Great ear buds, ok firmware
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There’s no complaints about the music quality, battery life, fit, call quality or case. They all work very well and I am very happy with them. My only complaint is the firmware. Sometimes one ear bud just won’t turn on. Had to uninstall in worst cases and re pair. Sometimes just putting them both back in the case worked. Annoying but they’re great ear buds.

Good battery. Ok sound. Meh noise cancelling.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pro: -8 hour battery life -Wireless charging -App settings Con: -Noise cancelling is mediocre -Low bass -Sits deeper in ear and can be uncomfortable -Firmware update was problematic and slow These earbuds are small and sit deeper in the ear, possibly causing some pressure and discomfort. The buttons are not touch based so when you press it, it pushes the earbuds deeper in your ear. It comes with three sizes for the tip, but the preinstalled one was a good fit. The charging case is one of the slimest ones I’ve seen and can be charged with the included USB-C or wirelessly. Out of the box, the sound is average. It emphasizes more on the mids so the lows sound underpowered and lacking. You can adjust the EQ with the app, boosting the bass and improving the sound a bit. The noise cancelling is middleling. The sealing from the fitting reduces most of the noise, while the actual noise cancelling made a minor difference. Combined, it may reduce noise by about 50%. The hear through mode also doesn’t sound natural. There’s a hiss and a metallic sound to it. Battery life is about 8 hours with noise cancelling on per charge and the case adds it up to 35 hours. The app has many features that other earbuds don’t. Upon starting, you check your fit, tailor your hearing experience based on a quick hearing test, and adjust the amount of noise cancelling. You can also set the functions of the buttons on each side. There’s EQ settings that you can do manually or select from some presets. Lastly there’s a selection of ambient noise you can play. The firmware update was very problematic. At first attempt the update never finished. Subsequent attempts, I couldn’t restart the update. It just told me to insert the earbuds in the case to finish, but nothing happened. It took me a few resets (hold down both buttons for 10 seconds while the earbuds are in the case), and I was able to restart the entire process and took about 30 mins to finally update it.

Posted .Hello BeingHonest- Thank you for writing a review of the Jabra Elite 7 Pro. It is unfortunate that you are unsatisfied with the noise cancellation, bass, fit, multi-function buttons, and Sound+ app. It is nice to read that you have navigated your way through the Jabra Sound+ app using the MyFit feature, equalizer, Active Noise Cancellation, and music presets. The challenges you are experiencing with the firmware update is not expected. We recommend having a strong Wifi connection when updating your firmware. If an error occurs during the firmware update, the LED on the charging case will flash red. To restart the firmware update, make sure the charging case is connected to a power supply, remove the earbuds from the charging case and then place the earbuds back in the charging case and close the lid. In the future, if you have any trouble with your Jabra Elite 7 Pro, please contact the Jabra Technical Support Team: https://bit.ly/3BNXN1f. We are here to help you. Thanks again.

Customizable Earbuds!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received the Jabra Elite 7 Pro Titanium Black Earbuds at a discount in exchange for my honest feedback. The earbuds are easy to set up and comfortable to wear. One earbud (mono) or both earbuds can be worn. Able to connect seamlessly to two devices, for example, your phone and tablet. The reception is very clear. You are able to use the Sound Plus app to adjust the sound of the earbuds for your ultimate listening experience. The earbuds can hold a charge for more than seven hours. I use the earbuds to listen to audibooks, online courses, music and shows. The earbuds has adjustable active noise cancellation. The style and design of the earbuds and charging case indicates that Jabra is keeping pace with the current technology.

Nice when the worked.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Noise cancelling is pretty good as is the sound quality. The app is nice too. It has a lot of options for customizing the sound, and even plays relaxing nature sounds or white noise... However, I replaced them once during the warranty period because the right earbud stopped producing sound. Now that they are out of warranty, the right earbud has again stopped producing any sound. Besides that one rather major complain, they're good earbuds

Not worth the $200 today, battery life bad.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Abstract: I probably wouldn’t dump $200 on them again if I had get new headphones. Some of the new features are useful and some aspects of the headphones are of a quality you’d expect for headphones in this price range. However, the battery life is nowhere near advertised, and overall this simply isn’t a finished product. Might be worth the $200 in a few months when they’re actually done with all the software updated, but not today. Pros: - Small size headphones and case - high quality sound - hear through is better than budget head phones - microphone works well even in windy conditions. I live in Chicago and it gets very windy. The person on the other end hears the wind, but they also can hear my voice which wouldn’t have been the case with cheaper headphones. - being able to use either headphone individually is nifty. Cons: - Bluetooth connectivity has trouble sometimes - when they are connected to something you HAVE to take both headphones out of the case and put them in discovery mode again to connect to a different device even if it’s one that knows the headphones already. This is by far one of the more annoying aspects, but may be fixed in a future update. - ANC is nonexistent. I don’t even bother turning it on anymore because it doesn’t feel much different and uses battery life. - Battery life- idk if I just got a dud pair, but there is no way in hell the headphones have 8 hours of use on them or that the case has anywhere near 30 hours of charging. I have to plug the case in at least every other night because it’s completely drained of power and I basically only use the headphones for my 30 minute walk/10 minute bike ride to and from work each day usually and I’m almost exclusively using one headphone at a time.

