Fit great and don't fall out. Great sound and noise canceling

2 stars for the fit and sound quality when listening to audio. But I'm completely disappointed with the non-existent ANC - both for me as a listener as well as the person I'm talking to on the other end. All the background noise is coming through for us both. At least with my Airpod Pro's, the noise cancelation works well for the wearer. Going back if there's no fix in a couple weeks.

These earbuds have a lot going for them, great battery life, wireless charging, noise canceling, and the accompanying app gives you tons of options to configure them to your liking. They are on the smaller side compared to other earbuds, and because of this they have a very comfortable fit in my ear. I wear them all day at work with no ear fatigue, and they stay in. The noise canceling comes in very handy where I work, which is a noisy automotive production plant. One thing I noticed is that I have to turn the volume up much higher to get the same sound volume compared to other earbuds. Phone conversations are great with these earbuds. They do block out some of the background noise when talking, which is a must if I am using them at work. People can hear me fine, which is not always the case with other earbuds. You can also use these to help you go to sleep at night. The app has "Soundscapes" that are supposed to help mask the noise around you. I found it very helpful at night when trying to go to sleep. i had them for 2 weeks and one side started giving me trouble. with the sound quality of a 99 dollar earbuds i did not hesitate to take them back. used jaybirds for years and finally took the jump to another brand and this was the results. will not look into this brand again.

When they worked they were good, although ANC non-existent. Now they are bricked somehow and won't connect or allow me to reset them. Returning for new pair hoping for better luck.

Simply the worst performing earbud for Jabra has made for phone calls. The mics are so sensitive that it is impossible to have a conversation. Everyone I talk to complains about the excessive background noise. I have to be in a totally quiet room. I'm throwing this one out and going back to my Elite 75t. Jabra really went backwards on this release. I am throwing it out. I won't give it to anyone I care about. BIG bummer give the price tag.

Pros: - Default sound profile is very well-balanced. Nothing is over tuned, although if you prefer a different sound you can change the preset or tweak the EQ in the app to your preference. I like a balanced, neutral sound because everything comes through as the creators intended. - Sound quality is exceptional to my ears, but I'm not an audiophile. What I can tell you is everything sounds clean and clear. My last earbuds had a little distortion on highs that lead instruments like cymbals and tambourines to blend together. You can clearly differentiate between them with these buds. - Really solid battery life. I use these for eight hours a day at work without issue, and I only have to charge the case every 3-4 days. - Button controls work much better than touch controls I've had on other earbuds in the past. Clicks register well. I do wish that the controls for the right bud transferred to the left one if you put the right one in the case, but I can understand why they wouldn't. - Tips feel good, and there's a size that should work for most people. - Overall comfort is great. I use these all day at work without issue. - App customization and flexibility is pretty good. The app is unobtrusive, adding a widget to let you change ANC and hear through modes on the fly if you'd rather do it on your phone than by button press, and lets you change button presses and other functionality pretty easily. As an added bonus, you don't have to sign up for an account. Neutral: - Didn't get much out of ANC, but I work in a very loud environment. I didn't expect it to do much for me. The natural isolation of closed-back earbuds is sufficient. - Didn't get much out of hear through mode, either. Again, I work in a very loud environment. I'd hoped to be able to hear people speaking clearly through them, but it amplifies all background noise too much to be really helpful. However, that's what it's meant to do, so I don't count this as a fault. It just didn't improve my specific situation. Cons: - You need a coke nail to open the case. It doesn't have a nub, recession, cut out, or opening to help you get it open. All you have is the very tiny space where the two pieces of plastic meet. The case has a slight texture to it that can help *a little* with opening it up using fingertips, but that's still tricky because the case itself is so small. This is incredibly annoying, and you have to deal with it every single time you need to open the case. This one flaw is so obnoxious that it took an otherwise exceptional pair of earbuds and brought them down to three stars from five. It's like the puzzle box from Hellraiser but instead of stabbing you it just raises your blood pressure.
