    I’ve had opportunity over several months to focus on Java 7pro earbuds and it has been determined that this particular product is not for me. I was excited and use them as I walked. Issues once the earbuds feel from my ears they where hard to find & are a fire hazard c-cable twice. I do not recommend this product.

    Great looking pair of ear buds, and that's about it. Fit is suspect, bass is mediocre, and ANC... Just NO

    As the title of my review summary says, Still searching… I have the Jabra Elite Active 65t, the Elite Active 85t, and when I received these and opened the box, which contains everything you need to: charge, protect, and find COMFORT while using the Jabra Elite 7 Pro True Wireless in-ear headphones, when I opened the box I was hoping that these were the ones. What do I mean by that? I have three Jabra products, I have the Fruit version Pro’s and series 2 (I think), Sony, and several other brands that I have either received or purchased, and I’ve finally come to the conclusion its my ear and not the products. I love these headphones, I love Jabra products, they by far are superior to most of the above named (or unnamed) brands listed above. First let me tell you the PROS of these headphones. They are light weight, they are look amazing, again, Jabra gives you everything you need to make them work. The app to control these headphones is by far the best. I have worked out in these, and they never felt as if they were going to come out like both of my Apple in-ear headphones do. The sound is amazing, the settings for pass through to be able to hear the environment around you is amazing. The calls on these are crystal clear. Set up is quick and easy, I had them paired to my iPhone 12 w/ in minutes and was playing music. As far as the quality of calls, the quality of the sound, the quality of these Jabra Elite 7 Pro’s are second to none. They are truly on the same level of my Sony in-ear headphones. And I so wanted to give these Jabra’s five stars, because they are that well made and they stay in my ear when I run. For example, I run about 5 miles a day, and I sweat profusely, w/ the Apple products, after about two miles in I have to remove them because I fear that I will lose them. With the Jabra products I have I never have that problem, I put them in and they stay, this pair more so that the Jabra Elite Active 65t and 85t. I love how these sit in your ear and they don’t move. The Bluetooth 5.2 is amazing w/ these Jabra’s, I can be at my desk at work and leave my phone on my desk and walk to the bathroom or other parts of the building and they stay connected. I’ve even answered calls about 50ft away, I love these earbuds. My problem is, and I’ve come to the conclusion that it has to be my ears. That God didn’t make them to insert in-ear headphones. I have tried all three of the included (small, medium, large) tips with no success. I even tried aftermarket silicone and foam tips. My problem is I get excessive ear fatigue after about two hours, not just in one ear but both. When I knew that I was going to be receiving these I did some research on the Jabra website, and I was hopeful, it says this on their site: “16% smaller than our previous smallest earbuds, and exceptionally lightweight at just 5.4g each, these ultra-compact buds offer maximum comfort for maximum wear.” They are lightweight, they are smaller, and to be honest, these offer me the best wear of any of the in-ear buds that I have when I say two hours that’s a lot, because w/ the others its no where near the comfort or time that I can leave them in. So my conclusion is this, if you want a beautiful pair of earbuds that are lightweight, aesthetically beautiful, then purchase these Jabra Elite Pro 7. As for me, I’ll keep searching!

    Sound wasn't too bad when they were working which ended after about 3 hours of use and they wouldn't connect anymore. Jabra customer service is not very good. I have a pair of the 75t and cannot tell how this set is an improvement over those except for they work and these don't.

    Very unhappy with these. I researched them a lot before buying and everything said they were great for calls. They worked for a week and now it sounds like I’m underwater on the other end of the line while on the phone.

    Don’t waste your money

    After 30 days, the Bluetooth stopped picking up any charge. Case green light remained on and never went off. I contacted Jabra who kept giving me the same direction of clean cast and put back inside.

    I paired with my laptop so I could utilize it for my online Spanish course and to watch DIY videos while my husband works from home in the same room. I paired with my android phone first and liked how the ear buds automatically set up to your tonal hearing range. Music quality is very good. I like being able to answer/make calls hands-free and appreciate the noise-canceling ability, especially on air flights. I also like that I can turn off noise canceling so I can hear the world around me if needed. I also appreciated that Small and Large ear pads are included along with the factory Medium--I changed to the Small's for greater ear canal comfort. I have not used for more than 3 hours at a time, but can use the USB port on my laptop to charge, and the case easily fits in my pocket. I have walked around with them, but have been unable to run with them due to an injury, so I cannot comment about how well they stay put in that situation.

    Nowhere even close to the 75t. Mics are not good. People can't hear you very well. Returned. They need a better firmware or scrap these all together.

    Left earbut not working/charging

    My left earbud just stopped working after less then 2 months. It wont charge anymore. I've done all the steps on jabra's website and still nothing.

    These are junk. First pair wouldn’t charge. Returned them and the next pair stopped working in two weeks. Going back to the 85t.

    These disconnect and pick up way too much background noise. E85s were way better, still too many bugs to work out with these.

    Downgrade From Previous Generations

    Pretty much everything about these are fine. Sound quality and battery life are pretty much the same as any other Jabra earbud. I do like the smaller size. The issue I have is that for whatever reason, the proximity sensor in these buds does not work. You take an earbud out and it pauses after a second, then it starts playing again, then pauses, then just continues to play defeating the whole point of the feature.
