    I had a Jabra Wireless Earbud Headphone before and I was very happy with them. Actually they have lasted me for years, so I thought to finally upgrade to these for when I am working out, so I can monitor my Heart Rate and maybe motivate myself to go further !!! Unfortunately these earbuds broke after wearing them once !!!! and I was not even working out!!! I just wore them casually to get familiar with them and see how they feel. I have to say that these are very comfortable and I wore them all day without any discomfort. The sound quality was as expected, and the battery life was good. The only issue I had is that the next day when I tried to turn them on again after charging them over night, the button that turns them on and off broke !!!!! AFTER 1 DAY of use. Maybe its just my luck with a defective product or maybe they don't make them like they used to !!!!! I do not know that answer. I will be returning them back to the store today....NOT sure what I am going to get instead !!!!

    Weak Bluetooth, Fall Out, & Not for Windows Phone

    I returned mine for the following reasons: - Bluetooth: The BT connectivity skipped when my phone was on my left arm (the earbud BT receiver is under the right earbud). I had to wear my phone on my right arm to get skip-free music. - Fall Out: The earbuds came out when I turned my head to look for traffic. I couldn't get them to stay in although they were comfortable. (See full explanation below.) - WP Support: The heartrate monitoring function was not recognized by any of the "supported apps" on Windows Phone. Fall Out Explanation: Most comments will claim that the earbuds falling out is just because you used the wrong size of gels. I tried every combination of ear gels (16 combinations in all) and had the same issue with all of them. The issue is that when you begin to sweat the cord that runs behind your neck grips your neck when you turn your head. This pulls the bottom of the earbud back which is how they're designed to come out. This happened in both configurations for tying the cord behind my neck even if I left the cord fairly loose.

    First off, these are a great concept. The heart rate monitoring seemed to be accurate. The sound was good. I personally need ear hooks, but these fit well as long as I wasn't too active or sweaty. The blue tooth connection was great. Works with popular apps. I track my workouts with Runkeeper and yes, it's compatible. BUT..all these pros mean nothing if the headphones don't work. Lasted me less than a week. After a decent cardio session the ear buds cut out. Thought it was because I forgot to charge them but instead it was due to the headphones entering into an endless cycle of shutting themselves on and off and not pairing with my phone. Used them for a couple more workouts with similar results. For the price and all the claims of up to military specs, I took off an extra star. If you're serious about your workouts, don't bother. If all you ever muster is a slight sweat, these may work well for you.

    Well my two stars is for the headphones only. No matter how many times I tried, or how many sets I purchased, I could never get the heart rate feature to work. I tried 2 different pairs to see if maybe one was defective, download the app even tried the meditation version to find your heart rate. But no matter what I did no heart rate could ever be detected. As for the headphone portion they are standard earbud style headphones. I would never pay this amount of money for just headphones there for these went back to the store. You can buy a $30 set of headphones that far out do these headphones for over $150. So unless the heart rate works they again are not worth the price

    I'm just returning my 2nd headset and LOVE the simplicity of use and the Jabra Sport app (w/Jabra Sound), but they don't last/work for long. This is the 2nd headset that's suddenly stopped working in 3-months and I'm frustrated to the point that I'll be trading them in for a different brand (that hopefully lasts more than a month or two!). Great design and concept, but substandard durability. If you purchase, the Geek Squad warranty is a MUST HAVE!

    Sound great but don't run

    I was really looking forward to knowing my heart rate and listening to music while running. And then I went for a run....the headphones sounded great putting them on the bass was excellent for small headphones but to get that bass the headphones have to be secure in your ears. Unfortunately once running with in ear headphones well secured every step is transferred to your ears. I returned them as the loud steps were painful to hear.

    At first I loved this product. The in ear progress, heart rate, and app were amazing for running. All these things worked perfectly. The reason for the two starts is because this didn't last. Had two pair and both quit working within three weeks. However, i am a very heavy sweater and that may have caused the headphones to malfunction. Even with this i still expected headphones at this price to be able to hold up.

    Good product , weak execution

    The headphone design is great. They would stay in my ears through heavy work outs and mountain biking. The heart rate was spot on. Also, they were light. After using them for about 5 months the battery failed without warning. The battery got zapped I guess from sweat seepage . Now the head phones are completely useless, will not charge .

    Wife purchased these on December 12, 2014 as an xmas gift. They worked great until the left earbud stopped working 10 days ago (no sound). Because the headphones were one month out of warranty Jabra said there was nothing they could do. Basically $200 down the drain. So much for customer service.

    Love the HRM convenience, but at the a most basic level, bluetooth has to work flawlessly, which it does not, whether in running belt or armband, music drops multiple times during a run - very frustrating - seriously thinking about going back to my Tom Tom watch with chest strap. Software update did not improve.

    Smart Bluetooth does not stay connected.....so no heart rate or on the go updates. Also tried the jabra app but could not pass the fit test so it didn't work either. I now own a very expensive pair of regular earbuds. Love the idea but stick with a watch.

    My biggest complaint is with the heart rate monitor. Every 30 mins or so you get "Adjust left earbud to detect heart rate....heart rate detected". And this happens for no apparent reason and I never readjust. Oh well, avoid this one.

    I purchased to get heart rate stats from workouts. But no matter what I did it would not work. Tried sitting, running, 2 phones, uninstall reinstall..... Nothing. Returned since too expensive if not going to do heart rate.

    I bought these for my husband for Christmas...have never worked as well (Bluetooth syncing issues) as he was hoping. I am going to return them. He does like the design and comfort though. He was really excited about the heart rate monitoring

    When it works I love the product. Unfortunately it stopped charging and functioning within a couple of weeks of purchase. Waiting for manufacturer to replace because Best Buy will not because of their "contract" with Jabra.

    As earphones just to hear music, are fine, but mines not detect my pulse with any combination of earplugs. So,,,I ´m very disappointed. Be sure to try them in the store just after the purchase,
