Stopped working on 9/08/2021 Very disappointed.. will not buy from bestbuy again in future

Love this! Fits comfortably on my ear. Hearing and speaking very clear. Always works! Charges quickly.

For the price, this in ear headset is not bad! I am used to the really expensive ones with all the bells and whistles, but find myself enjoying the simple way this works. It does not have any voice commands, caller ID or hands-free features other than the fact that I can talk on my phone while driving or doing other projects. I DO like that since it has no voice commands, I am not inadvertently answering calls when I don't want to. Battery life is actually pretty good. I am a heavy user and the headset will last approximately 10 hours before I need to recharge. It also recharges pretty quickly! The headset itself is pretty small. If you have long hair, like I do, people will not be able to see it in your ear. This can be a good or bad thing, depending on where you are, lol. If you need a headset that you can voice command or that tells you who is calling, this is not it. However, if you just want an inexpensive headset that gets the job done, I recommend trying this out!

I really like the quality and the light weight. It is easy to use. I also like the blue tooth because it allows me to be hands free. I can talk, listen to music and listen to Spectrum tv without holding my cell.

The Jabra headset fits well over the ear, and it's easy to hear your caller on the other end. It's easy to connect to your phone's Bluetooth and works great with the Samsung Galaxy 21 phone.

This headset has decent call/sound quality and a battery that lasts forever. I've only recharged it once since I've owned it. I keep it in my purse and really only use it when I'm shopping and I get a call. It's nearly impossible for me to push a shopping cart with one hand while holding a phone in the other. And, I think putting it on speaker while walking the store is rude. This is a reasonable priced alternative to the higher end earpieces. It connects to bluetooth easily and the quality is fine. Works for me!

This is a good bluetooth for most part. It fits well and is simple to operate. The range is decent. However, every so often it switches from blutooth mood back to iphone. Some people hang up before I can fix it back. I do like that it plays the same ringtones that are on my phone.

Bought this to replace an older Plantronics PLT E500 that constantly disconnects and reconnects to my iPhone when using it. Connection seems to be good so far to my iPhone but my MacBook Pro seems to have a spotty connection to it where the sound drops for a split second before picking up again, but no issues with the phone so far. It's not very comfortable but I might just need to wear it more to break it in. The rubber ear cover seems to be too big for my ear and hurts, as does the ear loop which is kind of tight. The ear cover came off when I removed it from ear and was lost but it comes with 2 replacements and a replacement ear loop. Sound quality if good but I don't think the battery life is living up to it's stated use time. I need to use it more to be sure. My Plantronics unit gave me battery time left when turned on but this one has no audio notification. Not sure if the light on the bottom changes color or not for use but it's much easier to hear it when turned on like Plantronics than trying to check the color of the light on the bottom during use. Not entirely thrilled with it 100% but at least it keeps the connection to my phone.

I was looking for light pro headphones that can keep connection to 2 phones via multipoint Bluetooth. I think i got right device after trying few nonames. Battery life can be longer but just put it in the egg and in 20 minutes it will be fully charged. Sound quality above expectations, so all my phone calls have great quality. App is OK, but I disable auto sound function to avoid breaking my ear.

Purchased this Bluetooth headset about three weeks ago and absolutely love it from the moment I charged it to ease of hook up to my new iPhone was wonderful has hold a charge for quite some time now and love the way it looks and feels in my ear. I was afraid the inexpensive price would negate it’s quality however I was wrong the sound is awesome and extremely easy for me to use highly recommend it

PROS: * Hands-free, bluetooth, rechargeable, convenient, comfortable. * Good sound quality for inexpensive price (when purchased for around $20). * Can be worn on left or right. Has held up under light use. CONS: (perhaps not cons, but things to keep in mind.) * It's designed to be used with phones only. (For example, it won't pair with my laptop). * It's no substitute for a music headset.

I loved its design although it's an older style. It's lightweight easy to pair and. This is my third BT earphones of its kind. My wife is the one using it now because she prefer to have it compared to the newer models like that in ear type. It stays firmly on her ear because of that loop that anchors securely. Sounds is not the best but fairly good for calls.

Was having trouble keeping Bluetooth headsets (wired or wireless) from breaking wires. Decided to go back to the tried and true single ear solution without wires. So far it works very well. Good sound, good battery life, and compatibility with Google Assistant. Easy to travel with, and no messy and fragile wires top deal with. Very pleased.

Got this so I could chat whenever necessary with my wife during my workday. Very comfortable. Typically lasts 6 to 7 hours in cold conditions before needing a charge. Great sound quality for phone conversations or listening to music or podcasts. Has great range if being used away from the phone it is connected to. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this to anyone in need.

You get a comfortable earpiece for the price. The battery last the whole day. My mom is a shuttle driver and I gave it to her. She has been using it for 3 months and has had to issues. She says she can hear the people on the phone clearly and its easy to pair. I would recommend for people that use these things.

Very good Bluetooth. Very clear sound and good reception while well over 50 feet from phone. Also very reasonably priced. Only issue is there are not any instructions with this headset. If didn't have one previously I would not know how to use this bluetooth.

I'd recommend it. Pairs easily with my phone, lightweight, audio and microphone are clear even though this model doesn't have noise cancelling, and Jabra service is quite good. I do have a problem getting the earbud into my ear far enough, but that's a small thing. Especially nice for hands-free driving.

This is my 3rd Jabra Bluetooth! My last two devices were talk30 & Classic or talk 15! When it comes Bluetooth device for my ear comport, I can't think any other brand but Jabra.Because, it’s always provides me my desired sound,connectivity and of course style what really matter. It's also light weight as well, if anyone ask me recommendatin about buying Bluetooth, I'll will definitely suggest "Jabra talk 25", because You'll get a lot more than whatever money you pay. Jabra is the best!!
