Disappointed - Not for Airplane Use

First let me start by saying i did a lot of research before purchasing and for price point these seemed to be the best. Didn't really need the sport side of them but again these fit the price point and function I wanted. Using these around the office has been an absolute joy, battery life is great and sound quality for music has been on par with my wired blue tooth ear buds. I did notice that when I left on a Friday I threw these in my backpack and didn't use over the weekend they were dead on Monday even the charging case was dead. Not sure what happened but don't think this should be the case. Biggest disappointment is I recently took a business trip and brought these on plane with me to watch movies on my iPad. Sitting on the tarmac sound quality was good and did not disappoint. As soon as we took off sound faded to nothing very quickly. Lucky I had brought my old buds with me and was able to use those. I tried again on the next leg and same thing. After reaching out to Jabra I was informed these COULD NOT be used for flying. They are calibrated for sports and the altitude disrupts this calibration. I do not recall seeing this during any of my research. To Jabra's credit they did offer me a discount on a pair of wired but I already have a pair. So I may look to return these and buy something else probably Nuheara which are a lot more expensive. Love the concept of truly wireless earbuds but these really are for Sports. if you are not looking for using these as an everyday travel earphone i do highly recommend. But I really want something I can use on the plane and in the airport without having to switch out for a different pair.

Good sound, relatively balanced if the seal is right. Heart rate monitor is pretty accurate and useful. Totally wireless is great, as there aren't any issues with cables rubbing, pulling, etc. The connection is at least as stable as any other bluetooth set I have worn. They are still quite large, and for small ears they may not be super-comfortable, particularly when you push the buttons. Often, the pressure to press the buttons puts uncomfortable pressure on the cartilage of your outer ear, though this isn't unique to this set. The case is really great, and charges the buds, but the buds themselves only hold 3 hrs at a time, which is a little lean. $250 is steep for the sound output, you do have to realize that about 100 of it is cramming all of the other tech into the bodies of the cordless earbuds. I do love that taking them out of even one ear pauses your music, which then resumes when you put them back in. The app is useful, and compatibility with other apps is good. Overall a great progress in the tech, but don't expect $250 wired in-ear monitor performance - that's just unrealistic. If it fits your ears I recommend it!

Review of the item after being used for about 10 months. First, review context: two usage: 1) for running on treadmill and outdoor, average 7 miles per day/40miles around weekly. 2) conference calls for work. The Benefit: 1) ease of use in a sense of non major hassle during the usage 2) Not being expert in Sounds Quality, but feels acceptable, bit of lack on bass and immersive experience I would say. 3) Application is simple as matured through the first time installed, 4) Heart Rate data is reference notion only. Not being scientist on the matter, but compared against 2 of Garmin Fenix series, the accuracy is bit off. But might not be comparable as measurement dimension are different. 5) it sits well in the ear, doesn't feel that will fall out in the context of dynamic and fast movements. The Downside: 1) The benefit #5 seems to last only first couple month of usage only. As longer being used, it starts to feel it is loosening from the ear. And then the earing accessory starts loosing from the hardware attachment. Meaning, every time you grab the device and attempt to place in the ear, takes extra steps than earlier days. Then when you are removing it from the ear, you feel it comes in two pieces. 2) the voice interaction does't work almost at all while used during activities. So this part is waste from $200+ valued device if we have to narrow down what you would be paying for every single feature from the device. 3) Application in the beginning was awful experience. Then it lack more integration with other device applications. 4) customer support: from first email sent for support, took almost a week for first response, the reply to first response return after another week. Then response was not very customer centric I would said. Final Summ Up: Recommended if it is being used for short time, without expectation for more than a year of durability if is used every day, and worth if can purchase at reasonable discounted price. For full retail price is not worth as its support doesn't pair to its experience and value.

Have to say without a doubt I love these headphones. I am a true finatics of headphones wireless and wired. From AirPods, Bose, to Beats I have them all in all styles. With IP67 waterproof rating and 3 year warranty Jabra supplies for sweat damage I love to run and workout in the gym with these headphones. Talk quality is good not great compared to say AirPods but works well when I’m working out and have to take a call. Included are the different fitting which you customize so I have such a good fit and never feel like they are going to pop out. Plus the heat through feature is great as it’s like having a mic to outside noise if you have to strike up a quick convo. If your in the market for a pair of true wireless buds that can be used during physical activities there’s not another choice.

I got these because the cable on my other Jabra sport headphones where catching on bars and benches while i worked out. these are great , they stay in really well too. the heart rate monitor has been awesome. I did have to go with comply foam tips to improve the bass, but when you get a good seal, they sound really good.

I bought these to use at work where I need "no cords attached." They sound good, have a great range and a decent battery life. I do charge them at lunch and also carry a spare of $30 Skullcandy wireless buds because the battery can go after a while if I forget to charge them. The case does help quite a bit, charging them as well. My 1 star less than 5 is that the large size can make the fit a bit uncomfortable and takes getting used to the hard plastic body.

