I did a lot of research before I bought a true wireless earbud headphone. This product from Jabra has decent reviews. However the moment I tried it on, I almost decided to return it( that is another story why I did not return it). Maybe it is just me, but I have a hard time to wear it tightly and comfortably. It is either very loose that I have to keep adjusting it during my jogging/running, or relatively tight but hurts my ear a lot. The quality of the sound is mediocre. It is Ok for pop music, but nearly trash when listening to classical music or talks. The battery is about 3-4 hr without the charging case. Again, maybe it is just me, but I did not find a way to directly turn it off( the instruction sheet's way did not work for me). The only way I find out is to disconnect it from my phone, then it will turn off automatically in 5 min or by holding the "play/stop" button for 5 secs. If I forgot to do that, it will consume all the battery. This is the most stupid design I have ever had. The price is almost the same as Bose QuietComfort 35 wireless (I have this one, but it is too big to wear for running), but the quality is just 1/10 of Bose 35. DO NOT BUY

Hello Zigpig,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Fit can be tricky with True Wireless earbuds. We have a few different options to help get the proper fit. This earbud is also one that you "twist" into the ear. It's not like most BT ear buds you just put in This you actually have to put in and "twist" it to the back to get that secure fit. If you don't have the proper fit you will have issues with the quality of your audio.
We are very sorry your experience with our Jabra 65t wasn't a positive one. If you ever have any questions or issues with an Jabra products in the future please feel free to reach out to us. I bought the Jabra Elite Sport about two weeks ago, after searching for at least 4 months to purchase truly wireless earbuds that do exactly what they are supposed to-less "phone handling" while you wear them and crystal clear sound. Beats are offering a great deal of successful wireless products, however for my style they are not very convenient for everyday use - the Solo/Studio are too big for me and they won't stay on your head during intense exercise and the Powerbeats on the other hand are "too complex" appearance-wise for my taste. To make a long story short I was looking into very discrete wireless earbuds that will stay on my ears during intense exercise and that I could also use while I am working at the lab (graduate student) with the minimum phone-carrying/handling possible.
Bragi Dash looked like a good idea, however after reading numerous reviews about them I realized that they had many connectivity issues (the phone has to be always on you for them to work) and the sound quality was bad. Samsung IconX and Jabra Elite sport were the alternatives, so putting my faith on the reviews I went on buying the Jabra, althought they are more expensive that the Samsung ones.
First of all, they fit nicely on my ears offering different fitting options with the ear pieces they include (still the perfect fit is very subjective). They definitely don't fall of my head no matter what type of exercise I am doing. The bluetooth connection is very strong and it stays strong to a 10-meter range around your phone. I wear them during my work and my phone stays on the desk, while I am moving around. The sound is very clear and the volume goes high enough considering that they are wireless earbuds. Don't expect the bass, volume and sound quality of other headphones (Beats, Bose etc.), but they are still doing the job! I really like the fact that you can wear one of them, although you are partially losing control of them (volume and switching tracks is on the left earbud, play/pause-answer/deny calls on the right. However having just the right one gives you enough autonomy while working. Speaking of autonomy there is voice control when receiving calls and you can use Siri if paired with an iPhone by just pressing a button. This makes it really easy to receive calls or do a whole bunch other things without occupying your hands.
The charging case is very elegant and small and offers you great charging flexibility. The battery life is somewhat low (3 hours), but at this stage I don't have high expectations since they are that small and the technology is still improving. You can have 9 hours battery life with the charging case that offers two full charges, but one full charge takes around 2 hours, so 9 hours is not a very "real" thing.
I haven't yet taken full advantage of their fitness capabilities, but they can be extensively used with their app, tracking your heartbeat and helping you counting sets and repeats of your exercise while also monitoring your progress.
Their only disadvantage is that the buttons to control and connect them are very hard to push and sometimes when wearing them it can be a pain to press the buttons (its like pressing the earbud deeper inside your ear). If pressing the buttons was easier or even better if they were touch responsive these earbuds would be the perfect wireless gadget!
