They don't fit snugly either so I couldn't use them regularly either.

The hooks didn't align good because of my glasses so the sound quality was lacking unless I held my hands over them. Work well for calls but missing the boom for music

Then insert the earbud into your ear canal, ensuring the looped eargel fits into the ridge of your ear. After that, shape the earhook behind your ear for the best fit.
