We regret to read that you are having trouble with your Bluetooth connection. Have you tested your Jabra Elite 7 Pro with a second smartphone or tablet? We kindly suggest resetting your Elite 7 Pro:
1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open. Ensure your earbuds are sufficiently charged.
2. Press and hold (10-15 seconds) the Left and Right buttons on the earbuds simultaneously until the earbud LEDs flash magenta.
3. Close the lid of the charging case (5-10 seconds) to complete the reset.

I use it every day and I highly recommend it.

I read in the reviews that Jabra had made major improvements on its size/dimensions and weight. Jabra Elite Active 75t sound quality was Awesome and Active Noise Cancelling was great. My issue was the size/dimension it is a little big on my ears, my simple analogy is like picking your nose with your thumb and not your pinky finger when using the earbuds. The weight is heavy and puts too much pressure on my ears. And after using it for 1 hour my ears hurt. So, I just keep my Jabra Elite Active 75t collecting dust in my drawer. I got excited because of the new improvements. Bought my Jabra Elite 7 Pro. The sound quality was awesome and active noise Cancelling was great, no question about it. Weight, there was an improvement, it feels light when using it. Dimension/Size, it fell short, is still uncomfortable, and hurts my ear when using more than 1 hour. I have tried interchanging the silicon ear gels but still did not fit well. And checked Jabra’s technical support website which was very informative. Sad to say I returned my Jabra Elite 7 Pro after 2 days of using it. Unfortunately, I am in the category that it did not fit my ear size. This is an Awesome buy if you are lucky and it fits you well and for sure you will enjoy using it.

Sometimes they wouldn't connect to the phone via bluetooth. I unfortunately had to exchange it for another pair. When it is working its pretty good.
