They sounded great. I had them for work. Slept on. This was the age before everyone was doing the true wireless ones. Kinda miss those times

Looked for a headset after my LG pro headset died. Purchased the LG Ultra+ w/retractable cords. Felt retracting was slightly flimsy and could break so I returned for the Jabra Halo Smart. The battery life is amazing and I love how the magnet snaps either at hanging or on the headband itself. Sound quality great. I have connected up to 3 devices with no issues. For price and quality - well worth it. I am satisfied with my Jabra Halo Smart.

For inexpensive headphones are good Bluetooth but they do fall off your ear and at times you felt as if you forgot to raise the volume. Microphone is great people were able to hear clear but other way around not so much. Might as well use basic headphone jack. IF you have one.

Best Headset I've owned so far. I like these better than the Moto Buds I had previously. the adjustable neck is nice, light and I hardly notice when Im wearing them. the Google Now button and text read-back work very well and I really like the VIBRATION feature. Very smart design. I highly recommend these.

Insane battery life, good comfort, so-so for music

By far the best thing about this is the battery life. I have had wireless headsets before, and they tend to run out of battery in the drawer and when using etc. This for me alone is enough to make it a keeper. Sound is OK – not spectacular. Good for podcasts and calls, but not fantastic for music in my experience.

I've been following the buzz on the Halo Smart for a week or two and was excited to see them released. I was replacing a set of apple earbuds that had a bent tip and barely worked. First impression was good, music and podcast sound quality is fine for the price. They're comfortable. The ear buds stay in place fairly well. But then I got on a few calls. With my phone in my hand, I got horrible robotic sounding interference multiple times to where the person on the other end sounds like computer generated noises. In all fairness, maybe I got a bad set, but they're going back and I'm going to buy another set of apple earbuds to tide me over until the Bose QC30 comes out. Of course those are an entirely different class..... But i'd rather pay $300 for something that works great than $60 for something that's totally hit or miss

    Does not connect with everything.

Purchased this product prior to Christmas. Bought one for me and one for my daughter. I was hoping to be able to connect with my IPOD but will not connect. I also use a blue tooth transmitter that connects with my TV via ear phone jack on TV but will not connect with that. To correct that, I purchased a lesser expensive Phillips over the ear blue tooth headset and it works perfectly. The sound quality is great and is very convenient to use but limiting. My daughters went completely dead a month ago. After a long battle with Jabra Customer Service we were able to get a replacement. She lives in Taiwan and once I received the replacement, had to ship it to her which was an expense out of my pocket. Moral to the story, be sure to take all of your blue tooth items with you to the store and make sure the product you buy will connect to your devices.

      Hello Ramseyj
Very sorry to hear you had issues connecting your Halo Smart to your devices. The iPod when updated to the latest iOS should have bt 4.1 which would allow the Jabra Halo Smart to connect. As far as the TV Bluetooth transmitter if it's using bt 4.1 it should connect in the same manner as the phone and the iPod. We use the standard BT software on our devices.

Our customer support can also help you troubleshoot when trying to set up / connect your devices to your Halo Smart. Hoping your connection issues are now resolved.

Thank you for your feedback we promise to ensure it goes back into our organization for review. We are always trying to better our product and your feedback helps.

I enjoyed these headphones for the most part but the earbuds did have problems staying in or making a good seal to keep out noise. The cord to the earbuds started shorting out after 3 months of average to heavy use.

    Material Design Flaw

The wires that was used for these Bluetooth wireless earbuds are the firm flat wire which when newly taken out of the box is curved due to its packaging style. When I placed the earbuds in my ear they don't stay in place due to the flat wire being in a certain curved position and it pulls the earbud right out from your ear. It may take sometime for the wire to straighten out, but can't wait for that to happen, might not even get there. So I have to exchange it for a Bluetooth earbuds with better wiring material that doesn't require straight being out prior to use.

I was looking to replace my old LG tone pro headphones after they had a shortage and looked at the reviews of these. I went with these and was not impressed at all. They were scratchy and muffled. Nothing compared to my tone pros, I immediately took them back for the sol republic's headphones and they sound awesome. These, however, are trash, don't waste your money. Especially if you've had the tone pros, this would be an absolute downgrade. I only gave them 2 stars for the way they are designed, very sturdy but the sound is the key.

The product is good for phone calls mostly and music but don't expect much on the latter. I had to return these because I could not wear them with my collared shirts. If you do not wear collard shirts then these headphones will work great for you. They are Apple friendly. I will stick with Bluetooth headsets for talking.

The sound is fine, my only issue is, I have tried all three different ear pads and they simply do not stay in my ears. I wear them when riding a bike and they routinely fall out of my ears two or three times per mile. Very frustrating.

I received a jabra Bluetooth as a gift i use it at work where im looking up from time to time.the jabra Bluetooth falls off the back of my neck every time I look up.if it wasn't from the ear buds in my ears they would drop to the ground and they have quite often. The problem is they ar too heavy on the back of your neck and not designed for comfort. If it was my choise id get the Lg where i believe the weight is mostly on the front of your neck instead of back .this is my first set and very disappointed in this product.

ICompared with another Bluetooth an LG and this met some of the spec I wanted I had it for a weekend and I guess I am just one of the right hand right brain people who just didn't want to change the function from my old Bluetooth. I kind of wish Bluetooth can be made for right handed and left handed people. I am still wearing a jacket so the magnet would keep falling off I did not want them attached at my chest area. Last I kept getting feedback when I would have the ear plugs in. so I am sorry I will be returning the unit for the LG

    Poor audio quality

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

This is 2016... one would expect a wireless headset manufacturer to support aptX instead of A2DP. There is virtually no high end with these things, and the audio quality sounds like listening to a low bitrate audio stream. This is sufficient for calls only... listening to music with these is barely acceptible. The design is nice, the quality is nice, the battery life is phenomenal... but the audio quality simply isn't there.

I have now on my third set of these headphones. The first one stopped powering on. The second, the left bud died. Now the third, the same as the second. Jabra says there are no "known issues" - I am not quite sure as to why these are on your shelf, and the rating is so high.
