I used it once this morning placed it in the case and I take it out again and now it says it needs to be charged.... not happy.

The sound quality is very good. I haven't had any problems with them yet. Battery life is good enough for what I use them for plus they can recharge in the case. So far so good.

I'm extremely happy with this purchase

They can have two different sources connected at one time. My laptop as well as my phone. The hear through option works good. Once I figured out how to put them in my hear, it is difficult to get them out.

They definitely have drowned out noise for me though. Fast connection to my iPhone 11. Comes with smaller and bigger replacements for your ears. I have put the smallest ones in and one still falls out every so often. Sound quality is good. So there are my pros and cons, I may purchase Apple because they have a smaller ear piece.

I love how it will automatically pause my music or videos when I take it out of my ear to talk to someone.

The Bluetooth signal is interrupted by elliptical machines and dimmer switches. I am not sure if this is something that can be fixed, but it can be annoying. Overall it is a great product though.
