Claims to have Active Noise Canceling. Absolute garbage! Why do they advertise this and have it not work correctly. You can almost not tell it's working. Also the setup app is over complicated and takes too long to setup. Don't buy these. I have a pair of Sennheiser for nearly the same price that are awesome and worked out of the box in seconds after pairing and learning what the buttons do.

“Upgraded” from the 75t. Bad idea. Call quality is terrible. Everyone says I sound like I’m under water. I’ve upgraded the firmware twice and that didn’t help. I may be exchanging them.

Jabra missed the mark on these! The sound quality is just not what I have come to expect from Jabra. I also had to send my first set back to Jabra due to a charging issue. The case would not charge. I was without headphone for several weeks while they were sent out and a new set was sent to me. That’s just silly! Why not send a replacement and then get my defective set back? My new set batteries are not lasting as long as the old set did, At any rate the sound quality is not anywhere near where the sound quality is on other headphones I’ve tried at this price point.

Excellent size and overall ear comfort, however ANC is poor. I hope there are some firmware updates to address this. Until this is fixed it is not worth the price considering other options (e.g. Bose QC Earbuds and Airpods Pro)

Hello reviewer73- Thank you for your review of the Jabra Elite 7 Pro; we appreciate your feedback. While we are happy to learn you enjoy the size and fit of the Elite 7 Pro, we regret that you are not satisfied with the Active Noise Cancelation functionality of the device. We designed the Jabra Elite 7 Pro with a so-called "closed design," which is a crucial enabler in making the Elite 7 Pro our most discrete and comfortable earbuds yet – critical purchase criteria among our users. Due to the closed design and excellent sealing of the Elite 7 Pro, the passive noise cancellation (PNC) is very high, making the perceived difference between turning ANC on and less obvious, especially for some users as it depends on the individual ear canal acoustics. However, when it comes to total noise cancelation (ANC + PNC), we are confident that the 7 Series will delight users and meet their needs for blocking out their surroundings on the go. Jabra

I absolutely love these earbuds! They have a very long battery life, I use them at work for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. I only have to charge the case once a week. The sound quality is great. The ANC function works great as well as the hear threw mode. I like that there is also a tracker on them in case you loose them you can see the last location they were. They are comfortable in the ear and do not fall out. They are very secure in the ear. I would highly recommend these earbuds to everyone!

