product is great quality but customer service is terrible. Connecting the find it feature was multiple steps. I lost one before I could get that feature set up and couldn’t replace just one. Even with TotalTech I can’t get one or the set replaced. Immediately a waste of money.

I picked these earbuds because they supposedly had superior call quality. That couldn’t be any further from the truth. Constantly cutting out my voice on the other end. Poor call quality for the recipient of the call. In reading actual reviews it seems that this is a big problem with these earbuds.

These earbuds are really good with an extremely powerful microphone. I will say while the sound quality has been excellent the stand-out feature for me has to be using these for voice calls. With calls, people on the other line can hear you without any issues, and definitely don’t sound like underwater with strange BT connections. When Lines come in they will make sure that you can hear everything the next person is saying while they can hear you as well. These have to be the clearest earbuds I ever used. Elite 7 Pro is lightweight and feels so good in the ear. It hits the perfect curvature for me. Nothing falls out when working out either. These are easy to connect with pairing and I didn’t have to put two different earbuds like other brands. Design is nice with nothing too flashy at all or in your face. They have a nice deep gray color. The sound quality is phenomenal with nice bass and good mids. Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, or HBO GO and just video content sound excellent. fantastically done tones to the hears. But that’s is what Jarba always does sounds right. The new feature I like is called Jabra MultiSensor Voice which can block out wind in its own way. When that happens it picks up a voice from your jaw where the other person can hear you always. Nice noise-canceling mic! Another cool feature these buds have; once you take one out It pauses the music. I love it. The app allows you to do some EQ presets to get the best sound for yourself. I also didn't issue with the earbuds at all when using nor did I have an issue with the fit. Overall I enjoy the experience the earbuds provided. They are just good solid choices. The wireless charging case can charge the earbuds multiple times and USB-C charge quickly. I’ll be using these for working out as they'' be the best for me. As for the features; the wind canceling out when jogging was my use case scenario. Good earbuds. They are awesome.

These fit and sound so much better than the air pod pros.

The Jabra Elite 7 Pro are a great improvement over the 75T.

Based upon all of the features, I was pleasantly surprised by how small these earbuds are. They are charged in the case and initially, I had them fully charged in less than 45 minutes. To connect them all you do is download the app, open the case, remove the earbuds and select them in your Bluetooth settings. It is really neat that the app will allow you to calibrate the sound in real-time while you are wearing them. Noise-canceling can easily be turned off and there is an ambient setting that allows you to better hear sounds around for outdoor activities. You have the option of either using Android Assistant or Alexa as your voice command engine. I like that I can listen to my music and easily switch to a phone call with a very good mic and sound quality. With noise-canceling turned on, I cannot hear any other sounds in the house, such as my kid, other TVs, or our dog. Sleeping is wonderful with these due to the comfort and how well they block all outside noises. As long as you have the case handing, you can always keep them charged and ready to go. Another neat feature is a find option if you happen to misplace one of the units. The app also has an abundance of sound adjustment options from voice to deep base.

Best earphones in the market will recommend to everybody

After the most recent firmware update, they're great.

Bought them on Sunday 11/27/22 they worked fine for 2 days now the left earbud will not connect tried resetting per Jabra's instructions. Returning them. Too bad the sound was great for 2 days.

I've had a few previous Jabra truly wireless earbud units, and I was expecting a lot from their newest product in this area. I'll say the Elite 7 Pros have been all I thought they'd be, and more. Fit is great, sound is awesome, call quality is excellent and the overall user experience is among the best of any product in this category.

The rating will be a 5 if Jabra follows through and pushes the Multi-Point update to the firmware.

Everything is great about this headphone, thou sound could be a little louder.
