    When I purchased these, they were Jabra’s top of the line. They have great active noise cancelling, Q charging, and multiple device pairing. However, after about 8 months the microphone would cut out during phone calls. I would use these throughout the work day to listen to music and take phone calls. Now people are telling me I can’t hear you after about 3-5 minutes. I have updated the firmware, found multiple people online with the problem, and no fixes. I am constantly fumbling to switch to speaker on my cell phone or a cheaper less capable single ear headset. I recently realized that I have owned 3 different Jabra earbuds and they have all failed after 1-2 years of use. Mic fail, static, one ear bud stopped working, charging issues. My brand loyalty has been rewarded with junk. This will be the last Jabra product I buy.

    I did quite a bit of research before buying. Personally I did not care about ANC initially. Although I learned that ANC plays into noise cancellation during calls. Elite 7 Pro has excellent ANC in an insanely loud manufacturing/factory environment with ANC enabled I could hardly could hear the environment-granted the buds held their seal to the ear canal-. I’m a forklift operator and constantly on the move indoors and outdoors on my lift it is a very bumpy ridet which puts the fit to the ultimate test. The buds fit were not even close to the fit of the cheap Elite 3 Pros. I found myself constantly adjusting them in ear. The call quality in a factory environment was hit or miss. Bosses could hear me although they often said my voice was “quiet”. In call sound and music is very very quiet elite 3 pro were even louder. Thankfully I bought these on sale ($119) had i paid full $199 I’d have been even more upset. In the end they are good i do recommend them but i do not recommend buying them brand new. Used or refurbished on Amazon I’d absolutely recommend

    Great ear fit. Excellent active / passive noise cancellation. The buds have actual push button control - much better than slide touch. Great battery life. Wireless charging, Plenty of customization. Highly recommend.

    Build: I thought the build quality of these earbuds was great I like that they made them lighter and slightly smaller than my 65t. Case: I did not like the case at all. It's not very grippy and I found myself dropping the case from time to time. (Thank goodness I work in an office and I'm normally sitting already when I take them out to use them) As someone with larger hands, I found the case extremely hard to open due to not having a notch, texture, or a latch release like the 65t. Comfort: These are very easy to wear for hours at a time. They are very light and I haven't had one of them fall out yet even when working out. Sound: These sound amazing! if you download the app and configure the sound profile I promise you will love the sound that these produce. The ANC works well for me and the sound passthrough is great when I'm exercising or listening to music at the desk. Call quality: For me, this is where headphones start to fail. I primarily used these for making and receiving calls and boy do they fall short. I set up my voice assistant in the app but it's still quite difficult to call my assistant often times using the button or voice activation seems to fail. I'm not completely ruling out user error but I can say that it's not a seamless or intuitive setup if I'm missing something else. When I do get my assistant to respond I'm usually met with the wrong actions due to the assistant not being able to understand commands for instance " what time is it?" is met with "How long would you like to set your timer for?". Callers also state that when using one earbud they can hardly hear anything at all and when using the other all the ambient sounds are amplified and I'm not able to be heard. This is probably the worst headphone I've used for calls so far and I had a pair of sony headphones that would randomly disconnect from my phone while talking on it so that's saying a lot. With that being said I was always about to hear the caller loud and clear and the auto-mute when removed from the ear was amazing never had an issue with it muting in my ear. Customer Service: Customer service seems to be slightly below average. When you first reach out to speak to someone about the headphones you are met with a virtual assistant that asks a bunch of questions and has to do a bunch of stuff. They didn't really have a troubleshooting path for my particular issue but it's hard to cover everything with an assistant however I understand the need for it. After that, I communicated with a person via email to process my return. They did not offer me an advanced replacement or expedited shipping both of which I would have gladly paid for to get my product back faster. If ever have to do a warranty exchange and you are expecting to have your headphones back faster...Don't! It took 6 days for it to get there and 6 days to process the package and after all of that, I just received an email stating it will be another 5 to 7 days to get my headphones back! That means I will have been without my headphones for 17 days minimum when they get back to me. Not very pleased with the return/exchange process at all. Review too long? Read this instead Overall these are good headphones IF you plan on using them for listening. I would not recommend these to anyone who is planning to use them for conversation at all, customer service was subpar and the return/exchange process is horrible so if that's important to you avoid these. It's such a disappointment too because I had nothing but success with the 65t.

