximity sensors in the earbuds that pause and play audio when removed and reinserted. Active noise cancellation is adequate. It isn't as great as more expensive earbuds with ANC, but it works well enough for me in the environments I have used them. You can also adjust this in the app. On Android there is a notification that allows you to see battery percentage and switch between active noise cancelation, heat through, and neither. The best feature of these earbuds is the compact size. This allows me to wear them while sleeping - not other earbud I’ve tried has been as good as these for sleeping.

    Terrible and unreliable call quality

The call experience is absolutely, inexcusably terrible. It does depend on the shape of your ears, but if the buds don’t fit *exactly* correct the fancy bone vibration mics will make you sound like a barely audible muffled mess if there’s even the remotest amount of background noise. It took me months to figure this out (which subsequently makes a return a lot harder), but here’s what I think is happening: The buds sense background noise and switch from regular mics to the bone-sensing ones. Unless I’m actively pressing the buds against my ears, the person on the other end can barely hear me and I sound super muffled. Note that I have tried resetting multiple times, am on the most current firmware, have tried all the included bud tip sizes, and tried every software setting combination I could think of in the accompanying app. I am so bummed I blew loads of money on this (paying for cool features that not only don’t work but actually make the product worse) instead of something more mainstream like a Apple’s pro buds. Seriously, Google ‘call issues’ or ‘muffled voice’ with this product name. I wish I had before I bought these over-engineered, under-tested pieces of junk. FWIW: The listening experience and customization features are awesome. If you’re a kid looking for a really expensive way to only listen to music and never conduct business or take a single phone call with them, these are great.

The Jabra - Elite Pro True Wireless Noise-Cancelling Headphones are a good set of headphones for listening to music, though I feel like the noise cancellation is average. Following are the pros and cons I found when testing them: PROS: - I like the size, style and look of these headphones. They are small and look good in the ear. The case is small and easily fits in your pocket. - They feel good in the ear, with a good fit and a nice size and light weight so I can wear them all day with a high level of comfort. - They work with the Jabra Sound+ App, which is free to download. It is a nice App with a lot of useful features and settings. - The sound of people speaking on phones calls comes through very well. - Both the right and left buds allow you to click on them to play and pause music, skip ahead and backwards, activate noise cancellation or hear through sound or turn off the ANC, activate the voice assistant of your choice, answer calls, mute calls, turn volume up and down, etc. You can also go into the settings on the app and customize the clicks to change the features or how to activate them from the buttons. For a set of true wireless earbuds, I feel like the functions you can activate through clicking on each earbud are quite robust. - Good battery life. You can get 8 hours of battery life and 30 hours total with the case that automatically charges the buds when you put them in the case. You can also get a quick charge by placing them in the case for 5 minutes to get an extra hour of charge. - The music sound is good overall. I listened to a large variety of music, including different genres, male and female singers, acoustic, hard rock, soft music, etc. Overall, I feel the sound was good. As seems to be typical for true wireless earbuds, especially of this size, there is not a whole lot of bass. However, there is a 5 band equalizer in the App that allows you to boost the bass somewhat. If you don't want to customize the equalizer, there are also 6 preset options you can choose from. - There is a Find My Jabra setting in the App that will allow you to find the last place you had the headset if you lose them. - You can access a quick start guide and full user manual through the app - You can customize the level of noise cancellation and hear through options through the app. I like mine both set on maximum. CONS: - I had to do a firmware update as soon as I connected to the app the first time. Its nice you can do that through the app, but it did take a long time to do this initial update before I could use them and set up my customization. So just beware you may have to do this when you first connect. - I don't feel like there is a huge difference when I turn on the noise cancellation. I'm used to using ANC with over-the-ear headphones. While I didn't expect the ANC to be as good as that on the over-the-ear sets, it didn't give as much noise cancellation as I thought it would. - I also struggled with people being able to hear me on the phone calls. I can hear people fine, but I have to get the earbuds angled just right for them to hear me without being muffled. I had to mess around a bit with the size of the three tips included in the box and positioning to get the best sound of people hearing me on calls and also for the best noise cancellation effect. Seems like the positioning and such is fairly sensitive to get the sound to be optimized, Once you figure it out, then the sound is ok, but it wasn't an easy out of the box plug and play for those two features, at least for me. It may work well for others out of the box depending on the size of tips and positioning you use. Overall I feel like these are a good set of true wireless earphones that will serve my purposes well. They are good for music and with a little adjustment will work well for me for calls. The ANC seems to be average to me, but not a big detractor for my daily use. I would recommend these headphones.

I had the Jabra 85 t and bought the Elite 7 Pro. Bad decision. 85 t’s volume is much louder then the 7 pro’s for phone calls and music, switching between ANC to off to hear through while listening to music produces static, left ear bud constantly disconnects. I am returning the 7’s and will use the 85 t’s which are so much better and left with having to use the right earbud.

I was so excited to move up to these, until I got them. I opened my new Jabra Elite 7 Pro's, charged them and began setting them up. During the online registration process it says that I bought the fitness pair and needed to install firmware. That put a bad taste in my mouth. I followed the prompts and installed the firmware. Just then I received my first phone call. The person on the other end sounded okay, nothing out of the ordinary. I felt more let down as the call quality was no where near what I expected after Jabra really made a selling point out of the quality. Things only got worse as the other person could not hear me and when they did they said my voice was completely scrambled and inaudible. I wanted these to give me a edge up at work and on the go with the superb call quality and I instead was 100% let down. I now own a $200 pair of buds I wouldn't normally pay $20 for. I would pay $20 as the music sound is nice but so are my wired $7 Sony's out of a barging bin. I have enjoyed Jabra products in the past but this one is a real disappointment, and I hope they can fix their issues before they destroy the trust they had built up. If they can't fix my issues I will have to find a new provider.
