I cannot really comment on the quality of the sound because the headphones hardly stay long enough in my ear before they decide to take a suicide plunge from my ear lobes. I have no problem with airpods, the regular iPhone earphones, the Powerbeats Pro, Plantronics, but for some reason, these suckers just do not stay in there! I have tried all the silicone sizes, the comfy foam, and no luck! In addition to them not staying in at baseline, the buttons on the Jabra unit themselves mess up any chance of a seal you have managed to make after twisting into your ear lobe for about 20 minutes to get them to stay. First of all, once I get them to stay in for 5 minutes (max time before God forbid I breathe or have to move my jaw) - good luck trying to push any of the volume up/down or logo button. As soon as you press it, the headpiece dislodges the seal you've created and within 5 minutes poof, they are Houdini again. I thought if I kept messing with them they would get better, but no luck. Unfortunately, this was beyond the 15 days window of return at BestBuy so I'll have to figure out how to get rid of this poor investment.

I really like the way they fit and they way they look, but for music they didnt sound as good as my Bose. The call quality was less than desirable. Not so much for me on my end, but everyone I spoke to on these complained about them. Some people even insisted I disconnect them to continue our call. I didnt buy them so that I could hold my phone up to my ears and talk. I prefer hands free calling and have enjoyed that for 2 years now. I decided to go back to the Bose...