    Better than predecessors, BUT, they have a lot of unstable firmware updates that it's just annoying when your paying high money to enjoy your product. Comfortables, yes. Audio quality, the best. Battery life, outstanding. Returned and bought AGAIN the Jabra 75t. Reliable connection with better audio quality. TO MY TASTE.

    Had these for 5 months, sound is great BUT one day the left earbud suddenly lost volume. Turned up all the way, very very low sound. A little searching appears this is a common failure, so appears to be a design fault I guess. Tried all the suggested fixes, none worked. The fact their app only works with newer iPhones and no Windows app/program is a big oversight, really limits your options. One fix was reload firmware, ah you can't it is either on the latest or not. On latest firmware, factory reset, no help. Went online to check on getting a warranty replacement. That is where the fun started (not really fun just sounded better). Support requested some photos to verify things, they then sent a return label. Three days later my return was delivered from Atlanta, GA to Dallas, TX. Things are looking up, not! Contacted support after two weeks, they responded that once they are received in Memphis, TN they would send out a replacement. So I am thinking why didn't they just have me send it to Memphis, TN to begin with, ah probably best to keep that cost savings idea to myself? Another week passed and I got an email my replacement was on its way. The first and last product from this company based solely on extremely slow customer service! For the money these should have lasted years not months! If you choose to go with these, your choice, good luck!

    I'm so impress with my new earbuds they fit my ears just right no fall outs. The sound is great and bass. Is incredible. Battery life long just what I was looking for and easy pairing. If you love listening to music then these are the earbuds for you great product. I downloaded the Jabra app easy no problems with app, went to the Music presets and all I can say is wow can't stop going in to change what type of Equalize sound I would like to hear. Noise cancellation is great. Blue tooth connection great. One great thing about the earbuds I fell off to sleep and they stay in my ear now that is a good fit for me. So if you are looking for a new set of earbuds then the Jabra Elite 7 are the best one's yet.

    Sound great and fit great. Able to personalize your controls in the app. Easy to hook up and lots of options in the app. ANC and hear-through work great. I’ve only had an issue where they won’t play or pause podcast a couple times. I just had to restart the app.

    3rd pair of these. Keep falling off in shower! Not water n shock proof at the same time! But takes a year. Finally bought cheaper ones that wrap round head for shower! Sound pretty good! The app is prob the best one ever. And can listen to each individually. Can’t really judge calls cause most have been after gym while wet n no one can hear me.

    Very good earphones. They are great for the price but also gives good base and is very clean sound. I bought the Bose ear phones and they messed up within a month. My original headphones were Jabras and they still work great to this day even tho I upgraded to new ones. The app is very helpful and even has a tracker in the headphone to help you fine them. I lost one headphone in the mountains camping and it showed me where the ear bud was I never found it but the replacement ear bud I ordered worked like a charm

    Sound is amazing as well as the adjustable ANC! The quality of the calls is awful though. Slight wind, driving, or around traffic the person wont be able to hear you. On a personal note they made my ears bleed (both) from the fit when i wore them for more than a couple hours.

    Fit great, very comfortable For the most part have not had any connection issues Every once in awhile they get stuck in a cycle of connecting and disconnecting with my laptop, but it only seems to happen with my laptop, and no other device

    Bought these and returned the next day. Explained to rep at site I needed long battery life, great call quality with external noise cancelling and preferably waterproof. Music and videos sound great callers sound clear but the audio they hear from me is choppy and cuts in and out. They seemed comfortable enough for the 2 hours I had them but I also had trouble getting used to the complete block of sound from having it stuck in my ear. They have an ambient noise pass through which works great on my iPhone but doesn’t work at all on my S20 which is a company phone. On the company phone it is locked down so I cant use the Jabra app and if you can’t download the app to a device it doesn’t allow the pass through feature.

    These are a great when on sale. The noise cancelling is very effective, my wife uses them when she reads and can’t hear me unless I yell and I’m only 6 inches away from her. The fit is good because it comes with 4 tips to choose from.
