Not what I expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried many earbuds, I returned these because I want to be able to use the right bud by itself sometimes and these would shut down after about 1/2 hour. I also didn't like the fit. The sound was OK Bose sound much better. Jaybird has buds that fit nicely but those were also returned. Right now I'm trying Jabees for the piece $70.00 they are the best I've found.

Until the left earbud just suddenly stopped working. I baby my gear, so this was just a bad malfunction. Reading the reviews of Jabra customer service, I am not feeling very hopeful that this issue will be resolved in a timely or effective manner. For the amount of money spent on these headphones, this shouldn't be the case. It seems you're forced to buy in-store warranty service because you're otherwise stuck with the manufacturer's poor quality service; examples of which you can see online.

I should have returned them but hated to since they have been in my ears. A sales rep had recommended them and I wasn’t allowed in the store (due to COVID) to see all the options. The buds have no bass. They are usable but I’d never buy this brand again. Very disappointed and way overpriced!!!!

She said they are the most comfortable earbuds she ever had and she has been through a lot of them. She said the sound quality is great too.

It lets me listen to music without disturbing others and immediately have hands free phone access for calls. One of my favorite devices of 2019.

Love the buds and quality. Just wish the right bud had Bluetooth connection to the media source and not just the left bud.

The adjustable ear pieces were a big selling point to me. Sound quality is awesome and Bluetooth range is around 20” or so unobstructed.
