In the Jabra Sound + app, go to settings (wheel icon at the top of the start screen), select "Personalize your headset," and then select "Voice guidance language." Choose the one that is currently selected, then "Update now." Follow the on-screen instructions to Download and install the firmware. Do this regardless of whether the firmware is currently up-to-date.

Keep in mind i have in my possession 1 Jabra 65T and 2 Jabra 75T both are amazing so how can they go wrong with these? I will tell you i use them while i bike outdoors so i could not wait to wake up and try these out as i use my headphones for music and directions. The Elite Pro should be renamed The Elite Amateur. On a single ride these headphones dropped 4xs and it definitely would have been 5 if i kept them on lucky for me i had my reliable 75t . Do yourself a favor and purchase any and i do mean any other headphones but not these!! They are not ready for prime time and i cant wait to return them tomorrow. The worst purchase for me in 2021 and the year is not up yet.

If you have not returned your Jabra Elite 7 Pro, we kindly suggest testing all of the included accessories. We recommend mixing and matching the ear gels to help find the best fit for you. Also please feel free to check the fit with MyFit in the Jabra Sound+ app. MyFit checks the fit of each earbud to determine if a slight reposition or a different EarGel size can improve the fit. Regardless of these troubles, we are happy to know that you are enjoying the Jabra Elite 75t. User feedback is greatly appreciated and we thank you again for sharing. We will certainly pass this information along internally.

Bluetooth connection is the culprit. Ive had to reset the buds at least 3 times a day and just with that alone was enough to just return them. Coldnt sustain a stable connection. Not even worht mentioning the pros. So beware if you buy them you might experience this same issue. To be fair i exchanged thwm twice thinking i got. A bad one but nope bith times dame issue.

The ANC (noise cancel) is as good as my earplugs if not better. They are comfortable. My shift is 10.5 hours and I can wear them all day. The battery is around 8 hours as stated on the specs sheet. Longest battery life I've seen yet for ANC earbuds. When they reach 2%, I put them in the case for 30 mins and get a full 3-4 hours more at least. (100% battery, but I've only used them for 4 more hours...) The hear-hrough is very clear. Only complaint is that the warbus don't filter non-voice background sounds, far as i know. The voice clarity for phone calls is very good. The spec sheet says these earbuds have a 30 foot range. Yes, it does. And AFTER 30 feet, the sound starts to fail. Awesome range. Overall, I highly recommend these earbuds for everyday use, even in a noisy environment. Well worth the price tag.(yes, the are half the price through online sources, but BestBuy has a very good damage insurance policy)

Broken by Firmware Update, bad Warranty Service

Noise cancelation was pretty good, but not the best. They pushed a firmware update that broke my headphones. It's been over a month and they still haven't sent me a warranty replacement pair. Can't recommend any Jabra product now.

Great for music though. The jabra 85t are actually really good for calls. Doesn't answer calls as stated in the menu either. I'm going to try the Sony's now
