If I had reviewed these the day I bought them, I'd have given 5 stars. Alas, on day 5 of use, the left bud died. Prior to that, the setup was simple, the app was great, and the sound and ANC was excellent. Because I liked them so much (until the aforementioned left bud dying), I decided to return and replace them. I'm just setting up my replacement pair and will update this review as appropriate.

Great battery life, onboad EQ, and the fitment is great! Zero ear fatigue for me.

Great sound and comfort for while at the gym app is easy to use and call quality is very good when using them.

The Jabra earbuds was very good and had amazing features but the only issue that the earbuds had was its volume. I felt the volume to be less when compared to lther earbuds.

Sometimes have a hard time getting it to connect to phone calls on the apple phone 13 but other than that they are good.

It sounds great, feels great and has great control of iPhone functionality.

They're pretty straightforward and easy to use. Great sound. Great comfort for me.

These earbuds are the best.. for sure! My problem is i always lose one . So gotta buy another pair!

I'd give it a half star more but not able to. Love the fact that I can use both or one at a time, that really extends the listening time overall. They feel and fit great. The only "downside" is that the charging port is in the front of the case makes a little confusing at times if you are trying to place the buds back into the charging case. Plus I had a previous set that was more expensive than these so basically I got these for free on exchange, one great reason to buy the extended warranty that Best Buy offers.

Really like these buds. Purchased them instead of the pro active ones After watching a YouTube video comparing the two. There is virtually no difference between the two besides some rubber on the outside. There was a deal on these buds at Best Buy. I work out hard and they’ve beaten both airpods and airpod pros as far as not malfunctioning due to sweat. They get a 4 star rating Bc they still don’t stay in as much as I’d like and I still need to adjust way too much. They’ve fallen out a few times during some exercises.

I have the Pro and the Active and the Active has better call quality and noise cancelation in a noisy place like Starbucks.

The product kept disconnecting and reconnecting for no reason.

They are ok, will not always stay paired to the phone, sound quality is good & fitment is good.

At this point I have gone through three pairs. Each pair has been faulty. The first would not update to the newest firmware, the second pairs right earbud would not charge, and the most recent pair had a faulty left earbud. I loved the sound and the fit but i would be surprosed if these lasted anyone more than a couple of months.

Hello all, I've had some time to use these earbuds and critique how they are. First off, the sound of these are amazing. I've used many other earbuds like Jabra elite active 75t, AirPods Pro, Klipsch T5 II and Beats fit pro and these are competing against some great earbuds. Here's my review Sound: 5/5 These are so much better sounding than the Jabra elite active 75t. I felt the bass was too heavy on the 75t but these were perfect out of the box. The mids and highs were very clear and there was good sound separation. Also, you can download the Jabra app and use the sound eq and personalize the sound signature to your liking. I think all earbud manufacturers should allow you to do this. Fit/ease of use 5/5 I love the fit of the Elite 7 pro. They are the lowest profile earbuds I have. the eartips fit much better. You are provided with small, medium and large size tips. The mediums on the 75t were a tad to large and I would feel some pressure inside my ear and the small was too small. The mediums on these feels so nice and I can wear them for much longer. Also, when pressing the buttons located on the earbuds I no longer shove the earbud deeper in my ear like I did with the 75t. Battery life 5/5 The battery life on the Elite 7 pro are among the best in the industry and especially for their size of having the smallest form factor. I would say I get about the same as I did with the elite active 75t which was awesome as well. I would say I get about 7 to 8 hours depending on volume and features used. Also, the case holds about 3 full charges which is good for extended use not worrying about being close to a charger. Call quality/features 4/5 The call quality on these are good. not amazing though and when I was using them on a call the other person did notice background noise although I was in a rather quiet environment. Other than the phone calls, there are plenty of useful features built into the app. I like being able to adjust the active noise cancellation and toggling ANC and HearThrough easily. One thing I did notice was the ANC was giving me an unusual feeling in my head. Like a weird pressure or uncomfortableness. The other earbuds I have that have ANC do not give me this feeling so I am not sure what that was about. Volume control, next song control are also easy to use with a double or triple tap.

Very comfortable and great sound. The are smaller than the prior model and fit perfectly
