I can't find it any more. Thought I'd try a different brand and decided on the Jabra 15. Through the years, I've not used the hook, but the inside the ear pieces. These are less secure in the ear than the Plantronics. I cannot get the volume high enough if I'm not in a very quiet place. The main button to answer and end calls is very sensitive and easy to touch accidentally, ending a call. I'm looking for another brand.

The down side is. Ive bought several and the plate on the back.comes off. You need the insurance. When its not working right you are miserable

Love this headset

The Talk 15 has great battery life and sound quality. The piece that goes in your ear can be a little uncomfortable. My old Jabra had a better rubber insert for the ear.

I also like the feature where it has an actual on and off switch to turn it on and off..the 7 hours of talk time is good. but it doesn't say low battery whenever the battery is low and needs to be charged.