    A True Win from Jabra

I'll start this by saying I've owned a relatively obscene number of fully wireless earbuds and each one of them has their drawback, whether sound or fit or charging methods, they all seem to fall short in some way. The closest thing I've had to a perfect set of earbuds was the original Jabra Elite 65t, but even they had micro-USB charging as opposed to type-C and they were released right at the advent of when everything began to switch to that interface, so in my opinion they've always come up just the tiniest amount short of perfect. Enter the Jabra Elite 7 Pro. In unpackaging them I was initially struck by how 'cheap' the packaging was, which was odd considering the price, but very quickly my concerns were addressed as inside the box there is a brief sentence on Jabra leaning more towards sustainable packaging. So rather than increasing trash in our landfills, Jabra has made a conscious and intentional effort at reducing the waste in their product packaging, so I was glad to see this. Once out of the box it's your standard pillbox shaped wireless charging case with the earbuds inside. The earbuds come with the medium size ear gels already attached which fit me perfectly. And a note on the fit; I've had a number of recent fully wireless earbuds as I mentioned, and fit is one of the areas they all fall short, even the extremely expensive ones (I have a set that is more than double the price of these and their fit is horrendous). From the second I placed these in my ears I was astounded. It's as though they sent a small group of elves to measure my ears to make sure they fit perfectly. For good measure I switched the ear gels from the mediums to the smalls, but those proved to be too small, so I went back to the mediums. But just to be clear, these are easily the best fitting wireless earbuds I've ever, ever used. The charging case is even excellent. The earbuds are held in magnetically, which is a step up over previous designs, and the case uses USB type-C or wireless Qi charging, both of which made me very happy to see. Once in my ears, I paired them to my phone and downloaded the Jabra app and went to mess with the settings a bit. They were immediately recognized by the app and I was presented with a number of settings. The first setting had to do with the active noise canceling and hear-through, so I messed with it. Phenomenal. There's really no other word for it. The noise canceling is top notch, and surpasses that of all of the more expensive earbuds I've tried or owned. The hear through is insanely good. In my experience most hear through features on earbuds you end up with a touch of white noise added to the soundscape as most people are used to with any sort of regular voice recording, with these this is not the case. I could hear others and myself perfectly clearly. Interestingly, it did not even reduce the quality of the music I decided to try at that time (more on sound quality in a moment). The active noise canceling even has a custom option where you can choose to create a profile for the environment you're working in. The next thing I found truly impressed me, it was a 'fit guide'. I expected it to just be some images about how the ear gels are attached and how it should sit in your ear... but no... Instead it played audio through the headset and told me whether or not the headset was sitting and fitting properly. My guess is that it uses the external noise canceling microphones to see if it picks up any of the tone that is being played through the earbuds to determine if your ear gel size is wrong, really an impressive and forward thinking feature. The last part of the app was the equalizer, which made slight but noticeable differences to the audio when adjusted during playback. Now to the audio quality. First... It's Jabra, you get what you expect, which is to say it's excellent. I immediately went and played some of my favorite music through the earbuds and found the experience truly amazing. Initially the sound was just a touch on the tinny side, which can be expected with brand new earbuds, but the more I played them the more they loosened up, and once I adjusted things just a little in the app (I chose the 'smooth' equalizer setting with just a hint more bass) it really gave a wonderful result. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this headset. Jabra has really hit it out of the park with this one. I'm thrilled to see something finally surpass my original Jabra Elite 65t headset, and no surprise that it was only bested by Jabra themselves. In my opinion, if you're in the market for a true wireless set of earbuds, there really is no other option than the Jabra Elite 7 Pro. It's not even worth considering anything else at this time.

Don’t waste your money. I read several review sites talking about how great they were & was excited to use them. After upgrading them after the purchase I used them the next day and found if you are going to use them for making phone calls they are useless. I can’t hear them & they can’t hear me. After searching Jabra 7 Pro call volume I found several posts complaining of the same issue and Jabra support not being much help. Returned them to BB the next day. Back to the research.

Hello Mike, thank you for reaching out and writing a review. We are sorry to learn that you are unsatisfied with the battery life and noise cancellation feature of your Jabra Elite 7 Pro. The challenges you are experiencing while charging your device are not expected. We kindly recommend resetting your charging case:
Open the charging case and place the earbuds inside the case.
Leave the lid open, and plug it into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v. (Note: It is not recommended to charge the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage)
Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 sec, please close the lid.
Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge.

For 200$ head phones these are really only good for listening to music or audio. I totally regret buying them Audio is super desynced from video like and it’s user annoying. I constantly get complaints about the voice quality when I am on a phone call. They are really only good for listening to music. I would return them but I didn’t really use them much the first month that I had them so I missed my return window.

I use these alot. They’re great for about 80% of the battery life. After this every 30 seconds your earbuds will say battery low. Remember the earbuds have 20% battery life left and they continue to say this. While youre working out every 30 seconds they say this. Huge design flaw with these. These people may have a great idea for a product but software is terrible. Anyone could design something better then saying “battery low”

Do not buy! Not sure if mine are just defective but I got one use out of them on a long flight (which was great) but the right bud won't charge. Also the case battery dies on its own whether you use it or not within 24 to 36 hours. So one bud is just permanently dead and the other never recharges unless you leave the case permanently plugged in... kind of defeats the purpose of having a travel case. I've written into jabra support and still waiting for a reply, will update review accordingly.
