They have pretty good sound and easy enough to use controls, but the portion of the headphone that at goes into the ear canal is too large and you cannot switch out the tips to smaller ones to adapt them to fit the smaller ear of most females. Due to the discomfort of such a large ear tip I ended up returning them.

To get the best fit with the earbuds, we recommend wearing them with the cable behind your neck and the earhooks behind each ear. Then insert the earbud into your ear canal, ensuring the looped eargel fits into the ridge of your ear. After that, shape the earhook behind your ear for the
best fit. It may help to pre-shape the earhook before wearing. We are very sorry to hear that you decided to return your Jabra Elite Active 45e. Fit is decent, although I wish it came with replacement rubber ear pieces. Takes a long hold to turn off. Other than that, clear signal no interference with a great range.

Not loud enough and cord is not long enough.

I guess I’m old school and rather the bluetooth earbuds that go around your ear. If your younger you would probably love these. I returned for a single bluetooth earbud.

However, the earpiece it's one size fits all. For those with small ear canal, this headphones may not be for you. The though rubber made material and inadequate earpiece fitment, will be uncomfortable after 30 minutes. Also, the noise cancelation was poor. Jabra needs to provide more size options and built the earpiece with softer material. At this price rang, I would expect more.

Big sound in small package

These can be used when cutting grass or running other loud equipment. The only football is no clip for the microphone to hold it still so when you're on the phone, it's rubbing and clicking on your collar or shirt making annoying sounds
