Great value for these headphones. The only cons for me include how quickly the case would lose charge when the headphones weren't in, how the headphones aren't labeled (just put an L on one of them to make it easier), and the length of time the headphones can be used was lower than advertised (6hr max vs 8 hr). Still, I bought this on sale and it was a great value for $.

I love these earbuds. I am not a huge earbud fan, primarily because the sound quality is lacking and the fit is usually not very snug. The sound quality is off the chart in my opinion, and the fit is perfect. I exercise quite a bit in these, and I've never had a problem. My most recent earbuds are Galaxy Buds Live, and they don't hold a candle to these. I highly recommend these buds.

With a small, easy to carry case, excellent build quality, wireless charging, long battery life, waterproof design, and a very comfortable fit, the Jabra Elite Pro 7 buds are an excellent choice for some applications. Oddly, ANC and music sound quality are not their strengths. In order to best tailor the sound to the individual, the Jabra Sound+ app begins with a seal test to ensure you have a proper fit. With multiple silicone tips in different sizes, finding one that fits is quite easy. Curiously, the unit only came with one tip of each size – not one pair, one tip. Fortunately for me, the standard tips fit my ears, as this is the only size that had two tips. One advantage of this seal test is that it lets you know with certainty when you have properly placed the buds. Next, the app will conduct a hearing test in order to understand which frequencies to boost for each individual. For ANC, the app has a slider for you to set your preferred level of noise cancellation. Finally, the app has a five-band equalizer that allows you to adjust according to your listening preferences. In spite of all this adaptability, the sound is very good, but not up to the quality of others in this price range, such as the Jaybird Vista 2 or even Jabra’s own 85t model. There is no legend on the equalizer. You can’t tell what frequency rangers you’re boosting or by how much, and, unlike the Vista 2, you can’t change the midpoint or add additional control frequencies. Whatever the measures are, you will probably want to increase the lowest two settings to their maximum levels, as the Elite Pro 7 has a definite high-frequency bias. Higher notes are crisp, distinct, and loud, while the lower registers are soft and a bit muddy. ANC is mediocre, with the slider having only a minimal impact from low to high. Still, they do reasonable job blocking outside noises simply because of the secure fit of the silicone tips (a significant improvement from my 65t buds). This will keep out keyboard clicks and rustling papers, but is not that useful on a train or plane. In other words, they are far behind Sony. So, where do these stand out? The Jabra MultiSensor Voice microphone array is fantastic. I have a deep voice, and most microphones, especially those on earbuds, do not pick it up well. With multiple audio and a bone condenser mic, these sound really clear. And, you can select either earpiece to use for mono conversations. Jabra has a history of pushing new and enhanced features out through firmware updates, such as the ANC addition to the 75t buds. With the right update, they could get a more effective ANC, and hopefully a cleaner bass sound. For now, I’m using the Elite Pro 7 headsets for calls and listening to voice recordings, but using other buds for music.

It seems to me that this kind of headphones are not for everyone, I mention it because one of the features that identify it is the active noise cancellation, it is not bad but it does not feel natural, I understand that it is a relatively complex mechanism but in my opinion it fails a little in the hear through mode as it does not sound natural at all the outside noise that at least in my experience made me better to use them without that active option or just noise cancellation, It may be that in an update this can improve but for the moment a couple of things that I feel that improve a little over its predecessors is the sound quality that despite not being of very high quality, achieved along with noise cancellation, a stable sound with a decent bass I think that's a good success as well as the section on comfort, they feel a little tighter fit that allows use them for long periods of time, this is possible thansk to the battery that depending on the use can last up to 8 hours, with a case that can give you a total of 30 hours, this is something that can be more efficient if you use only one of the two earphones and exchange them as they are discharged, which can give you even more time this is one of the functions that seemed necessary in this product and works correctly, regarding the connection is really simple downloading the Sound+ app follow the steps and you're done, In summary it is a slightly fresher version with some improvements that are noticeable but do not reach the excellence since the noise cancellation section dulls a little the achievements already mentioned, however it seems to me that with the following firmware updates can be exploited the obvious potential of these headphones, I feel that if purchased in a promotion or discount can be a good investment.

It will not stay linked up to my phone once pair it. When put it back into its case, to charge and take it back out to use, I have to keep pairing it to my phone every time. On the flip side, if I pair it and put it away in its case, it will stay connected while in its case. Normally once you put it the case it automatically disconnects from the phone. This is not the case.

Hello NIJJI- Thank you for writing a review of the newly released Jabra Elite 7 Pro. The challenges you are experiencing with the Bluetooth connection is not expected. We kindly recommend resetting your Charging Case:
Open the charging case and place the earbuds inside the case.
Leave the lid open, and plug it into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v.
(Note: It is not recommended to charge the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage)
Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 sec, please close the lid.
Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge.
If you continue having trouble, please contact the Jabra Support Team: https://bit.ly/3BNXN1f. We are here to help you. Jabra

Not as wonderful as I had hoped for. I bought these to use with my Galaxy Fold 3 and although the sound listening to music was great the sound quality on phone calls was horrible. A few people complained that they could not hear me good. So I returned them. Not sure if it is just a galaxy issue or not.