Sounds great, and that's what's most important.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I generally do not use headphones or buds. My husband has been trying to get me to use them, so he let me try his Jabra Elite Pro 7's. My first concern was comfort, because the few times I've tried buds, usually the ones that come with a phone, I found them to get uncomfortable in a short period of time. In the few times I've tried them before writing this, each time I was able to wear them for 2+ hours with no discomfort. Sound quality is key, and for both voice and calls, the Elite 7's came through with flying colors. I had several calls when I was testing them, and I could clearly hear who I was speaking to, and the person on the other end could hear me clearly. And music - wow. I honestly don't have a lot to compare to, but I was really impressed with the full sound of them. Cheap buds from the phones sound a lot more hollow than the Elite 7's. I would absolutely recommend these. I think the price is reasonable for the quality you get.

Best when bought on sale.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are great up until you lose the case. I got them half off, which was worth it. They sound great, the noise cancellation is good enough, but there are two flaws for me. 1. My ears must be tiny or structurally goofy. I was hoping these would be a small enough profile to fit comfortably in my ears, but they rub and create a painful spot after an hour of use. That is one star off. 2. The second star taken is due to the fact that there's no tracking for the case (and it's $50 to replace). I had them for a few weeks and lost the case somehow. There's no way for me to track it that I could find. This is an issue if you drop the earbuds within the case. If you lose an earbud separately, you can use location to find them and they play a sound. If you do happen to have to buy a replacement case, it's hard to predict if they'll even be in stock. You may be waiting weeks for a replacement. Get a tile tracker and a clip case cover just in case. If they were a bit smaller and if the case had a tracking feature, it'd be more or less 5 stars from me. But if I had to buy them full price, I don't know how worth it it would be for me.

Posted .Hello Nunya- Thank you for reviewing the Jabra Elite 7 Pro. Although we are delighted you enjoy the Elite 7 Pro's audio quality and noise cancellation, we are sorry to learn you are dissatisfied with the device's fit and that you lost the charging case. To address your fit challenge, we encourage you to check out our Jabra Elite 7 Pro fit guide to see how to find your perfect fit: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-7-pro/100-99172701-98/faq/How-do-I-get-the-best-fit-with-my-Jabra-earbuds. We recommend you try all of the different sized ear gels that come included in your package as we know that not everyone's ears are the same size or shape. You will want to find an ear gel that fits snuggly in your ear without being too tight. Finding a snug fit may take trial and error, and you may even need to mix and match the size of your ear gels per earbud. Lastly, we now offer a MyFit test for the Jabra Elite 85t found within the Jabra Sound+ app. We designed MyFit to help you find your best fit with the Elite 85t earbuds and optimize your audio experience, improve the Active Noise Cancellation functionality, and help you feel a deeper bass in your audio. When you take the test, you will hear a tone played simultaneously in each earbud. During this time, your earbuds are checked to make sure that you have an optimal seal around your ear canal. To access the MyFit test, connect your Jabra Elite 85t to the Sound+ app. Then, go into the Headset tab and select Settings. Lastly, tap "Personalize your headset" > MyFit.
We are sorry that the replacement Jabra Elite 7 Pro charging cases are sometimes out of stock. We do our best to keep all our device accessories in stock. Connectivity issues paired w/ phone /computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the head phones. I love the ANC and now that multi point is added it is a good headset. I use them all the time. I do have connectivity issues when both my phone and computer are connected. If I am on a phone call and something comes through my computer (i.e. email or notification) it automatically puts my phone call on hold. Not sure how to get this fixed. That is the only major issues I have.

Great Earbuds At A Fair Price
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my Sony W's and wasn't expecting the new Jabra 7 Elite Pros I got to be anything close to them. Was I pleasantly surprised! The packaging doesn't reflect the quality inside at all. After opening and charging these fully wireless, adjustable noise control earbuds, I downloaded the smarphone app for my iPhone 12 Max Pro and began adjusting, setting up and downloading a firmware upgrade. After tweaking the included equalizer, I have got to say, these earbuds rock! Solid bass and a bright treble are my favorite settings and I love the sound these earbuds produce. The adjustable noise control works great. Without any music or sound coming through I do hear a tic, tic, tic noise softly in the background. Not sure why but with sound coming through, I am not able to hear it. The Jabra 7 elite Pro earbuds are good for 8 hours a charge and the rechargeable case allow for 30 hours of use. The case is somewhat difficult to open until you figure out which side it opens on (hint: USB-C side.) There is a earbud locator included with the smartphone app and the app is easy to download, install and use. Push button functions can be modified using the app. The earbuds also come with four additional in-ear pads to fit most any size ears. Jabra also provides a 2-year warranty against dust or water damage. After using these Jabra 7 Elite Pro earbuds, I would recommend them to a friend! The Jabra 7 Elite Pros fit quite well in my small ears and stay in while exercizing. Great sound and functionality for the price!

