Okay headphones if you need simple

Sound quality isn’t bad, I prefer the beats wireless over these. They tend to fall out of my ear if I’m running and the bass isn’t as deep. If you’re looking for simple in ear headphones to listen to podcasts while working, these are perfect. If you want music and good headphones for working out, I’d go with the beats wireless.

They don't seem to stay in your ears very well. I have purchased additional ear pieces and that didn't help either. The sound is very good. But, for the purpose that I bought for me. They aren't what I was hoping for. They will just sit in the drawer at home now.

Bar none, hands down, the best wireless earbud on the market. I use them while i skydive, I use them while I drive... they are the only ones where people can hear me in the plane, while I’m skydiving..... on the ground.... everywhere

The reason 8 said they are meh for headphones is because I found that these had issues that my Jabra elite 65t didn't have. As sometime the left ear bud would not connect. So u have to keep taking it in and out of the case to sync with the master(right) headphone. Also audio also studder alot while using these

I needed ear buds to block some motorcycle noise and add listen to music. These buds allow you to use pass through for ambient noise or not. Also have been using at gym. I don't run, but so far have had no issue with them slipping when sweating.

Connectivity and volume are solid! I know 5 other that bought this since observing mine, expensive but worth it! No audio lag with video streaming and it works great with my office desk phone (Cisco phone w/Bluetooth). Zero regrets!

Great earbuds once you figure out how to use them. Jabra instructions written & video assume you have used this kind of earbuds previously. Once you learn the "how to's" they are great! The "hear through" feature is terrific!

Great set of ear buds. My first set that are completely wireless. I do wish that the Bluetooth connection was a little better. It sometimes cuts out when I have my phone in my pant pocket and I have a coat on as well.

I've had these for almost a year and I've definitely had issues. I have contacted support multiple times and most of the time they ask for a ton of information after giving me multiple different ways to fix my issues. After going through multiple of them my issues have been fixed. My newest issue has not been able to be fixed through the methods I've previously received. The only headphone I use is the right and it has an issue where the volume is lower than the left and I have attempted to repair and was unsuccessful. My previous support with older models was wonderful but with this set it has been rough and I will be returning these and jumping to a new brand. Not being able to use the left by itself ruined this product for me.

Bought a pair for myself, and then after experiencing how easily they worked with my iPhone, I bought a second pair for my wife who now no longer uses her Bose noise free headphones when she flies. She prefers these over her Bose!
