I went in looking at noise canceling headphones and the salesman talked me into getting these talking about how the noise canceling was better than headphones and they were cheaper. I wore them for about 30 minutes and put them away. Unfortunately I had to catch a flight and dis not make it in time to return them.

Sound is good, but I bought this ear bud to make phone calls as well, and no one can hear me. They claim this: "Exceptional call quality Elite 7 Pro are loaded with four microphones for crystal-clear calls. That means wherever you go, you can chat and make plans and be heard clearly" Very Disappointed

I had very high hopes for these and man, was I let down. The sound quality is good but for $200 I expected at least halfway decent ANC. The ANC on these is practically nonexistent. If you want a pair of Jabras with no ANC, go buy a pair of Elite 3s for a fraction of the price. Or if you want ANC, buy a pair of 75Ts again for a fraction of the price

The Jabra Elite 7 Pro true wireless earbuds are a great,m earbud! I think these are comfortable, and they easily stay in my ear. The sound quality is very good. The charging case is not overly bulky. I like the Active Noise Cancellation feature which keeps out real world sounds. the HearThrough feature is convenient for when we go for bike rides.

These sound decent enough. Not as good at the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds or the Sony WF-1000XM4. Noise canceling isn’t very good. I do. Or want to wait on the promise of a firmware update to bring back Multi-Point so I sent these back and will use my Active 75t’s when I need to carry two phones for work. When I only need one phone, I.e. off the clock, I will use my Bose QC earbuds for superior sound and better noise canceling.

Hello GDubs- Thank you for writing a review of the newly released Jabra Elite 7 Pro. It is unfortunate that you are not completely satisfied with your Jabra purchase. We appreciate your feedback regarding the noise cancellation, multi-point, and audio quality. We regret to learn that you have returned your Elite 7 Pro, but it is nice to know that you are truly enjoying the Jabra Elite Active 75t. Our intention is still to add Multipoint to the 7-series. We are working to bring this feature into this more sleek and advanced form factor and for this reason, we experience some delays. We plan to bring this update to the market very soon. In the future, please feel free to contact the Jabra Support Team: https://bit.ly/3BNXN1f with any questions or concerns you may have. We are always here to help. Thanks again for sharing this information. Jabra

I really think these headphones are a huge step from the last model. The ability to use ether ear bud is super convenient. I did have some trouble at first with this were when using one earbud when I would switch the other earbud would not connect to my phone. But for what ever reason they started to work just right. I would highly recommend these paired with the app they are great

I am very disappointed in the headphones. I bought these primarily to be used during Zoom meetings. Jabra headphones have the ability to mute the mic with a button press on the headset which is convenient while traveling. Unfortunately, the mic is inaudible about 20% of the time. I am using a voice recorder to test the mic so there is no reliance on the internet. The other issue is one of the buds stopped connecting and needed TWO forced resets to be able to pair again. This worked for an hour, now, the other bud is not connecting. My other headphone is the Jabra evolve 75. I am using this with the same phone and it works fantastic. It's just too bulky to use when traveling. I contacted support and will update when things get worked out.

Hello Alacrities - Thank you for taking the time to review the Jabra Elite 7 Pro. We regret to hear your experience with the new Jabra Elite 7 Pro as this is not expected. We recommend performing a reload of the current firmware on the headset to address these challenges.
In the Jabra Sound + app, go to settings (wheel icon at the top of the start screen), select "Personalize your headset," and then select "Voice guidance language." Choose the one that is currently selected, then "Update now." Follow the on-screen instructions to Download and install the firmware. Do this regardless of whether the firmware is currently up-to-date. If this does not resolve the challenges we recommend continuing to work with our Support. Jabra
