I almost returned these, but then I figured out how to best use them. I mean I shouldn't have to make these tweaks, but I love these feature wise, so I wanted to make these work. 1st, I am farrrrrrrrr from an audio snob or audio pro on sound quality but these are DEFINITELY NOT noise cancelling. I could still hear background noise, like my coworkers talking nonsense in a normal tone, when they were full blast and that's with Hear Through turned off. Also, the ear tips that come with them are garbage and made the buds hurt my ear. Then I remembered I had some Comply ear tips laying around and BOOM, comfort and noise canceling. True Wireless Pro is what you'd need. I can't hear a thing with these at lower volumes unless hear through is on thanks to comply. 2nd, you have to make sure you have them in your ear correctly or even my comply tips didn't help. The insert and rotate method in the instructions really does work great for these ear buds. Also make sure the wings are tucked so they are completely hidden. This makes a perfect fit and optimizes sound. Last, the sound itself is pretty bad. No bass and not loud at all compared to my Jaybird X3s. So I used my samsung phone music app to guide me through setting the equalizer in the Sport life app because the samsung equalizer better explains for optimal sound, especially with their presets. I can't understand why Jabra wouldn't put presets or more details with their equalizer. But nonetheless I was able to drastically improve the bass and brought the sound up a good amount, however, these ear buds are still not as loud as they should be. I'm dealing with the pretty big sacrifice of them not being loud enough and keeping them only because the button controls it offers allows you to do so much and everything I need, the hear through feature which I love for work, I can use only one with great sound, I can use google assistant, and ear wings are a must for me. But I'm going to keep my eye on up and coming brands with these features but louder and these will then be on the first thing smoking...

Great battery life, surprisingly comfortable, good sound quality.

Easy to set up and comfortable. Not totally noise cancelling but so far I like the sound quality. The charging case is nice too!

I was interested to try the truly wireless experience. While they are good headphones and work well, I like to sometimes take out a headphone while at the gym and I"m used to just letting my other wireless headphones hang around my neck.

I've been researching truly wireless earbuds and bought these Jabra elites...best pricing thru Best Buy, as always! Great sound, great battery life, easy setup, and consistent performance...the range is not as far for me as others have noted...about 30 feet and the connection can be spotty, but within 30 feet, the connection is solid.

I have been reviewing earbuds to purchase for over a year and pleased with my Jabra. Excellent while working out, talking, listening to music on the subway, etc. Sound and battery life are perfect. The work out app paired with cell phone is useful along with the option to mute one earbud. So pleased purchased a another for my mate!

As i stated in the title, I tried others and by far these were the best. For me battery length and comfort were important, more important than any other aspect. Samsungs hurt my ears after a short time and the battery life on them was abobnimal. These on the other hand surpassed every expectation and I love them. Can't recommend them enough.

Good sound, lightweight, and they do not fall out of your ears like some other brands. The included charger case is really nice as well.

Great headphones and sound quality. The headphones stay in place during intense cardio work outs however they take getting use to.

I wore these for every run and workout for 2 months now and they are awesome. Cant even tell you're wearing them at all...

Connectivity is good sound is good run time is good

I wish the battery charge is longer than 4 hours. Fits well in my ears. Outside noise is minimal. Price was great at $150 on sale!

These were the best connectivity yet when working out and moving alot. Good sound easy to operate!

I purchased these for purely working out, exercise bike, treadmill and some weight training. I previously have used wired ear buds and wireless ear buds with the connecting wire and I have to say the convenience of no wires is amazing. I didn't think it would be that big a deal but it really is. The HRM monitor is pretty spot on, I have compared it to wrist base and it does not have the drop out in readings like the wrist base ones do for me. The sound quality is good, bordering on great. They are really dependent on which ear tips fit the best to get the best sound. I have had ear buds where it didn't matter which tips you use they sounded great, but with these if you don't use the right tips they don't sound great. Also these stay secure in the ear very well, I have not had them fall out yet and this was a concern because there is no cord around your neck to catch them if they come out.

I was a little skeptical buying these headphones. But the heart rate feature is actually pretty neat. Another surprise was the how loud they are Usually wireless headphones aren't loud enough for me. Happy with my buy

Sound is great for both the music and phone conversations. Only issue is the buds fit so well that when talking it is like having your fingers in your ears. I believe if I used the smaller gel ends provided this may be better. I like that they do not come out when working out or running.

The best wireless headphones if you are into jogging, running and you don't want to the a cable around your neck

I cannot say enough about these earbuds. They come with a wide selection of pads and the sound is amazing. There haven't been any issues with battery life and the fact that the case holds additional charges makes it even better for outdoor activities. I regret not cutting the cord and getting these sooner.

Got these because I always hated having the wire on my neck even though they were termed “wireless”. These truly are wireless and they sound great and I like the bass in them. I docked a star because sometimes the left earbud doesn’t automatically connect and you have to fumble with the button to get it to connect. Also, not sure how accurate the heart rate sensor really is. I went for a simple walk and it stated my heart rate hit 130-140’s on 2 different occasions.
