    After going through a couple Bose ear buds (due to faulty mic) I decided to try these bluetooth earbuds and I have to say they are the worst headphones I've tried. First, you need to download an app just to be able to connect them to your phone. Next, the sound quality is HORRIBLE, especially when the price is close to $200!!! I tried to adjust the EQ on my phone settings and didn't really do much for the sound quality. But they do have another app you can download, this app has another EQ setting where you can adjust the sound....yea it helped but not much at all. Lastly, after wearing them for an hour workout they just hurt my ear canal! Oh and I forgot I did try out the headphones with a phone call and that was even worse (muffled and static through the whole call) Only good thing about these headphones is they are bluetooth....yea whatever. Bottomline if you want overpriced headphones and don't care about sound quality these are for you. If not than stay away!

    I couldn't be more disappointed with these headphones. They were big, uncomfortable and the sound quality was ok at best. Im not sure what the great reviews are about. I had issues with both of the apps operating smoothly and to top it off, the heart rate sensor was constantly falling out of place even after following the fitment guide. When that happens you are constantly reminded until it finds your heart rate again. So even as earbuds they failed because of the voice telling you it can't find your heart rate. You can probably turn the heart rate off but then whats the point of these buds. Needs a lot of work. Bluebuds have been my favorite bluetooth buds for years and I've tried them all. Mine broke so I gave these a shot. I returned them after 2 workouts and got the same bluebirds I had before. Get the bluebuds on sale and a cheap fit bit.

    Third pair of Jabra in 3 months. First purchase was the Rox, had connectivity challenges and were uncomfortable in the ear. Returned and thought I was upgrading for the Sport Pulse. First pair of Pulse stopped workings during a mountain bike ride with in two weeks of purchase. Did not take a charge. Returned for a second pair. Had a great fit in my ear and was enjoying the App with heart rate monitor. I am an avid mountain biker and hit the gym 4 days a week. These ear phones just do not hold up to the hype. Jabra has a great concept, hopefully they can over come these challenges. If you choose to purchase the Jabra purchase Best Buys 2 years insurance. Returning my second pair of Sports Pulse after 4 weeks of exchange. This time the ear buds indicates full charge with a green led but it does not turn on.

    Despite these coming with a variety of sizes and ear wings to fit into your ears, no configuration really worked. They're also rather bulky so you can't count on jamming them into your ears to make a seal. I have to use a headband to secure the headphones into my ears for running or any activity. The heart rate monitor feature doesn't work most of the time, again possibly related to the poor fit, so don't count on that if this is a must have feature for you. The placement of the buttons is awkward and makes it difficult to turn them on and off. The only good thing is they do hold up to sweat as that was the challenge I had with other products I purchased that did fit well. The sound is fine. Would probably sound better if they fit in my ears. Regret this purchase but I suppose there's no good way to determine if ear buds fit prior to purchasing.

    I really wanted this product to work. It fit in my ears, sounded good and I loved the heart rate tracker. Unfortunately, this product isn't sweatproof. After a 4 mile run, I would turn off these ear buds, then they would turn back on and go into pairing mode. Because of this, I would have to plug them in so they would charge. Eventually they just stopped turning on. So I returned them and experienced the same out come. I mean, I really liked these ear buds and tried to find every reason to keep them but in the end and after $200, I had to send them back.

    Nice idea but failed to deliver

    I have owned the jabra sports pulse for little over a year and i'm disapponited with its performance. The unit i purchased failed to operate properly starting with the volume controls and then the battery would not charge. The company was prompt in replacing this unit but the one they sent me is having the same issues. Currently, i cannot get the unit to power on nor get the battery to charge. The heart rate monitoring feature also never worked. I will ask jabra for my money back and hope they come through.

    At first they worked great but after a yr and 10months the sound on one side is out. Called Jabra and was unable to successfully reset to factory which representative said it would correct. Not worth the price .after paying 179.99 for this pair and not being able to replace or repair them I don't recommend you spend the money.at least with the jaybirds they are lifetime warranty from sweat protection. Which is probably the reason the sound on one isn't working.

    This product is cool and the heart rate feature is also super cool. Just that. I had to put my polar on as my heart rate after 20 minutes was still at 78 - 80... I wish!!! The sound quality is also not that great... Was looking for something better... Bass is terrible. I would have compromised if the HR would have worked as I already have several earphones for every occasion... Sorry guys, this one is a miss.

    I'm on my 5th (FIFTH) set. The first pair lasted about 4 months and I loved them but then the battery died/would not charge. Jabra would replace them promply without hassle but each par would die after 2-3 weeks. Sadly this product is a complete fail and should have never passed UAT; it's a waste of your money.

    Or this headphones are not ready to be in stores or I'm the lucky one that purchased the only pair that doesn't work. I was happy with my decision after some research, bought them last week, set them in the night, wen't to run in the morning, everything worked fine and when I finished, the headphones disconnected from the phone and since then any button works.

    So after having these for about 5 months they failed and the inline and button controls stopped functioning. To be honest I had higher expectations but in the end they just don't seem to hold up under any actual activity. I have a sneaking feeling I'll be replacing them every 4-5 months through the warranty period.

    Great concept, but the technology is not there yet. The earbuds disconnect while walking or running when you turn your head the slightest bit. Every song was dropped numerous times as well as the heart monitor becoming disconnected every few minutes. Otherwise they are a good product.

    I bought this because of the heart rate monitor. It was rarely accurate. The sound is not even okay. My first pair I purchased in April then returned it in September because it stopped working. I just returned my second pair last night for the same reason.

    The first pair lasted 3 weeks then quit working. Trying another pair to check if first pair was defective. The fit was good sound ok. Very expensive for the quality.

    Sound was decent. Comfort was an issue. They lost connection all the time. And not Bluetooth connection. They just 'paused' every few seconds. Very irritating.

    I workout run and cycle. They do a good job of tracking your heart and stay in your ear. But, if your looking for great sound, these aren't for you. Very disappointing!!

    I would not recommend this product. It takes too long to connect to my iphone and when I take a call I have to stop and change to jabra on the bluetooth.
