I have bought many Bluetooth headsets. I usually buy Plantronics, which are more expensive but everyone complained they couldn’t hear me... but I spent only $20 on this Jabra 25 and now everyone can hear me crystal clear! The battery lasts for hours and doesn’t take long AT ALL to charge up.

I purchased this item because my office has switched to a VOIP phone system connect to our computers and no longer supplies handsets. The headset provided was cumbersome and wired via USB. This headset is small enough to be less noticeable and works well in answering and making calls. The sound quality is very good and it doesn't cause much ear irritation wearing for long periods. I would recommend it for anyone with a similar need.

This Bluetooth is fairly small, stays in the ear with the provided ear piece, easy to connect and is the sound is clear.

Best Bluetooth have had. I would recommend this Bluetooth to use, it fits my ear very comfortably, loud and clear, it has very good range, easy to use

So far am happy with this item, it is very compact it fits perfectly in my ear, it connects to my iphone flawlessly I can hear calls very clear and when I listen to my music videos there is no interruptions. Battery is great it last all day on phone calls and maybe around 4 hours when listening to music. It is a very good item for the price.

Overall, a decent bluetooth headset. Battery longevity - very good. Clarity - excellent. Ease of configuration - excellent. Charging cable is USB only which is a drawback - there is no ability to charge from an AC plug as there is for Plantronics devices. Earloop detaches easily and I've already lost one. Directions incomplete and require several interactions with Jabra support to get simple operational questions answered. When answered by pressing the answer button on the paired phone, incoming calls do not automatically connect to the Talk 25 - one must manually use the Talk 25 to "pick up" the call. Found out from the company that there is a setting on the phone that one can employ to route calls to the Bluetooth device. Also battery charge warnings are ok, but not granular. On other bluetooth devices I've owned, I received voice warnings when I turned the device on "5 hours left", "4 hours left", etc. Although the Jabra people claim that the LED turns orange when the battery runs "medium", that never occurred for me and I received no warnings until the voice warning that my battery was "low".

Bought for my brother who is a tough customer. He's picky and sadly electronics don't usually last long with him using them ! Ran one over with the car. Dropped on in a drink glass This is still going strong and he likes how good it sounds and how long the battery lasts. Definitely will buy again once this one meets it's inevitable end

This is a basic headset for those who are on the phone a lot. You can read and compare the features with the multitude of other options out there but what stands out about this model to me is the sound is nice and full (great for podcasts) and the battery will last all day long. Also, there is actually a slide switch to turn it on so you’re not having to long press a button against your ear!

Had one before but unfortunately got out in the washing machine supplies wonderful feedback great size. Most importantly wonderful price The 1st one lasted over 3 years and went thru dropping sitting on and much more. Would probably still be working if it didn’t go for a swim hahaha

This is the best earpiece I’ve owned. I wish I had found it sooner. It has very good sound, I can finally hear clear conversations that aren’t muffled or low. Music is even clearer than previous earphones I’ve owned. Sometimes I have to lower the volume. It’s lightweight, so much so I sometimes forget I’m wearing it. The Jabra Talk 25 is the complete package price, performance and comfort.
