    NOT for the Audiophiles

    The sound quality is sub par at this price point. Save your time and consider the Liberty 3 Pro or Liberty 2 Pro, if you need to spend much less. The treble is not natural on the Jabra's. It's harsh and the midrange was also lacking.

    Not Recommended for Phone Calls

    All reviews being very positive, and having been satisfied with the JabraTalk45, I decided to purchase the Elite 7 Pro on March 27, 2022. I am totally dissatisfied because my callers experience a severe echo when talking to me. I usually use just one headphone for phone calls. I have been working with Jabra support who have been very cooperative. The only way to solve the echo is to use the large ear gel and totally seal off the ear channel. I then experience a feeling of being deaf in the one ear which is very annoying and unacceptable. Jabra suggested I return them to the seller since I am not satisfied, but not having retained the original packaging I don't feel that I have that option.

    Buggy product.

    When they work, they are ok. Call quality is average and anc is average. But, I am constantly having issues with one bud or the other not connecting to the phone or both connect but I only get sound in one bud. I have to out them in the case, reset them, take them out, reset them and repeat until randomly they start working again. I'm using them with a pixel 6. It's unacceptable

    Outgoing volume too low and not adjustable.

    I needed multipoint in-ear device to connect with both a Samsung (android) and iPhone for handless calling. Jabra did connect with both phones, but the ringer on the iPhone was barely audible and on each call people complained that they had trouble either hearing me or barely making out what I was saying, though I could hear them well. I too often had to disconnect from the Jabra and switch to speaker or put the phone to my ear.

    Stopped working in less than a year

    Bought these close to $200 some time a year ago & less than a year the right earbud suddenly stopped working. Not surprised the price dropped dramatically. Thought at first quality & a good dollars worth will last but guess not.

    There is very little bass with these headphones. You can adjust the EQ higher in the app, but it doesn’t make much difference. Noise Cancelling is not at all no difference. I have to return this back