I was looking for both a music and hands-free phone headset and these earbuds were a perfect fit for my needs. I wear them daily for listening to music, podcasts and audiobooks. The right earbud will function as a solo earbud which allows me to listen to an audiobook or take a phone call while still being able to hear my surroundings at work or in the gym. They come with 6 ear gel set options and 3 ear wing sets allowing for a comfortable fit. After trying a few different combinations I was able to find the most comfortable setup that provided the best sound between the available ear wing and ear gel combinations. I have small ears and getting a comfortable fit for an earbud has always been a challenge. They stay firmly in place during my gym workouts. I haven't tried the in-ear heart rate monitor so I can't comment on that feature. They are a bit expensive but I use them almost daily so I've found that were the right choice for me. Very happy with my decision to purchase.

I have tried just about every other wireless bluetooth headphones on the market. This is the first true wireless headphones that are above the rest. The sound is excellent and I usually only stay at the gym for a maximum of 2 hours but typically around an hour. These last for three hours before charging in the case. They key to these headphones is finding a proper fit and the only tips that would make the bass really produce were the foam tips which are extremely comfortable. I have found myself using these for calls in the office, airport, and just around the house as they are great for calls too. Great product

They fit properly and never felt like they would fall out. The sound quality was ok but not loud enough. Whenever there was ambient noise it was hard to hear the music.

I quite enjoy my Jabra Elites. The sound is really good, the battery life is sufficient (4ish hours), and they are some of the smallest on the market. It's also handy to have the little charging case. I do wish the controls on the side of them were touch sensitive instead of buttons that require force, however, because they push into your ears when you use the buttons, Not a deal-breaker by ant means though.

I absolutely love my new earbuds, I've had them about 3 weeks. The battery life is great in my case although charging them takes a couple hours. The sound is great decent bass and highs. They fit perfectly in my ears but after about an hour or so they made my ears a little sore. Even after sweating they maintained a snug fit. Overall, I know you'll enjoy these earbuds!!!

I got these to wear while hiking and riding my bike as well as traveling. I have not found the right combination of ear piece components yet to be a 5 star rating on the fit yet so here are my Pros/Cons for now. Pros: *Solid product and well designed for athletes *Phone users have said the sound is better than the bluetooth car audio i was using & are very clear. *Durable travel /charging case. *APP for workout info - very sharp app design for this. *Strong bluetooth connectivity (have had no yet - less than 10 hrs use). Cons: *I still have not gotten the best fit yet for the best sound, so all sound reviews are based on a fit that is not optimal, yet. Still trying combinations out. *App EQ is not as detailed as I would like. *App does not connect to other "Health" apps as simply as possible (direct api) *If I cannot secure the best fit, the sound quality is good, however the volume is an issue. The ambient noise of riding in an automobile was enough to compete with a song played on Spotify. I will try a few more fitting adjustments before finalizing my review, I really wanted a great sounding pair of bluetooth wireless headphones that would support an active lifestyle. These may be a 5 star but for now, due to fit I can only go 4. More as if finish my evaluation.

I've been a Jabra fan and have owned a number of their phone headsets and buds. I had the Elite 65Ts and Elite Actives but wanted to get this also due to the heart rate monitor and workout aspects. I really couldn't enjoy the selection of earbuds. The silicone just didn't seal enough and sounded crappy. The foam ones were ok but I could only use the large one to get the right sound but after less than 30 minutes, it just started to hurts my ears. I even used the smallest wings and would still hurt. That's when I found the Comply tips (Medium) and that created as good of a seal as the Large ones that came with this but without the pain. The Complys were much squishier and easier on the ears. The foam ones that came with the Elite Sports were stiffer and less forgiving. That completed my satisfaction for these buds and would recommend them, especially to try other eartips, if the standard ones are not comfortable. btw, for the price, I think it is pretty pricey but fine if you are using mainly for workouts (plus it is waterproof). I would go with the Elite Actives as those are comfortable out of the box and the buttons are easier to use.

I've become a bit of a headphone junkie and really didn't need another pair of earbuds but been interested in the truly wireless type, but reviews for most were poor. Had to try after seeing the excellent reviews and sale price. The earbuds are high quality and very good looking. The product works as advertised. I havent used for calls yet. The music sounds very good. Gets loud enough but wish could get just tad louder. Comfortable and secure fit.

Please get the new model: 100-98600001-02 it lasts 50% longer with battery life. The case is so secure and perfect. You HAVE TO FIT YOURSELF and make them as snug as possible. These are so lightweight and you will forget they're in your ear after you get used to it. The sound is respectable once fitted properly.

After a lot of research, and looking for an item that would fit my needs I finally found what I was looking for and more. The Jabra - Elite Sport Wireless In-Ear Headphones are awesome!!! I love the charging case, I use them daily at least an hour every work out, and I probably charge the case ones maybe 2X every 2 weeks. Its amazing!!! They fit perfectly, and the sound quality for music is perfect to keep in motivated. The option to call and talk with the head set is pretty much a normal feel when talking to someone and vise versa. I highly recommend this product. I run outside with them, and weight lift. They have not fallen off, and I sweat a lot!!!
