I thought it was louder, as my other one were, but if there is just a little noise in the area that your using it you wont hear it well because of the low volume. I wouldn't buy this particular one again

Not the best with noise cancellation.

Of course was damaged after it got wet. So went back to the store and got this but while on call everyone complains about the background noise. So it doesn’t cancel noise 100%.