Huge audio delay - interferes with zoom conf calls
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only reason this gets 1 star is because of the huge audio delay that occurs on a zoom call or while watching any kind of video. Significant enough of a delay that it interferes with the conversation - people are interrupting each other because of the delay. I would have returned these and gotten something else but I didn’t realize Best Buy has a 15 day return policy (15 days??). Sound quality for music or audiobooks, podcasts is good. ANC and hear-through features are good. But if you’re buying these primarily as a call/video conference tool - skip it and get something that works.

Top-notch Headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic headphones! I bought these and picked them up same day from Best Buy and couldn't be happier. Within 5 minutes of getting them home, they were synced to my MacBook and my iPhone and toggling between the two is seamless. They fit perfectly in the ear for me with the standard mold, but they have different molds to be able to fit all ears. I'm very happy with the quality of the sound and the noise cancelling capabilities. I've used them while working, working out and just walking doing housework and haven't seen any fall off in quality. The charging dock is simple to use, and the app is an added bonus to get an additional year on your warranty. I'll be hanging onto these for a long time.

Complete marketing hype without delivery
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best word that I can use to describe these headphones is… overstated. Everything in their marketing seems to be promising more than they deliver… Audio Quality – The dynamic range is more narrow than I’ve experienced with most any headphones recently, particularly at this price point. There is very little bass with these headphones. You can adjust the EQ higher in the app, but it doesn’t make much difference. Noise Cancelling – I don’t believe there is any. Sure, there is a setting in the app. I’ve stood near a street, near running water, and walked around turning the ANC on and off. It doesn’t make a difference. They say it is adjustable. If you have it on lower settings, it sounds like the headphones are piping white noise in rather than letting sound through. Turn the ANC to the highest settings, and it is no different from having it off completely. Call Quality – Horrible. You can hear the people on the other end, but it can be hard due to the headphones pumping in white noise on your end. They say it is supposed to be crystal clear, but it definitely is not. The sound for the people on the other end is just as bad. The microphones seem to do a better job of picking up the background noise than your own voice. You are harder to hear than on any other headset I’ve ever used. Wearing – If you’ve read this far into the review, congratulations. These stay in the ear better than any other headphones I’ve tried. After a few hours, they become uncomfortable to wear, but at least they can stay in, which is better than most in-ear headphones.

It is unfortunate that you are unsatisfied with the audio, call quality, noise cancellation, and fit after a few hours of wearing the Jabra Elite 7 Pro. Great sound and quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved these headphones. They are perfect for your ears and the sound quality is the best. I liked that the earphones had 2 different sizes to choose from. The battery life was just as great. I used them to listen to music during an 8 hour work day along with then watching a movie while waiting for my childrens basketball practice to finish. I really think these headphones are the new best product out there and the price is even better. I received these Jabra Elite 7 Pro – Titanium Black for my honest and unbiased review at a discounted price.

Excellent In-Ear Headphones
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Jabra - Elite 7 Pro True Wireless Noise Canceling In-Ear Headphones have been great for me. They fit comfortably and were easy to pair. I also find that pressing them for controls is more comfortable than with others I've used. The app was easy to use and I appreciated the personalized equalization feature that essentially gives a frequency-hearing test and adjust accordingly. The sound is awesome. I don't actually get a chance to just listen to music that often, so when I did, it was wonderful. The only, very minor, complaint I have is that there is no notch on the charging case to make opening it easier. It fits so snug that it takes extra effort to lift up the lid. Very pleased with the Jabra - Elite 7 Pro True Wireless Noise Canceling In-Ear Headphones.

Weak ANC, connection irregularity
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased the Elite 7 Pro for a week. Disappointed. Pros: 1. the earbuds are small, low profile, fit well and steady. 2. Sound is great with right amount of bass. 3. Call quality is good. 4. Physical buttons are preferable to touch controls (personal preference). 5. Buds can be used individually. 6. Hear through mode is good. Cons: 1. ANC is basically non-existent. I don't hear much difference when ANC is on or off. The ANC configuration in the App does not help at all. I hope Jabra is able to improve ANC in a firmware update. 2. A few times during a week one of the buds stopped working and I had to reset it (putting it back in the case doesn't help). And at least on 3 occasions the buds disconnect from the phone (Samsung S21 with Bluetooth 5.2) by itself, announcing "device disconnected", within 5 minutes of connection (with both buds in ears and without me doing anything. ) 3. There is static noise when pressing the left button (while playing music) to switch between ANC and Hear through, and a few times making one of the buds losing music (no sound). I can't believe a $200 flagship earbuds from Jabra would have such quality and reliability issues. I am struggling whether to wait for a firmware fix or return it. I also own Jabra 65t, Sennheiser CX, Jabra 45h, Sony WH-1000XM4. Bought 7 Pro intending as an everyday use with good ANC, but feels pretty disappointing.
