Never was a fan of earbuds in the past as they usually are not that comfortable but these are pretty good. I got them for meetings and phone calls on the go. They work amazing! I've taken phone calls in a factory and the quality of sound incoming and outgoing was amazing.

If you want to talk on your phone in the car buy something else. I take them out and use speakerphone they are so bad. Even if you yell, the other person can’t hear you. Buy a different pair.

The microphone quality is terrible

The microphone quality is so bad that people have asked me to remove the headset. The fit is awesome and I like the physical button controls. I purchased these to replace my Jabra 85T's because they advertised great microphone quality on calls. That's important to me. I'm going to return them and exchange for another pair as I still believe these will be a great fit for my needs. I'll have to do another review if the news work correctly

Every article I read said they were multipoint but they aren't. They lose connection often and sometimes you have to do a hard reset on them to make connection again. Also, the ANC isn't as good as the 85T model. When they are working, the call quality is excellent.

I love that they are custom to your ears (done at first use!) They are easy to use! The battery lasts quite awhile and they charge fairly quick as well. I think these are one of the more effective ear buds I've used!

For music they are pretty good. I like the hear through and also the adjustability of the ANC. I really like that they sense when in my ear. I love the feature that mutes the mic when you remove the headphones, as it is great for consulting with colleagues when on a support call at work. I like that they are able to adjust the EQ by playing a series of sounds to get a personalized listening profile. Several times, though, I have had to stop using the headphones while on the phone in areas that weren't overly noisy. Jabra has been making true wireless headphones that were supposedly good for phone calls for a while, so I had some expectations. I have done some comparing and found that some much less expensive headphones work much better for calls. Several people have stated that my voice sounds muffled even when in a quiet environment using these headphones. I have used them in several environments and they seem to always sound muffled. I would have returned them, but lost some of the items that were included in the box. They are my backup headphones at this time.
