I tried these and the sony 100mx3s and I vastly preferred the sonys. My wife however liked these way more because of the buttons versus the sonys which are touch sensitive. Wife gives these 5 stars.

These are great! The app it operates on is very helpful. This active feature makes it safe for outdoor workouts and for those who sweat a little more.

Didn't work outside of the box.

I'll wait another year or so before I try true wireless headphones again. They either have poor sound/build quality or they don't last too long. The Jabra Elite Active came out of the box not working. After trying a variety of fixes online, such as a firmware update, I was able to get them working for a 3-4 hour period. Afterword they stopped working again. Sounded great during those short few hours though. Checking online there seemed to be others who had these issues. The only fix was to keep returning them until you get a working pair. Not sure I'd trust a working pair either at this point. How long would they work for? Probably up until the warranty expired at best. Had to settle for a pair of beats. unhappy with the quality but at least they turned on.

I cannot rate this for myself as it was a gift for someone else. All I know is that the recipient really likes them and wears them almost every day. Best gift I ever bought for someone else.

There is a frequent click/static noise. I'm not sure what causes this or how to fix it, but it's annoying enough that I'm looking in to others. I would also like to be able to use either earbud independently which this doesn't allow. I like the noise cancelling option though.

Hello OtterBox, thank you for writing a review of the Jabra Elite Active 65t. These challenges you are describing with the static is not expected. We kindly suggest contacting the Jabra Support Team: https://bit.ly/2Orm9s0 for the best assistance. The Left Earbud of the Elite Active 65t has to be in range with the Right Earbud to function properly. The maximum range between the earbuds is 20cm/8in. Please feel free to use the Right Earbud independently. You can play/pause by pressing the multi-function button or by pausing from the phone. If you use the Right Earbud independently, the volume has to be controlled from the phone, and you have to skip tracks from the phone (since you are not using the Left Earbud). The Right earbud is where the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the Elite Active 65t is hosted. The Left Earbud is then connected to the Right Earbud through a different kind of connection (not Bluetooth), and that's why the Left Earbud will not work independently (since it does not have a Bluetooth connection with the phone). Regardless, your feedback is greatly appreciated! We are happy to read that you are enjoying the noise cancelling feature. Thanks, again! Jabra

It was a great alternative to what I wanted. The sales clerk was very knowledgeable and was able to offer me something in Lou of the air pots and I think it was a great substitution since the air buds one in stock

Really happy with these, as they were easy to set up, compact and easy on the ears. The sound could be better as well as the noise cancelation, but packing these is easier than packing over the ear phones. Stay put.

Though fit in the air. Quality is way superior to the apple pods. Way worse than the Bose free. The Bose free have seriously flaws though including only one side on the bid phone calls. The sound can’t be beat though. Wired remains the best. I’ll try Beats next.

These do not like staying connected to my phone. They are constantly disconnecting while talking on the phone or listening to music. This is extremly annoying. I'm glad I purchased the service plan on them.
