Hold off on these
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the idea of these earbuds. They sound good, to me at least. Your mileage may vary since sound is subjective to everyone. They also fit great for me, again YMMV. But, don't buy these..... yet. I say that because there seems to be a firmware problem with these. I've updated to the latest firmware Jabra has available and these just stop working after listening to them for a while. When I press the left button to turn off ANC, turn on hear through, etc the voice that tells you what you did crackles. When this happens, one of the earbuds will also then crackle when music is playing. For me, it's generally been the left earbud that crackles but once it was the right. Then when this happens and I put them back in the case, when I take them out again one earbud won't pair and I have to reset them, pair them again, set them up etc. I've seen others online in reddit forums, etc having the same issue. I'm keeping these and hoping Jabra can fix the issue with a firmware update. If they don't then I guess I'm out the $ I spent on these unfortunately. Also, no multipoint until Jabra figures out how to update that. These seem like they were rushed out.

Posted .Hello Scot - Thank you for reviewing the Jabra Elite 7 Pro. We regret to hear your experience with the new Jabra Elite 7 Pro as this is not expected. We recommend performing a reload of the current firmware on the headset to address these challenges. In the Jabra Sound + app, go to settings (wheel icon at the top of the start screen), select "Personalize your headset," and then select "Voice guidance language." Choose the one that is currently selected, then "Update now." Follow the on-screen instructions to Download and install the firmware. Do this regardless of whether the firmware is currently up-to-date. If this does not resolve your challenges please reach out to Product Support Team for further assistance. https://bit.ly/3pu6LO9

Pretty Good
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty good, but with most Silicone ear tipped buds, they can be painful if your ear holes aren't "normal". I've ordered a "few" pairs of foam tips and their a little better for sure

Disheartened to write this review
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well ive been using Jabra for almost 10 years now and I always recommend to friends and family. Ive been having the debate that my jabra are better than your apple headphones since i can remember now. I purchase this past week i went to purchase the pro 7 elite and i had to buy them 3 times because i kept getting defective pairs. Two of the times i had an employee assist because i thought clearly i must be doing something wrong and nothing the 3rd time i gave up i havent even gone back in to return them yet. I had issues with charging them and the left ear piece did not want to connect on any of them . Now i dont know what to do as you could imagine i dont want to make a fourth attempt but i really want to continue to trust the brand. The reviews seem to say otherwise but to have 3 failed attempts its difficult to make this purchase

Great Earbuds but one flaw.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quality: The earbuds and case feel great and are both made of great quality. The lid on the charging case is also well built as other brands in this price range or lower can often cheap out here (note all brands). Earbuds: The earbuds perfectly fit in my ear and do not feel like they will fall out. This is a major plus because so far in my experience must earbuds either feel like they will out (which they don't) or actually slow fall out of your ears. This earbuds are the first time I had a pair that actually fit perfectly and comfortably in my ear. I took a few walk around my development and not once did I find the need to push them back in. Each bud outside area has a physical button and not a touch sensor button. Finally! This is the first time I have seen this for quality ANC earbuds and also well implemented. At first I thought the touch sensors were not working well that was because there wasn't any! You click the side of you ear bud and it does exactly what you want! No more guessing games. The buttons are blended right in (they are that light gray part of the buds). Really cool and useful. Thank you Jabra for thinking of us! The sound quality is great and these earbuds are electronically tailored to each of your ears (more of this in my Phone App section). The sound is just right in my opinion. Clean and crisp no matter if your songs are really really old (my collection) or new. Bass is there also which you can change in the app. I highly recommend adjusting your tune/EQ settings because out of the box they may not be what you need. I also recommend using Jabra's auto part (in the Phone App section). ANC works as it should and blocks a lot of sound out. I have had experienced better ANC buds but they were at much higher price levels. These are on par and I really don't have a complaint with them. Tip: hitting the left ear bud will turn on and off your ANC when you need to hear someone or something on the fly without taking a ear bud out. The FLAW: While I was walking around some how my left ear bud kept loosing connection from my iPhone 13 pro max? Weird as I never once in my life experienced this with any cheap or high quality earbud. This is a major FLAW. It happened twice during the same time of use but has not happen again. I am hoping it was just a software glitch and I wont face it again. If it does these will be out on the street. Case: Like I said previously, the case is very well made and I actually love it. I also like how the USB-C charging port is in the front rather than the back of the case with ultra micro but bright indicator light. I like that the charging port is in the front because when I plug it in the indicator light is facing up so I can see the status of where its being charged. NIFTY! The only feature lacking in the case area is wireless charging. Wireless charging makes it easy to throw on my night stand charger or the wireless charger built into my car... I hate having to keep multiple charging cables in area of need (usb c / lighting) Phone App: This is where I went WOW! Which I have never done with a headphone app before. Setup was a blast and you can tell Jabra really cares about their listeners. The app guides you and auto tailors each earbud to your ears. You need to find a quiet area to do this and it will be worth it! At first I did it in a room where there was a lot going on and once I noticed what it needed to do I restarted the process as you need to listen to tones. ANC is also adjustable in this area. The app is great, easy to use and so far one of my favorites for the sound industry.

Not worth it overall
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I feel disappointed from what I've experienced with the Jabra Elite 7 pro earbuds. This will be the 2nd time returning this product for defective reasons. The first pair couldn't hold a charge. The battery would quickly drain and sometimes not charge at all. The second (and final) pair had an issue where the case thought it was open even after closing. The led charge light wouldn't turn off, and after trying to reset the earbuds, the left bud wouldn't update and would tell me to put it back in the case and close it for 5 seconds, but that was impossible because of its current state. From the moment I took these earbuds out of the box and put them to use, I felt they were definitely not worth the $200 price tag. I was drawn into buying the product because of the new "bone conducted mic sensors" but that seemed to be a gimick because everyone i spoke to would always complain about my microphone quality. I think I'll wait for the next new thing to come out.

Perfect fit and great sound quality!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Right out of the box, these earbuds fit perfectly and easily connected to my devices via Bluetooth. Connecting it to my Amazon Alexa service was even easier and the associated app from Jabra allowed me to get the full functionality of these earbuds. I also like that, with a single tap, I can switch between noise canceling and "hear through" so as to be able to hear my surroundings.
